BEWARE! they do not follow Florida's state board of regulations. Went in for the first time with a friend for a mani Pedi. My first time going to a Florida nail Salon. They used a metal rasp on my feet and a cheese grater type tool on my friend's feet. These are prohibited tools and a violation of state board regulations. Thought maybe this was allowed in Florida but it is definitely not! These can lead to skin infections and injury. During my manicure she took out a used foam buffer to buff my nails. I called her out on it and she ran to the back to get a new one .My nails were soaked in cold water with no soap to soften my cuticles. Another employee came and took the dish of water when I was done soaking and went to the sink rinsed it out and filled it for her client! Wow such poor sanitary practices. As a Nurse this did not sit well with me at all. Will not be going back. They need to be reported to the licensing board. read more

Was in Naples for a quick little getaway and looking for a much needed pedicure place. I looked this one up on yelp seemed to have some good reviews and they did not disappoint. I didn't have an appointment but they got me in right away told me to pick my color and someone would be with me shortly. I waited maybe 5 min. The lady was very nice , asked me which pedicure I wanted. I went for the mini spa. It was about 15 bucks more than the base but came with a 10 min massage, lemon sugar scrub and fresh lemon in the leg massage. No complaints at all. We scoured reviews on Yelp and Google to find a place nearby that had good service and reasonable prices. This place appeared to fit the bill. Many of the reviews were from within the past few months, and all of them rated the place highly. We called the night before to book an appointment for the next day at 10:00 AM. We arrived on time, and we were greeted outside as we stepped out of the car parked directly in front of the business. There was no wait time. My mom and I were seated right away in the deluxe recliner massage chairs while the male technicians filled the foot bath with water and gathered supplies. The technicians worked at a steady pace. They knew what they were doing. They asked the necessary questions up front like rounded or square shaped nails, desired color, and what type of mani & pedi do you want. They handed us a laminated document that explained the services offered and the prices. My mom went with the green tea and I went with the lavender. Both included a 10 minute leg/foot massage, callus removal, hot stones, and warm leg wrap. I was completely relaxed and at ease the entire time I was there. In the background, classical piano music played a variation of soothing Disney hits. If you didn't listen closely, you might not even recognize songs like Once Upon A Dream from Sleeping Beauty and A Whole New World from Aladdin. Before painting my fingernails, the technician asked me if I wanted to go ahead and pay. This was convenient so that I didn't mess up the paint job. They don't take American Express, but they do take Visa. Cash tips are appreciated. There is an ATM on site in case you need it. I got my nails done by Amy, I fell in love the first time she did my burgundy red dip powder nails, perfectly shaped and looked so natural. She seriously made my day!! It wasn't bad by any means. But I am a runner... and I like the cheese grader thing on my feet and I want to come out without dead skin. Long massage, etc etc... but ... my feet weren't even *that* horrible and I mostly got the pumice stone thing - that just won't cut it on my big toes etc.... So I was left a tad unhappy... I chose this location because of the good reviews. I was very disappointed. Just because you don't get a spa pedicure doesn't mean you should be rushed and have polish left on your toes and not properly filed not to mention complete pedicure from start to finish in 15 minutes. I've never been so rushed in all the years I've gone to a nail salon. When I told her it was the fastest pedicure I've ever had, she told me it's just a regular one. What does that mean??? Too much competition out there to be treated like that. This is an update on my experience. The Nail Salon contacted me and offered a refund or free pedicure. This is become my new go to nail salon in an environment where the overall prices have gone up and customer service has gone down. This is pretty good experience. The owner, Eve does a really good job with French manicures if you like soft square shape with a thin line. My favorite person for pedicures is Sami, but I've seen almost everyone there and they're all decent. They are clean and run on time and are knowledgeable. They have a good selection of colors, and they do a good job with dip too. I'm only giving four stars because I don't think that there's a five star experience in Naples I've found any more. Back in the early 2000s, I used to get my pedicure with a girl named Betty at Nail Millennium at Pine Ridge and Airport, and she gave the best massages!! Now the business model throughout all salons I visit is much more money driven, and the experience is poorer, unless you pay for the ungrades. But that's probably just me being an old fart. Be prepared to tip 20% or get a side eye. If you have a five star experience pedicure in Naples, please share I'm on the hunt. read more

I'm still reeling from my experience yesterday, plus the one before. I wanted to give this place a chance because they are so nice but have never had such poor experiences at a nail salon and I've been getting my nails done for about 14 years. There were a couple of good experiences which is why I kept going back but last time I told the lady before she put on the powder that they were too long and asked if she could shorten them and she said it was too late. There was also globs of powder stuck on the side of my nail and she was about to let me leave like that. I asked if she could take it off. She tried. Yesterday...the woman cut them down very short and I asked why she did that. She said she thought it was a good length. I was getting them done by someone else and I told the woman that the middle finger was a different length and was too short. She asked if I wanted the rest of the nails cut down to which I replied no, they are too short already. The other woman who originally cut them down overheard and said oh its because your nail beds are ... (couldn't understand what she said). I said but I don't come and get my nails done so they are different lengths. Who wants their nails done different lengths? She said, it's not that bad. Last time they were so long I couldn't do anything. This time they are so short I can't do anything. Also...every time I have gone it has been at least an hour and a half which I don't have time for. I have made an apt every time. They are willing to fix anything if you go back (she has told me). They are nice. They give back massages. But the good doesn't outweigh the bad. I am giving 2 stars because they are nice and I had 2 good nail experiences but never will I ever go back. read more

I needed to get my eyebrows done on a last minute run. I was driving to Sarasota for the weekend. I stopped to use the restroom at a nearby location in Naples and decided to give this area a quick look. Some of the closer choices were closed or getting ready to close in a few minutes. It was 10 minutes to 7pm. I came across this nail & Waxing lounge that stated they were open & walk ins were welcome. I was attended to almost immediately after walking through the door and my technicians name was Kike.
