Been ages since I've been out dancing. My friend invited me for his birthday celebration. With the lure of VIP tickets and a ride to the club, I couldn't refuse. We found street parking and walked over. Metal detectors and ID check at the front. Of course something buzzed for me. Quick pat down and I was in. They have a coat check which is handy. Since my last time here it's been redone. Not surprising as that was years ago. So many rooms of fun and different styles of music. Lots of bars tucked everywhere so you can always buy a drink. And food trucks outside too. We wandered in the different rooms, enjoying a drink and looking at the merchandise for sale. So many talented vendors. The VIP tickets came with a settee and bubbly. We toasted my friend and enjoyed relaxing there between our . The gender neutral restrooms threw me off a little as the urinals are out in the open. I've been in ones with stalls but this was a first for me. The alley was cool as you can play games and eat at the food truck and drink at the bar. It was cold weather so we didn't stay long in the alley. Back inside for more dancing. Little platforms to dance on. And then dancers made an appearance on the main stage. It was pretty sick. I definitely enjoyed it. Drinks werent too expensive and it has a really positive and energetic environment. What i will say is that this place definitely has an issue sith men who cant keep their hands to themselves as multiple of my friends were groped wothout consent and after we left we were approached multiple times by very drunk men one of whom started screaming at us and getting in our faces. I like this place a lot but if the manchild issue is always this bad i will be avoiding and i strongly recommend against anyone coming here alone. read more

Tracks is such a fun venue and I go every month to Roll on the third Friday! Each Roll has a different theme and everyone really rises to dress up for the occasion! It's so great to see everyone having a good time! Skates are available to rent on a first come first serve basis. I bring my own skates and show up early. 7-9 PM is free entry and less crowds. When it does get later into the evening and the crowds pick up, keep in mind that most people are newer skaters and drinking. So, skate your heart out with them, but be cautious of drink spills, slips, falls, etc. There are 3 rooms to enjoy: - The main rink room - The middle karaoke room - The front room with a mix of people on & off skates There's also an outdoor alleyway that's a great hangout space with wall art, hanging umbrellas, and seating! Sometimes there's even a food truck (weather permitting)! I love this space and the ambience of it all to skate my heart out in! Would absolutely recommend it. read more

I advise you to check out their online site. Roll allows skaters to buy tickets or sign a risk waiver to skate before arrival. To make the time in line a bit quicker. Who ever thought this Decades-old bar & dance hall, would be my new favorite floor to boogy! The nightclub has featuring rotating theme nights & music on multiple floors with an outdoor patio with a food truck. I've heard plenty of good things from Tracks Nightclub, but I've never thought this place has been jammin' since 1981. We absolutely enjoyed the company of the staff, the management and even bouncers. We had a problem with our reservations, but (John?) the manager was incredibly understanding about our troubleshooting with loading the tickets and made our night an unforgettable one. They have sooo many dance floors, with laidback bartenders who whipped up some delicious drinks. We saw a beauty pageant show, aerial dancers, pole dancing and performers the entire night. The Red Carpet walk was also super classy and retro fun. We enjoyed the crowd, everyone seemed to be respectful and nice. I absolutely was pleased with the easy parking accommodations. Paid $30 for entry to a special themed event and then there was literally nothing special done for the theme. There was one photo boot set up on theme and some decorations. Tracks has sadly devolved from an LGBT-inclusive establishment, to one of predatory practices. I went during Pride of this year to give them another chance. I'd already felt like they were being shady, charging wild amounts for weak cocktails, but I thought I'd give them another chance...and it was pride after all, so I was expecting to drop some coin that weekend! Boy, was I shocked when one vodka red bull was $30! Yes, Thirty Dollars. That was the moment I lost respect for this place that pretends to be LGBT-Inclusive. If this isn't their normal pricing, then they were engaging in predatory business practices against our community for pride weekend, and if this is their usual price, I certainly have been priced out! Consider this when you think about going to Tracks. Denver has many other LGBT bars to have fairly-priced, and stiffer cocktails. Recently went to Tracks and it is no longer the safe place it used to be for the LGBT community. It felt more akin to a NASCAR event or "Stop the Steal" rally than a gay bar/club. There were so many straight people in line that I truly felt unsafe being there. I eventually left when I heard patrons making anti-LGBT comments to one another. It's funny, gay people show up at a "straight" bar and we're ridiculed and harassed (or worse) but when straight people show up at a LGBT bar, we're supposed to be accepting even when they start bashing us in our own safe-place. There's definitely a preference for straight people, especially on important nights. This is a gay persons night and all it took was a woman with boobs and we're back to living in Kansas. Could not be more disappointed... especially for somebody who lives in denver and as somebody who comes at least once a month. Of the time I've lived in Denver, I've never been to this club. I was invited by a group of friends to join them on a Saturday night and it was very obvious that I didn't miss anything the last 6 years. I hadn't been to Tracks in quite some time. I always have fun at tracks, but have had some subpar interactions with the door staff. This has not been the case the last few times my friends and I have gone. We have had amazing, cordial interactions with the woman at the door named Tamara. Every time I am there she greets me with a warm smile and does the same with other patrons. I really appreciate feeling welcomed by her and always look forward to being greeted by her friendly face. This was the funnest nightlife I've been to in Denver so far! You can skate throughout the club. They have a dance floor, a karaoke room, and then the skating "rink." You can get a sippy cup for your drinks so when you inevitably fall your drink is fine. It was packed but I got tickets ahead of time so the line went quickly. Okay... there really needs to be a cut off limit for anyone skating and drinking. People get sloppy and it becomes no fun, real quick. Before entering, you need to have your waiver signed. I suggest also purchasing your ticket beforehand. The line can get long and people are obnoxious. You don't want to be waiting for the entry line because there is a massive line for skates. I have my own skates so luckily I'm able to zip right through. This place is 18+ so the younger crowd definitely shows. It's such a great concept but please up the age limit. You will seriously benefit from it. You're able to stay on skates the whole time and put your shoes in the provided cubbies. There aren't any lockers so you're going off an honor system. Don't wear any shoes that you don't want stolen. Not saying mine were, but still, the possibility is there. The main skating rink is located in the back and there are a few other rooms where different music is played. Karaoke is one of the rooms. Seriously, such a fun concept. There are also multiple bars so there isn't a long wait for drinks. For you smokers, the outside area is nice and easily accessible. Will I go back..... ehh. Do they have weekday skating when hardly anyone is around? I'd be down for that! read more

We had a fun night here but it was pretty quiet and the music was really hit or miss. We spent most of our time in the hip hop room since the music on the main stage was strange. Some songs were really good and got us dancing, then it really broke to something not so good where everyone cleared the dance floor. I don't drink but my friends do and said the drinks were strong, bartenders attentive and they really enjoyed themselves. This place was fine, it was fun but for sure not one of the best places in town. I actually found it really interesting to see many straight couples here. Not sure if that was my jam but I like that everyone can come here and have a good time. read more

Brought some friends from out of town here for New Years bc in the past Tracks has had so much variety to offer especially on New Years. This year was such a disappointment!!!! I truly wish we could get a refund. For the money we paid for the tickets we expected so much more. Even on the tickets and the website it said we were supposed to do a cash ball drop and free champagne toast at midnight. There was no drop and no champagne. I've been here before on New Years and had both of those so I'm confused why it was skipped this year especially after being advertised. To top it all off, they closed the biggest and main room during one of the busiest nights of the year, why?!?! The bathrooms are also in that room so instead of multiple music options, plenty of space, and proper bathroom offerings we were all shoved into tiny spaces with one unisex bathroom that started to flood after just the first hour of being open. Generally there are 3 rooms, multiple bars, and food trucks in the back alley. This time we had none of that. The bartenders only attended to their friends and shrugged off anyone else. They were giving out free drinks to the people they knew and when they finally decided to acknowledge you after long waits the drinks were almost $15 a piece. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing!!!! Long lines, terrible service, overpriced, and disgusting. We usually enjoy first Friday here but I can't say we will ever be back after this experience. You really should be refunding people's money back for New Years Eve! P.S. I have been a bar/restaurant GM for over 12 years so I rarely do things like this b/c I know how stressful events like this can be however this was completely inexcusable!!! read more

Paid $3 for a coat check for them to lose not only my $150 jacket but my apartment keys too. Coat check also ignored me while I'm trying to figure out how to access my apartment (which is going to be another $75 for security to let me into my apartment) but was ignoring my existence while trying to figure out what to do. Going to be leaving Tracks in 2021 and suggest no one to trust them with anything. The incompetence is their downfall.
