I really enjoy getting my manicures and pedicures at Envy. They do a great job and they're very kind and friendly. I tried a different nail salon and was not happy until I found Envy! read more

I've been a loyal Nail Envy customer for years. I've brought my daughters, sisters, mother, grandmothers and dozens of friends, and I recommend you to people almost every week, so this review is hard to write. A friend booked 2:00 PM appointments for three of us. We were running late, and she called ahead to say we'd be about 15 minutes behind. When we arrived, my two friends were seated right away. I stepped aside for a quick 5-minute work call, then told the staff I was ready. No one acknowledged me. I watched them seat another customer, and then a walk-in who arrived after me, while I sat there until 2:55. When I finally asked what was going on, I was told they had "waited 15 minutes" for me. If they weren't going to take me, all it took was telling me so I wasn't left sitting for 25 minutes. I asked if this was really how they wanted to treat a longtime customer who would not be coming back. They said yes, so I left. I'm sad to end this relationship, but being ignored and then dismissed isn't the kind of customer service I'll keep paying for or recommending. read more

I have never in 40 years been treated so awful. They were rude, didn't greet or acknowledge me. Burned me with the water and stones and then proceeded to laugh. They treated me like w homeless person from the street. When they didn't give me the receipt to tip, never have experienced that either, I asked for it to tip of course and they said "oh you plan on tipping"?!? so freak rude. read more

Absolutely gorgeous dip nails. In love with the color. You can get any color in three option: gel, dip and regular polish! Highly recommend Jimmy! Everyone there is so professional and nice! Feels like family when there! read more

Do not come here. Terrible service every time. They gave me a literal child to do my pedicure, and he didn't even do it right, yet I still paid for it. This is a literal CHOP SHOP. I'm so disappointed. I've gone in TWICE once for a fill/Pedi and again recently for a fill. They post all over the shop to leave 5-star reviews for $5 off so keep that in mind considering other reviews. Every time I've gotten a fill so far there it was a man that did them and they look so bad and misshapen. My nails look like veneers right now they are so straight and have no c curve or apex. I will never come back after this service I paid 56 dollars for!! It's already peeling for GEL. I don't know why they are already chipping and peeling considering I got them done 3 days ago. I used to go there before the season and never had complaints but the fact that they are charging this and the work is not up to par is a literal scam service. read more

I made an appointment with Jane, from a recommendation, she was too busy. They put me with Jason, the worst pedi i have ever had. Also terrible selection of gel polish. The gel was so old it actually faded from dark magenta to orange in 2 days. read more

Visiting from NY. Came here last year while on vacation and returned again this spring. Envy is super clean, modern, and has a huge selection of colors. Peter did an amazing job on my pedicure and manicure. Nancy gave my son a much needed pedicure and was great with him. Highly recommend Envy and will be back again on my next trip to Naples. read more

Envy Nail Bar - Great nail salon! Mimosas! - Nail Salons Near Me - Naples, Florida

Nice place. Clean. Got the regular pedicure for $35. Nice, but very short. Lasted about 15 minutes. Unless you opt for one of the more expensive options (they have many), you're getting the bare minimum with a regular pedicure. Still a very nice place. If you plan to use a debit or credit card, there's a fee. read more

I really wanted to give Envy a chance because they have great reviews but I've been left disappointed both times. The first time I got a Gel Manicure and it was rushed and chipping. Yesterday i got a pedicure and the guy doing my service rushed and was so sloppy. He barely filed my nails and cut my cuticles, it felt like he just tapped the file and cutter in my toes. I have nail polish all over my skin. read more

This place is great. I got the best Dip nails ever by Nancy. She is very kind. This nail salon is clean with friendly personnel. I really like that the nail technicians don't hold private conversations in a foreign language making one feel uncomfortable (like they are talking about you). They are Professionals. read more

I discovered Envy nail bar several months ago ... and can't say enuf good things about them ../ advised 2 friends and they love them also!

Best pedicure spot in Naples... a drink, good people and great chairs. Highly recommend.

Dustin did a great job! Love my pedicure and powder gel. Now I'm ready for Easter! Highly recommend Envy Nail Bar.

Jane is fantastic. The only glitch I had was when I was checking out the woman at the register chastised me for the manicure appointment I made. I was told to always specify what kind I want, be it a regular one, dip or gel. I felt a bit off put by her demeanor and apologized and said I also was not asked at the time what type I wanted but after feeling like I was in trouble while paying for it and leaving a huge tip for a great job that Jane did. There was no appointment waiting for her, I did not disrupt anyone, but you can bet I will definitely make sure in future I will have my mind made up before. I think it should have been handled differently. Jane is 5 stars! The other person not so much. read more

I was very impressed on my first visit to Nail Envy. The staff was friendly and the salon was organized and very clean. Best nail salon I've been to in a long time. Service was awesome. I got a normal mani/pedi & they finished the whole thing within 45 min, including a complimentary foot and hand massage. They were very efficient and super nice. I normally do my own nails but I'm glad I came here instead, totally worth it--was only $55 total for entire service. Love this place and definitely will be coming back. read more

i went in before vacation wanting cute french. the guy I received didn't pay attention and gave me different shaped nails even after I asked to fix them. gave me streaky tips and didn't clean up the underneath part. overall disappointed with the nails read more

Envy nails bar does it again!! They're so amazing at what they do. I HIGHLY recommend them. I've tried different nail salons but never satisfied as this one. They take pride in their work as is of excellence!! I got dipping powder done on my natural nails, and not once have they cracked (which they shouldn't, but it has happened to every other salon I've been to). My nails wouldn't go past 2 weeks before they break or crack. My nails now last 3 weeks before I need to get them done again and only because my nail has grown out, otherwise they would last longer. They're so friendly and talkative which is really nice. I have tried different nail techs as well and they're all great!! I am so happy to finally found a nail salon where they're great at what they do and I always leave the salon feeling so happy and satisfied. Which is a great feeling to have knowing you paid for something you love. Don't hesitate in giving them a try. I promise you they won't disappoint you. read more

Well..... i don't even wanna give 1 star. I went there because a friend of mine goes there. The OWNER did my nails. I ended up going with something basic even tho it was a special occasion for me. However the designs on my friends nails are not much longer than mine and it would have fit in mine. Whatever my nails were ok. Not what I want but I was already there over an hour and I still needed a pedicure. It was the WORST pedicure I EVER HAD. The MAIN THING I TOLD THE OWNER, was I needed someone that could rub my feet well and with some pressure as I am on them for a long time. I asked her more than 3 times to rub my feet so I could feel it. She barley spoke English and never gave me any pressure. She painted them with a crappy goopy pain job. When the OWNER finally saw it she took over and painted them well. (It was raining outside) she would let me put my own Sandals on made me wear the paper ones. Guess what, they were messed up by the time I went back in, where I then painted my own toes for a shitty pedicure that I paid $45 for a better foot rub she said. NEVER AGAIN! read more
