Unfortunately the service has gone downhill. I think they are having staffing issues. My pedicure was a disaster. The nail polish was unevenly applied and it was applied so thick that it immediately smudged. Bottom line my toes are a lumpy bumpy mess. I scheduled an acrylic fill in & pedicure. I sat for over 20 minutes before I got in a chair. The lady doing my acrylic fill in was not attentive. She kept talking to other people, and while using a drill on my thumb she burned me. I asked for a trim and she took more than I wanted. No going back from that. My pedicure went better. These are my toes a 4 days after getting done. They shouldn't be chipped and look like I haven't done them in months. I've had this service before at other salons and they always last a month +. I'd give give 0 stars if I could. One staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional. I got a mani-pedi and my total came up to $125. Keep in mind I did not initially want a pedicure but they said there was a wait for manicures but someone was available for a pedi so they said just get a pedicure too. I wasn't trying to be there long but since there was gonna be a wait anyway I said why not. BIG MISTAKE! I should've just went somewhere else. I was not happy with the service as it felt rushed and wasn't done properly (I had polish left on my skin and evident unevenness with the crystal manicure). I still decided to give a small tip even though I didn't like the service because I don't feel comfortable not tipping at all. The staff member pointed to the receipt with the tip amount and said "that's it? For two people?" I was utterly shocked and embarrassed. There was a woman behind me and she looked just as shocked. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I would advise the staff to remember that a tip is NOT mandatory and is a reflection of the service YOU provide. It would have been more appropriate to simply ask for feedback and if I was happy with the service. I would have kindly explained how I felt. read more

I never get the same pedicure/manicure twice even though I am getting the exact same thing every time. I generally have to fix my manicure as soon as I leave because the shape is always wonky. My sister and I went to get dip powder nails and Cindy did beautifully on hers, but mine was where things started going south. I wanted a simple flower for my accent nail and Daniel, the guy doing my mani, could not figure out how to do it! He made a few attempts trying to get it right but after like 20 mins with no success gave up and I ended up getting no nail art. Also they were very short staffed and Daniel was on the phone while doing my nails, making appointments etc. Overall a pretty stressful experience and very frustrating with the nail art. Also, I got white dip powder and the gel top coat is already turning them yellow and it's been 30 mins. They get 3 stars for my sisters nails but none for mine, and it took over 2 hours to get done.
