They were both piping hot when they arrived to our table and fried to perfection! Having moved from the Midwest to Colorado, I am always delighted when I find a restaurant with perfectly made cheese curds! Also, their fried pickles are chips not spears (the proper way to make fried pickles) that also delighted me. They have a wall of TVs above the bar. So, we will be back for sporting events.

Yard House has been around for 30 years with tons of locations all over the U.S. This location is in the downtown Sheraton Hotel & of course being downtown parking can be a challenge. We had the Fried Calamari & Miguel's Queso Dip to start. The crispy Calamari was nice & tender - served with two yummy sauces, a Spicy Tomato & a Roasted Jalapeño Tarter. The Queso Dip was good as well but we needed more of everything - dip, tortillas & chips. We had a couple of entrees. First, was a 20 oz Bone-in Korean Rib Eye with Grilled Shrimp & Chili Garlic Fries. This was a huge plate of deliciousness. The steak was cooked perfectly & marinated in a strong soy ginger marinade which I enjoyed. The Grilled Shrimp were a nice compliment & the Fries were spicy. In hindsight I should have chosen the Parmesan Mashed Potatoes as my side to balance out the dish better. The Spread The catering exceeded all expectations. We opted for a diverse package that catered beautifully to everyone, including our vegetarian and vegan guests. Knowing I was busy managing the entrance and welcoming guests, they went out of their way to check in on me personally, ensuring I had food and a drink in hand. The Burbon Peach Crumble is also served in a skillet, and - you guessed it - also lukewarm. It made for a very dense hard to spoon out experience. If it had been hot like one would expect in a skillet, I believe it would have been better.
