This was the place I came to get my nails done but will now be finding a new place. I had the gel French manicure done, the next day two of my nails chipped. The following day half of my nails chipped. So I went In to get it fixed. They were too busy to fix them. I decided to try again two days later and again he could not take me and told me to come back in a few hours. I then asked for a refund then and he wouldn't offer me anything. Walk-in gel manicure - Chris was my nail tech. He did a careful job of removing the horrible gel manicure I had and replaced it with a beautifully shaped blue masterpiece. He was thorough, personable, and accommodating, even helping me pick a specific color after I thought I had already decided on one. Great service all around...just maybe work on the music? This used to be my go to nail salon...until this afternoon. Owner of the salon was outside smoking a cigarette as I was walking up ; he walked to the door before me and I figured he was going to hold it open for me, but I was wrong. He stood in the door way and began to close the door and wouldn't let me walk inside. I asked him "are you guys open..." he responded with "yes but busy sorry" and shut the door in my face. I was blown away and quite pissed off with the way he acted- not professional in any way, shape or form. Very disappointing experience. We set an appointment 2 days in advance for 3 manicures and pedicures. We arrived on time and had to wait 30 minutes just to be seated and then were left for another 15 in cool water with no solution or jets working. We had to skip the manicures and my pedicure polish application was terrible. Parts of my toe nails had polish others had polish on my cuticles. I won't go back. read more

I needed my nails done on Superbowl Sunday and called around for any available salon. They were open and could take me that afternoon. My nail tech, Kate, was kind, offered me a beverage right away and was competent, efficient, and quite detailed oriented. The salon was large, clean and there were about 4 other nail techs working with other clients. Overall very happy with my gel manicure. Fantastic hand massage at the end & was a very nice relaxing experience too. My first time here, but definitely not my last! Would recommend. PS. I am not rating this salon based on the quality of their work, because I left before I was called back. On a Sunday afternoon I walked in without an appointment for a mani-pedi. I could see a man and woman working and they had one customer. I was told it would be 5-10 minute wait so I sat in the waiting area. Since this was the first time being here, I checked out their pricing which was in a brochure on the counter. I would of paid approximately $60 not including tip. Although that is more than I was used to paying I was open to give them a try. However, if the two of them were needed to service one client, and after 20 minutes of being left waiting without an update or offered a beverage from the well stocked fridge in the corner, I decided not to be kept waiting for an overpriced salon. I drove a mile down the road and had my mani-pedi done for $37 without a wait. read more

I came here last year and they did a great job. This year I had Kim for a manicure and pedicure and she was outstanding. Thorough job, recommendations of products for my thick nails and worked hard to make sure she got all the loose skin and hangnails off. It was very clean with a nice quiet atmosphere read more

Lovely salon; not very busy. Prices were higher than expected. I was quoted $30 for a liquid gel nail fill; when I went in for a pedi (base price $30) and the gel nail fill they discovered bubbles under my two week old gel fill from last time and took them off and started over; $55 for that service. Then charged another $10 for the Shellac nail polish. My bill was $95...a bit more than around the $60 I expected. I didn't find their service any better or worse than other salons in the area but their prices are higher. I wasn't told ahead of time that the shellac polish was an additional $10 and $5 to remove the two week old gel fill... I probably will not go back as I'm not really in a position to afford to pay $55 plus a tip every time I get a 'fill' that turns into a replacement... read more

I had a shellac mani/pedi done here last week. The gentleman that did my nails cut my cuticle, I was bleeding and he didn't even apologize. Then I get $85 bill and still have $15 tip like an idiot. I had been to this salon & getting dipped nails & pedicure pretty regularly. Consistency was my biggest issue here. It seemed the price was never the same for the same service. I always had a different tech & I didn't have a favorite person so it really didn't matter. I tend to be quick to like or hate something so I decided to wait until this am to post my review. I went in for a soak off of my tips & dipped nails & pedicure. The water in the pedicure bowl was pretty chilly. I told the owner & he added hot water, but not enough to make the water warm. The lady doing my pedicure said- I have to drain the bowl to make it warm- Ugh, never mind. So on that alone, I was irritated. I do love that she did a good job on shaping /filing. This was close to when they would be closing. I have rotator cuff tears in each shouler. The owner had me cross each arm across my body while getting.a cold.water.pedicure, so he could.work on my.hands while getting the cold pedicure. I.would never return to this place as i think this.was a huge lack of.customer service and.basic.concern for customer positioning. The first time I went was okay. They are VERY slow so I thought they would be very thorough but when I left all my nails were different lengths and they missed parts of my nails when painting. The second time I went, I made an appointment to go on my lunch break at 1pm. I got there at 12:59 and was not seated at a chair until 1:25. They wrapped my nails to take my shellac nail polish off and I sat there for another 20 mins soaking. While he was painting my nails he was going back and forth between me and another woman, answering the phone and greeting people at the door and seeing what they needed done and way under quoting them on times. I finally walked out of there at 2:11. That's about as long as it takes me usually to get a full manicure when all I was doing was getting my polish changed. They need to hire more staff or be honest if they can't accommodate you for a specific time. Safe to say I won't be going back. read more

Nice salon, very clean, friendly staff. Issues are... The girl doing my nails had to put on a new set of acrylics.. apparently mine were falling off? Yet when she was taking them off... and I have never had anyone use a metal tool and pull and the slide under the acrylic to pop them off, only soak... I was looking at my nails and they didn't seem to be coming off. Except 2. Yet she took them all off, and the 8 that didn't need taken off were very painful. And she wasn't going to even tell me how much they charge for a whole new set... she was going to just remove my acrylics.. when 2 needed redone only, and then redo them all. So, I asked her... she consulted someone as she's forcing a nail off my thumb... and tells me I have to pay for the removal, the new set and the gel polish.. which I chose gel as regular nail lacquer chips so quickly. But, I have to pay for her to pull my acrylics off so painfully?! I could see it if #1 they ALL needed redone #2 she soaked them off.. but, sliding and forcing them all off... no! She put the new set on and painted my nails and they looked good in shop.. but, I had little bubbles all through my nails, so I paid for that too. I didn't realize I should closely examine my nails before leaving or I would have. Very disappointing. This was my second time here and my last. I wonder if there are any good and honest nail salons around? read more

This is the third time I've been to this nail spa and will definitely NOT be the last! All of the nail techs are very professional, courteous, talented and friendly. I feel so welcomed every time i walk in the door. Even my fiancée got a manicure! He usually hates going to the nail salon with me. The atmosphere is very clean and relaxing. My two sisters and I went to this nail salon today for two pedicures and a fill. We were quoted 20 minutes wait time. An hour later the same guy who quoted us 20 mins said he could take one of us but the other two would have to wait at least 10 more minutes. He didn't seemed apologetic in the least bit. Don't usually leave reviews. But I came in to get my nails fixed after a bad experience at Vivi Nails. Beautiful inside, and way cleaner here. Not completely happy, but they are a lot better than what they looked like. On top of that, the prices are more reasonable. That's why I'm giving 3 stars. Will definitely remember to have my nails done before I come to Naples next year. Not so friendly or skilled in the industry here like they are in Michigan. read more

Thanks to Yelp for directing me to Elysee Nail Spa and Thank my Lucky Stars that Chris was my Nail Tech. I had the basic mani-pedi but Chris provided the BEST I've ever had. He is a personable young man and a True Artist when it comes to shaping. He was so careful to keep both toe nails and finger nails carefully attuned. The pedi massage was energizing and moisturizing. The manicure was clean, colorful and (again) beautifully shaped. Great upscale salon environment with offers of water and/or wine.....sleek and clean, clean, clean. For this vacationer, the salon was conveniently located too. Chris certainly deserves a 5 Star Rating and the salon itself is a happy bonus. read more

While the manicure and pedicure were fine, the man who gave me my mani pedi with a gel mani told me it would be one price, but the rude man who rang me up wouldn't honor the price and charged me more. I wouldn't recommend because of this experience. I also brought my own manicure kit which they refused to use. read more

My daughter walked out crying. She went and got her nails done by Kate and they were navy blue and gold powder dip nails with tips but then the color changed to black and orange. She looked like she was getting ready for Halloween. She got them done on a Friday, we went to a concert that weekend and when we got home all her nails were lifting so finally I had time to take her on Wednesday. They were so nasty to her cause I called prior saying we would be there at 2:30 pm and he ( manager) said he has her down for 3:00 pm and made us wait until 3:15. She chose a different color, because she thought the other color was defective because of what it did ( lifting and color change). The manager told her that he wouldn't charge this time but he doesn't see anything wrong with her nails and that she just didn't like the color. Then he began speaking about her to his client in English and my daughter could hear the whole conversation. She was very nice about it and couldn't understand why they were making fun of her. She felt bad and tried to give her nail tech (Kate) a large tip. The nail tech pushed the money away and said I don't want your money, gave her a dirty look and walked away. read more
