Matt and his team were able to change out our old hot water heater (w/ aluminum rod) and fluss all the sinks in the house of the built up hydroxide. Great service and price. Full Circle Plumbing & Sewer will be our "Only" plumber moving forward. read more

Excellent same day service called in the morning spoke with Matt and he had somebody out in no time to fix my exterior faucet shutoff valves replaced both faucets some piping and internal valves made a huge difference in water pressure and not having to go back in and out of the house just to turn the water on and off, not to mention feeling so much better that we weren't going to have a water problem. Quick, professional and affordable! Will definitely use again. read more

Matt was the best plumber and service provider I ever met. After a dozen years and many times with him and crew saving the day at all hours, he also became a friend. No better. read more

There are some contractors out there that you just cant believe exist. Matt from Full Circle is one of them. I thank my lucky stars that we found him. ACE Hardware in Edgebrook recommended we call him for a gas grill hookup. He has been a godsend! Always incredibly courteous and funny - a true professional! The gas grill hookup was a 5 star operation! Absolutely clean and neat from start to finish. Pricing was very reasonable and the job was incredibly detailed and properly done. Matt recently came over because our drains were incredibly slow and we were having issues with our disposal. He took the time (over an hour) to go explain the lines in our home, how they worked, and what to freak out (and not freak out) about. He gave us a common sense timeline of what urgently needs to be done and what really can wait. He treated our home like his own and offered the same amount of love to our old pipes. I can now rest easy knowing that we arent going to flood and that our home is in good shape. He also handled the cleanout for our home. His apprentice (Gabriel) is a pleasure to work with. He's incredibly efficient, kind and motivated. He took the time out to point out the tree roots and made sure every single branch was removed and the pipes were cleared out. I cannot recommend Matt enough. He is a good soul and a mensch to work with. I am happy to be able to call him our go to guy and a friend in our neighborhood! Do yourself a favor and call him for any plumbing issues. He will be transparent on the process and more than fair on the pricing. read more

Thes guy Matt had out said he'd be back to fix the shoddy caulking and bring back tools to finish the work on the toilet. They were paid $950 for their work and they never came back. I was in contact with Matt, the owner, for weeks trying to get him or them to come out and finish but each time they never showed up or replied so I'd have to reinitiate the conversation. It's been over a month now and he obviously got paid and will not be back. You can't trust an owner that care this little. read more

Full Circle Plumbing & Sewer - This is a BRAND new counter and BRAND new sink. And their caulking work. - Plumbing Near Me

This review is a few months late, but better late than never! My mom's bathroom toilet had been slow draining for a while, then it finally clogged (it's a low flush; I hate it anyway). I contacted a few places who were backed up, but Matthew and his crew understood the frustration I was having and sent someone as soon as he could. The guy came in, unclogged the toilet in less than 10 minutes, and even left the bathroom in better condition than he found it (which is saying a lot). Thanks so much for you help, and am so glad I found a new plumber! read more

Once again, Matt and his team saved the day! We had been talking with him about a slow leak that we noticed and trying to schedule a time to fix it (working around my own complicated schedule) -- but then when our shower busted this morning, he sent one of his team members over right away (shout out to Tony!) and he got the situation fixed quickly and efficiently (and this took care of our leak, too). Everyone I've ever talked with on his crew has been friendly and skilled. So grateful to be connected with this excellent plumber! read more

Matt is an extremely professional and great plumber. He's been servicing our home for years now. No matter how big or small the job (and there have been a lot of jobs), Matt has done a great job. He's clean, courteous and affordable. Just a brief example of his fine work, our basement flooded a few years back. We desperately needed help rodding our main line. After placing an emergency call at 7am, Matt was out at our home in quick time rodding out the line and making everything better. Do yourself a favor. If you need a plumber, call Matt! read more

Matt was friendly, followed through on his word, efficient, and of the three plumbers I called he was the most affordable. I just put "Matt @ Full Circle Plumbing" in my phone contacts for when I need a plumber. Highly recommended... 5 stars! read more

I reached out to Matt for a shower issue we had and he/his team were no shows. We reached out twice actually. I'm not sure if it was because a thermostatic shower system is too complicated or our issue was not urgent enough. Either way we got excuses both times. Matt seemed nice overall, but but I wouldn't recommend full circle because of this. read more

Matt, Kevin, and Vic are all stars! They are responsive, thorough, and thoughtful. I really appreciated the different ideas they offered to me as I was dealing with a plumbing issue in my condo. Couldn't recommend them more - they will be my "go-to" guys from now on! read more

Matt at full circle plumbing was great. We just moved to the area and are happy to say we found your plumber! Fair pricing, and was able to install our water heater within 24 hours. He came highly recommended by our neighbors. Very friendly and professional staff. We feel comfortable recommending him and using him again, hopefully we don't need to! read more

Matt swapped a water heater expansion tank for me in minutes, cleaned up after himself, and was a nice to boot. Easy to work with and recommended. I'm adding Full Circle to my emergency list. Hopefully never needed, but I am confident that they could take care of whatever is needed. read more

Our faucet handle in the master bath broke OFF the wall at 5:30pm on a Monday. We tried everything to turn off the main shut off valve but it would not budge. I called Matt and he was here in 15 minutes! He remained calm despite my mood and was able to turn off the water to the house and replace the faucet. He is fair, honest, reliable, clean and professional. Thank you Matt! read more

50 gallon water heater went out late one afternoon in the midst of a Chicago deep freeze (single digit and below zero temps). Called my HVAC guy but he was completely swamped with "no heat" calls, so he referred me to Matt at Full Circle. Matt came in that same evening and assessed the situation. It was already after 6:00 PM so getting it done that night was possible, but instead we opted to get it done early the following morning (we could go one night without hot water). Matt and crew came by next morning bright and early and installed the brand new 50 gallon water heater. Removal of the old heater and installation of the new one was very professional, thorough, and efficient. Matt and crew answered all of my questions. Matt also installed a new faucet for me while he was here. Price was reasonable and they were done by 11:00 AM (4 hours start to finish). I now have a new plumber with Full Circle. read more

Full Circle replaced my sump pump and hasn't worked correctly since it was installed last summer. Matt doesn't stnd by his work and refuses to come out to fix the problem. Not only was this a problem but he wasn't able to do the simplest of tasks of replacing a kitchen faucet correctly. He collects his money and doesn't stand by his job. whatever you do don't count on Full Circle to be full service. Better like no service. read more

Hearing water rushing through your walls is terrifying. After discovering a leak in our second floor unit, we panicked and called Matt frantically at 9:00 pm on a Tuesday. He came straight over and helped address our issue and calm our nerves. Matt always gives great feedback, advice, and fair prices. I recommend him highly. The service was great. I scheduled new kitchen countertop installation and I needed to hire a plumber to disconnect and reconnect the plumbing after the installation was complete. Matt came with good recommendations, and exceeded expectations by being very easy to work with, adaptable, and creative in problem solving. He took care of disconnecting all the kitchen plumbing fixtures and returned after the counterop installation to reconnect everything. He also installed new kitchen and bathroom faucets. His work was thorough and clean. He made sure that all appliances were in working order before he completed the job. Not only is Matt professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy, but he's also responsive - returns phone calls promptly, and provides timely updates as needed. I will definitely use him again on future projects. read more

Matt and Gabriel have helped us through our plumbing issues since buying our (new to us) 20 year old home. Plumbing issues are never fun, but Matt charged us fair prices and was responsive. He runs a small crew, so sometimes scheduling requires a bit of patience, but we've been pleased by the services provided at the prices we've paid. Always nice to support local businesses. read more

I had my hot water heater leak into my downstairs neighbor's condo Monday. Matt got me a new water heater, and installed it on Tuesday morning. He was in touch right away and got to work on the project. It took much longer than expected as the drain was backed up and he had to rod it. When the tank was not emptying, he realized the valve was broken, and turned off the water, and fixed that. He was then able to take out and put in the new water heater. It was a project that seemed like it would be quick, but wasn't! Matt took care of everything, and was very tidy. He was a pleasure to work with, and he even called that night to make sure we had hot water. Him and Tim were a great duo, and really took care of us. He even referred me to his dry wall guy for to repair the ceiling. We feel better knowing we have Matt for our plumber!! read more

I was saddened to hear about Matt. He was not just a good plumber, but also a kind and honest guy I came to see as a friend.

Matt has served my personal unit and helped our Condo Association a few times now and has always given us amazing service and competitive pricing. He is quickly becoming our "go to guy" for all the owners in our building. read more

I called Matt when the base of my toilet started leaking. He was able to come over promptly and fix it. He is courteous, professional, and was a pleasure to work with. While replacing the wax ring on a toilet might not be the most difficult plumbing task, it was much appreciated, and I have no doubt that his years of experience would be enough to tackle even the most difficult jobs. I will definitely call him again with any plumbing needs, hopefully not for a while. read more

Matt come out the day after Christmas 2017. Not the easiest day for a guy to come out, away from family etc. But he came and fixed my issue quickly and was a pleasure to chat with and deal with. I'll be calling again when and if the need every arises. Great guy. Great service. read more

Matt the Plumber (informed now Full Circle Plumbing and Sewer): Bottom line speedy, communicative and easy to deal with. I phoned and got an answering machine. I was in a hurry to get my kitchen faucet fixed or repaired so I did not leave a message and was going to look for another plumber. In 30 sec Matt called back anyway. He said he had several jobs going on but would be out to my condo that morning which he did. The outlet pipe rubber inside was shredded. He said he would look for a replacement pipe and called to tell me he had found one but it had to be ordered. I told him to instead buy a new faucet and come back and install it which he did that afternoon in a few minutes. read more

Matt is reasonable, communicates well and does what he says. We had a sewer line that we wanted rOdded and he recommended chainring out valve for sump pump to decrease noise as the old one was very annoying. We will be to be using him again. read more

Extremely knowledgable, professional, and straight-forward. Provided all possible options. I could not recommend more highly!

Matt is great. We were in the need of a new water heater for our house we just moved into. The current one was old and on its last legs and I wanted to be proactive. Found Matt on Facebook and he was nice enough to service us with a tankless heater in Schaumburg. The two workers showed up on time and the work was done efficiently and quietly. Matt is easy to communicate with and professional. Please hire him for your plumbing needs! read more

Matt and his team are exceptional. Our home was built in 1926 and we have relied heavily on Matt and his team for several years. This past weekend, our basement pipes backed up and Perma Seal took a day to call back. Matt answered right away. We learned that Perma Seal did not install the primary pump and backup pumps properly ($1705 in 2018!). Matt's crew cored our sewer line, repiped the sump system, and corrected piping under our kitchen sink. Matt and his crew are licensed plumbers, which is a big deal. Perma Seal employers are not licensed and will take their time in getting back to you when time is of the essence. I only trust Matt and Full Circle Plumbing. He is honest, smart and experienced. read more

Matt quoted me the exact price I paid. My water heater was in the basement and was not an emergency replacement - by any stretch, but was leaking. I called him, just before the Holidays, and he worked his schedule as best he could considering the Holidays and running as an independent contractor. I would call Matt again in a heat beat! read more

Called Matt around 2 re a small gas leak (like a little bit pregnant.) He was on another job but he and assistant Gabriel got here by 3. They were out the door by 4 with everything fixed, set to rights, gas restored, pilot lights lit and all was right with the world. A 20% discount for mentioning his flyer made a reasonable price into a bargain. Excellent. read more

Matt's team was not only super quick to respond but the job was done fast too and everything appears to be working great. They installed a gas shut off valve and hooked up a new natural gas grill. Definitely recommend! read more

Matt at Full Circle did a fantastic job replacing our garbage disposal. He noticed a defect with the new disposal he was going to install. To remedy, Matt spend extra time to get another new unit and to make sure it was 100% working. Great service, would suggest to anyone in the Lakeview area. read more

It's hard to find a good plumber these days without dealing with some larger, impersonal companies. Full Circle Plumbing came highly recommended on a Facebook neighborhood recommendations page. Matt did some work for me in early February (this is a long overdue review!) - we had been playing phone tag for quite some time with our busy schedules but we finally were able to coordinate. He was always very responsive and cordial during the whole process - great customer service. He replaced my kitchen faucet with a new one without incident and was quite patient when dealing with the water shut off for my building - he even identified a leak with the main water valve. Pricing was reasonable and service was excellent - I would definitely call Matt/Full Circle again for any future needs. Thanks Matt - you rock! read more
