Owner/manager/nail tech was rude, rushed, and unprofessional. Sloppy work. This was my first time at salon and she didn't even introduce herself. Rather, a coworker slid over next to her in a chair and they were gossiping nearly the whole time in foreign language. It was very uncomfortable. The pedicure was the most minimal pedicure I've ever had at a salon or spa. I don't recommend this salon and I'm surprised about any positive reviews. There are better places in Naples. read more

I chose the $45 option which included the free wine! I thought that was a nice treat for myself! The services were great. My nail tech was nice and friendly and ensured that I was comfortable. I got a pedicure and a manicure with nail art with two others. They started my pedicure ~25 mins after the others. Then rushed through that. After that I got a manicure... well they botched my nails. I had normal nail polish on my bare nails which could get removed with nail polish remover.. the woman doing my nails decided the best way to remove it would be with an electric sander. Well, now my nails are ruined and won't stop breaking. And the cherry on top is that I paid for 4 nails to get art. After doing the thumbs, she told me the rest would look bad and refused to do it. I had my nails done here for my anniversary. They were awful, crooked, and you could see red from the previous persons nails he had did- he got it on my nail and could be seen through my glitter nail. He cut one nail so crooked and down into the side it looked horrible. He handled me roughly, took 3 hours, and my gel toe polish was nasty and bumpy looking. He cut the bottom of my nail by my cuticle so deep that now almost 3 months later it's just growing out. Also took my gel off my toes and saw a lovely fungus underneath! I have had good times with other techs (Andy and Ben are great) but this was someone different and absolutely horrible. Never again. Still can't even get my nails done due to the trauma done to them. read more

This salon is pleasant to look at and very clean however, very short on personality! I was in the lobby for 10+ minutes before being acknowledged then unceremoniously placed in a manicure chair and left for at least another 10+ minutes. I have no idea who the manicurist was since she didn't introduce herself but she was the only one I saw with gray hair (not a problem for me by the way). She was very abrupt with her movements and picky about where I put my hands etc. Then she said she made a mistake but would fix it (?) and she did but then handed me off to another person to finish up because she had another client that apparently couldn't be kept waiting. The second technician did my pedicure without incident. Although others had water, soft drinks etc. I was never offered anything. I waited at the desk for almost 10 minutes just trying pay my bill. Now, six days and $90 later, my light pink gel nails have turned a sickly beige color, most likely the result of inferior, cheap products. I will never set foot in that place again nor will I recommend it to anyone! Quite the contrary!!!!! read more

The salon is set up somewhat for safety, however I never witnessed anyone wiping down surfaces. I found customer service to be insulting and totally lacking! I came to this salon a few days ago and I was so happy with my experience. I'll never get my nails done anywhere else in Naples. Firstly, the place was so clean. Impeccably clean. The stations were sparkling. I witnessed the staff washing their hands regularly and everyone was wearing a mask. The tools were all sterilized. Secondly, this was the best manicure I've had outside of Boston where I live. After having a less than stellar experience at a salon closer to my house, my mother and I both made appointments to get gel manicures. The technicians sat us quickly. My nails are perfectly shaped, and the technician made sure they were even by continually checking their shape (but not so much that I felt it made the appointment too long). The gel is near perfect on my nail beds. A near perfect swoosh at the cuticle. I've taken my nails in the pool, in the shower, doing dishes, etc, and it's yet to even get a scratch. Very impressed with the work. Thirdly, the staff was very kind. Talkative but not chatty. I would recommend this salon to anyone visiting from a metropolitan area. They are professional and their prices are fair ($45 for a gel manicure) for what I would expect for such an excellent service. read more

Sure, I've tried other places because of recommendations, gift cards, or even location convenience but the fact is I always come back here because all the employees are nice and hard working. This was a large and beautiful nail salon, decided to walk-in and give it a try for dip nails. Was a little on the pricey side for dips they charge $45, I normally pay $35 at my regular nail salon. The guy doing my nails, smelled like cigarette smoke. He did do a nice job on my nails and took his time doing them. I went this afternoon to get one nail repaired and then the rest redone with dipping powder.....my regular salon had an emergency and had to close until Monday so I couldn't wait.... Obviously they don't understand the request as I commented multiple times during the service which by the way took over an hour and a half!!!! - the manicurist, proceeded to remove all my existing tips and dipping powder manicure and replaced with new....he cut me in the process with the drill and the final result was a bubbled manicure seeping into the cuticles.
