This one actually does. There is a small lot to the south side, which I parked in since this was my first time here. $16 wasn't great, but at least it's not $45 to pay at Ball Arena. There was plenty of street parking, and I also saw many walking from retail lots not far away. I'll probably try one of these areas next time. I got there early, and rather than stand in line for 45 mins, I walked around the corner to a brewery I had been to before, had a beer, and walked back. While the line was longer when I returned a few mins before doors opened, it moved fast. Once inside, I took a quick peek at the merch counter and moved into the main room. First, I was surprised it was actually smaller than I imagined. Next, while it is SRO, there are actually separations with railings. Good for those behind the railings because there are ledges to put drinks on. In my case, I stood in front of the front railing row (maybe 20 ft from the stage) and leaned against the railing the entire show. That was an unexpected benefit to help ensure my back wasn't aching this morning. Both bands came on stage on time and sounded great. I guess I could see how some would say the sightlines aren't wonderful if you're near the back, but it's a 100+ yr old venue, so what do you expect? Go see a Broadway show at one of the old NY theaters, sit in the back with no legroom for 2-3 hours, and let me know how you're doing. All in all, I enjoyed the Gothic. Easy in and out, and a great experience in between. I'll definitely go back.

It is unique in…read morethe sense that unlike The Bluebird, Summit, Marquis, Mission Ballroom, etc, that are all located in downtown Denver, Gothic is located in Englewood away from the crazy hustle and bustle. Parking still can be difficult unless you get there a bit early. The venue itself is pretty cool. It is on the smaller side and I will say that the few shows I have seen here were overly packed where it was difficult to enjoy the show. The sound is good for the size of the venue. Bartenders do a good job to get people their drinks and not have people waiting too long. The smoking area is a good size which is nice. A lot of venues have a tiny smoking area so everyone is shoulder to shoulder. I look forward to my next show at the Gothic Theatre that is hopefully not going to be overly packed.

I've seen everything from bluegrass to Wu Tang performing there. It's a stellar fan experience because you can get so close to the stage on the dance floor. The bartenders are experienced and fast. The bathrooms are clean with a small line usually. Most all of the staff are very nice and patient with the crowd. This place is my favorite club venue in Denver hands down.
