He gave me a quote on the disposal replacement and a separate quote on another part of the sink that needed replacement to which I agreed. The quotes were reasonable, maybe even cheap. Noel is what I expect from a plumber. He was thorough and so old school when it came to plumbing tactics. He even came in with a bucket full of tools instead of a toolbox. The beauty about this is that he got to the root of the problem, used the pseudo tool box as a bucket to catch the running water and issued me a hand written invoice just the way I would expect it from a plumber. Noel did ask to take pictures prior so he knew what mess he was going to deal with so to that extent, he was tech savvy but the savvy-ness ends there. He'll tell you as it is with no BS. He also took a picture of my drain for future reference in case he needed to reference back to my unit in the future. He was fast and met me within an hour of initially requesting his service. We had a couple plumbing issues in our recently purchased townhome (kitchen sink began backing up and needed to replace faucet with a newly purchased one), so we reached out to Noel based on recommendations from our neighbors. He responded same day, asked for pictures to assess the situation, and was able to come out two days later. Noel arrived on time in the morning and quickly diagnosed the sink problem, which was unfortunately a bit worse than we anticipated. The piping had originally been installed in a way that did not promote efficient flow and had resulted in near 100% blockage throughout the entire pipe from years of build-up (see pic, yikes!). Noel clearly explained all of the mechanics and his recommended solution before proceeding to remove/cap the old pipes and install a new pipe configuration. It was certainly a larger job than we all anticipated, but he was efficient and still able to complete the job that day, in addition to installing the new faucet and replacing the garbage disposal which we also determined was well past its lifespan and had exposed electrical wiring. Two weeks later, everything continues to flow perfectly. We are very happy with Noel's work and will definitely hire him again for any plumbing needs! read more

He arrived less than 2 hours later and uncovered that we had a broken ejector pump. He offered to wear a mask (We have a baby at home.) and took the time to educate me on our home's mechanicals. He even gave me good tips to keep our plumbing in tip top shape! He had a replacement pump and all the tools necessary to finish the job in 3 hours. Noel is a capable plumber, although somewhat over priced. We have used him multiple times in the past, no issues. But after his most recent visit, we started having a serious bed bug problem, the whole family is getting bitten starting the day after he left. We have not traveled nor stayed in hotels. The only explanation is that these bed bugs were brought in from the blankets or towels he uses to cover the floors while working. This was a much more annoying issue issue to deal with than the original plumbing issue with additional medical and exterminator costs we have to cover. This is not a review on Noel's plumbing skills, but beware! read more
