I am so happy I took the plunge and trusted the husband/wife team ( the owners) to give my hair a complete do over. I needed a Brazilian Blowout treatment, hair cut and color. My hair appointment here was a complete success! 2 days I waited to style my hair and the results were worth it. The owners treated me with respect and kindness. I am grateful for their experience, advise, and excellent value. I know longer have to fight with my abundant, frizzy, thin hair. It only took me 5 minutes to get the results I have dreamed of. Color applied and now I can attest to say this color application is the prettiest blonde I have ever seen on my hair! Absolutely not! I got my hair done by Lynn a couple months ago. She was so nice to me about my hair and very talkative. I decided to get partial highlights for my birthday. I've always had virgin hair and a lot of hair, as I'm Afro Latina. I didn't know what to expect because I had never gotten my hair done before. I had my friend with me, who has done highlights to her hair before. When all was done my friend looked at me and said it looks weird. I was thinking well it's not dry yet, but it was very yellow and very chunky highlights. Lynn charged me more because of how much hair I had which is understandable. As I got into the car my hair started to dry and I started to cry. My hair was not only yellow, but it was 3 different shades of blonde. and none of the blonde is the color I asked for. My hair looked confusing and almost as if I had done it myself. When I got home and my mom saw my hair she immediately said I want a refund. It was so poorly done. I'm not even sure she used toner in my hair. When my mom called to ask for a refund, Luigi said I can come in and get it fixed. I was okay with that at first, but they wanted me to wait another 3-4 days until they called me back to set an appointment. I have work. I have people I have to look presentable infront in and my birthday was that week. I looked like a joke. My mom waited 3 days for them to call and they never did, so we went to a different salon to get it fixed. We then went to Salon Sarracino the next day to get my refund. When we got there Lynn was standing outside and she was nice at first about giving us our money back. Then she proceeded to become nasty towards my mother and make rude and unnecessary comments. She then got upset with me for not allowing her to fix my hair. why would I allow someone who screwed up my hair to fix it and you can't even do it in a timely manner. My mother works 3 jobs for her hard earn money. They told us they would give us the refund, but i didn't have my card on me, so they said to call when I got it and they would put my card in the system to give me my money. Weeks went by my mother called to make sure, they said it would be in soon. The money never came in, so my mom called our bank Chase and made a claim. Letting them know the situation. They gave us the money back on June 14th. Not the salon, but the bank. Fast toward to today and the bank has now reversed the claim, the Salon knowing they agreed to give us a full refund and knowing they screwed my hair up decided to reverse the claim and take advantage of the fact they allowed us to do it over the phone instead of going in and using my card, it took me 2 more times of going to a different salon to get my hair to one be a decent color and two fix the mess of chunky highlights that Lynn left me with. It is unacceptable that they would reverse my refund. They took advantage of me because I am young and then when an adult (my mother) came to confront them they are disrespectful. These people are unacceptable and what they did is just plain disgusting behavior. 200 dollars may not be a lot for them, but it is for my family. I put trust in them with my hair and they messed it up very badly. even the salon I went to said to go get a refund because you pay for something and if it's unacceptable and not what you paid for get Your money back. Its plain customer service, but on top of that common curtsey. She did a lousy job on my hair and she knows it, which is why she got defensive when my mother started telling her what she did to screw up my hair. as well as telling her the facts another Hairstylist gave us on highlights. They are just petty people and it's not okay. They think they can get away with this because unfortunately we didn't get anything in writing. if I have on piece of advice, it's to run away from this place. especially if you have ethnic hair like I do. They play dirty and its unacceptable behavior. read more

I was looking for someone to partially highlight my hair when my hairdresser was out. I went to book an appointment online and read a partial highlight was $125 which was a lot but still reasonable. I booked the appointment and upon checkout I was charged $195! Not including a tip. Don't get me wrong she was very nice and did a great job. To say I was taken aback would be an understatement of the century! I cried after getting home and realizing it. I know it's Naples but that's just way to much for the average working person to be able to keep up with wanting to look nice. read more

If I could post a zero star I would! I went in with a picture of how I wanted my hair simply layered (pic #1), but to keep the length of my current hair (pic #2), and walked out with no layers and length at least 2 inches shorter (pic #3)! Initially, Luigi seemed friendly and experienced. But it was clearly a façade because once he put scissors to my hair, he was obviously unwilling to follow clear instruction. I told him over, and over, and over, and over again how long it took me to grow my hair and to NOT cut my length, and he seemed not only to hear it, but to get tired of me saying it. So I thought, OK he got the point... No he obviously DID NOT! I started seeing all of this hair fall to the floor, but took a deep breath and thought, no it's just the layers he's cutting, you can't see the back of your head silly, he's a professional, he knows what he's doing, don't worry! Boy was I WRONG!!! Then, get this: he actually told me I had too much hair to style, sent me home with wet hair, and then had the audacity to charge me $65 for this butcher job!!! Stupid me I actually gave him a $13 tip in good faith! And sure, that might seem cheap for Naples but keep in mind that all he was supposed to do was layer the hair and he didn't even blow dry it. After sleeping on it for a day, I washed and styled my own hair and took a picture (pic #3). I called him to express my sincere disappointment and of course he defended everything and insisted he didn't touch the length and suggested I come back in. So I went in, showed him these pictures and he continued to defend himself. I calmly told him I felt like I paid for prime rib and got chicken. I asked for my money back and of course... he refused and very seriously told me that he thinks I got lobster for the price. What a total and complete joke!!!! If you want your hair butchered and for a hairstylist to not listen to his customer, go there. But if you want good business practice, a conscientious artist with excellent customer service, run away from Salon Sarracino!!!! It's definitely not worth the money, the frustration nor the pain of having to start growing your hair all over again! read more

Lynn was able to match my color perfectly, gave me a wonderful shampoo and head massage then Luigi cut and styled my hair. I had a 3:00 PM appointment for a woman's hair cut and style with Luigi. I wear a 'bob' style. I have been visiting my parents for the last 2 months and was 12 weeks overdo for a cut. I arrived at Salon Sarracino at 2:57 PM and introduced myself to Luigi upon arrival. He told me to have a seat and he would be with me in a few minutes. He called me back and sat me down at his station and asked what I was looking for. I briefly explained that my bob had simply grown out and needed it re-cut and shaped. He then took me back and gave me the fastest shampoo and conditioner I have ever had. He was in a huge race. He then sat me down in the chair for the cut. He Literally spent 10 minutes in cutting it, blow drying it and then just combed it and walked me to the front to pay. My hair looks like someone put a bowl on top of my head and just cut around it. At 3:29 PM I was in my car backing out of the parking lot. He never offered a mirror for me to check out the cut at the back, and when I told him while laughing that this was the fastest haircut I've ever had, he responded. "Time is money." There was NO ONE waiting. I was the only customer in the salon besides one other customer that his wife was giving a hair color to. I was Never rude to him in Any way. I was very polite and friendly. I was SO shocked that I just laughed at his response and followed him up front to pay as well a tipping him well as I felt so awkward I just do what I usually do and give the hair stylist 25% gratuity. He never asked if I wanted a water and showed ZERO interest in me as a client. It was almost laughable. Again, he spent 10 minutes on my hair including the blow dry which consisted of him not pinning my hair in sections like a stylist usually does and blow drying in sections. He merely took a round brush and blow dried it like you would do at home when in a rush. It was disgusting. read more

I had an eyelash extension fill done here and it was a complete disaster, first my eyes were glued shut and it took quite a while to finally get them to open,the woman who did them was not really trained well she used way too much glue and lashes that were way too long ( this caused a lot of breakage in my natural lashes ) I had to have all my lashes removed and a new set completed....at a cost of $255.00 USD I was heartbroken as I loved my lashes not too mention that for 3 days my eyes were stinging and swollen! I just returned from my first visit to Salon Sarracino and only have excellent things to say!! Lynn colored my hair and did the best, most professional job! I live in New Jersey and go to NYC to have my hair cut and colored, but I would go to Salon Sarracino over any of the New York salons I have used! The salon is newly renovated with light colors and lovely minimalist pieces. It is extremely clean and the skin and nail team is top drawer. Each employee is polite, very friendly and professional. It was such a pleasure to be in a salon where everyone is welcoming and where you feel taken care of from beverages to magazines. Parking is easy and the stores around the salon are lovely! I have lived in Naples for 3 years. I have tried to get my hair done here. I have often come out with orange tones in my hair. I have had my scalp burned and peeled and my hair break from bad coloring. My coloring has been so bad that I was waited until I would travel to a big city like Chicago or visit family in NJ and then I would get my hair colored anywhere but in Naples. UNTIL.....Lynne! I had my first highlight with her and she did a phenomenal job. One of the best colorings I have had in my life. She knows what she is doing and you can trust her.
