Shanique is a top notch masseuse!! Spavia is always so pleasant when you walk in. Always clean, great atmosphere, so relaxing

I booked the Buttered Rum Body Scrub and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. The front desk was not very informative, and I found myself having to navigate the process on my own. The service itself felt lower in quality compared to similar treatments I've had at other studios and did not come across as particularly professional. At checkout, I waited several minutes while the staff appeared very stressed and overwhelmed, which made me feel uncomfortable -- it's difficult to feel at ease when the people assisting you seem to be under that level of pressure. Overall, the experience felt underwhelming and not on par with what I had anticipated. read more

Experience was great and we will do it again and have recommended. Welcoming staff, great products and very nice amenities. The massage itself was top notch with comfortable tables , warm, nice music and quiet. Very relaxing. I would give it a 10 if it wasn't so expensive We had a couples massage and it was one of the best we've had, we immediately booked another session. Excellent, quality service and we left feeling relaxed and happy read more

I always have a great experience at Spavia the services and the practitioners are always top notch, really get a lot of use out of my membership!! read more

Logan has done my facials for awhile now, she is amazing and has completely transformed my face and gave me amazing advice that has helped my face finally calm down and it hasn't been this clear for a long time now! Plus she just makes you feel so at home and the atmosphere is absolutely amazing. It gives you more of a 'spa' than a 'massage place' read more

Had an amazing hot stone massage with Emily! Very professional. The facility is gorgeous and all the amenities are provided. The staff was very nice and helpful and I never felt uneasy or uncomfortable. Definitely will be coming back! read more

The atmosphere and the therapist Karinia are very very good. I especially like the waiting room where warm neck towels are provided before and after your service. Shower and bathrobes and slippers are a great perk as well. read more

Santa had gotten me a gift certificate for an anti-aging facial. Thanks, Santa! Ann was my aesthetician and she was absolutely amazing in her process, technique and her knowledge. I enjoyed it so much and my skin looks amazing. It was super relaxing and the products felt and smelled so nice. Once I'm done with facial products I received for Christmas, I plan to buy some of the ones that were used on me today. Thanks Ann and Spavia!! I'll be back. read more

Marcia is super professional and gives great service. I recommend the membership. The staff is incredible and the treatment space is super clean. read more

Entire experience from check in to check out was excellent, welcoming and relaxing. Facilities very clean. Loved the heated pillows. Marcia has gifted hands and knows her craft. Best facial I've had since i was in france and better than any other facial i have had in Naples. read more

My low rating is not for the therapist but for the management. For over two years, I was a loyal customer getting a massage once a month. On my last visit I was informed that my regular time was now unavailable because one person booked every Saturday, between October and May at that same time with my therapist. This is unacceptable and because of it I would never recommend Spavia to anyone. read more

Annie gives incredible facials. I've tried several others in Naples and she's the best. I highly recommend her

The service was great and staff phenomenal. Had a nice locker room and lounge. May want to consider updating lounge just a tad bit ..loved the fireplace and option to hang out before and after services. Everything was great. A nice little hidden gem in Naples. Rooms were a little chilly so may want to just turn up heat on a cold day or offer blankets.. honestly some of the best spa customer service. Loved my facial and deep tissue massage . Fun to customize your scents and sounds!! read more

Very professional staff and wonderful atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing treatment.

Melissa did a fantastic job on my facial. She is so sweet and very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend her.

Staying at a lovely hotel in Naples Florida, but found it difficult and Uber costly to book a massage service. Went online and discovered minutes away was SPAVIA. I just had the best massage of my life from Elvira. A 100 minute deep tissue that made me feel like a million bucks! Spa was lovely and support staff helpful and friendly. The online booking is fabulous and easy to navigate. I don't post many reviews, but this place deserves praise! Thank you! read more

The entire experience from walking in the door and being greeted kindly, wonderful amenities: locker to store your belonging, shower to rinse off after the massage, quiet room with tea and a neck warmer to relax in before the massage, to the therapist that was attentive to my tense and tight muscles and addressed them. I left feeling very relaxed. read more

Grisel (GG) was awesome and really helped me work through the stress in my lower back. She knew all the points to hit and even stretched me to help work out some tight spots! Highly recommend and I think I've found my go-to therapist for the future. Re booked for the following week already! SPAVIA is awesome! read more

Raul was amazing, he listened and delivered way more than the expected.

Spavia provides a very tranquil and relaxing environment. My massage was also very enjoyable and relieved my lower back pain. Their membership package makes it very affordable to have monthly massages. read more

We had the couples Hot Stone Massage. It wasnt deep tissue (probably what I should have ordered but it was beyond relaxing. The soft silky robes, and tables were nice. We had a complimentary glass of champagne as well. Afterwards we hung out in the waiting spa area relaxed with hot neck blankets, and then showered. New customers get $30 off. Wow what a deal $168 for the both of us for an hr massage. Will be back! read more

The cleanliness is so comforting. The products used were soothing and refreshing. Receptionist was welcoming and knowledgeable. I left feeling renewed. read more

Our couples massage by Raul & Paola was excellent. Their attention to details of our areas of tense muscles was amazing. The aromas and music were very relaxing. The salon is just as described with candles, dressing rooms, lockers, and showers. We highly recommend Spavia and will be going back! read more

I was vacationing in Marco Island and was looking for a spa. Most of the hotel spas were outrageously priced! Kept searching and searching and came across this gem!!!! Great atmosphere, service and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend! read more

I always walk out of Spavia feeling 100% better than when I walked in. Raul always knows exactly how to work out any tightness or knots that I have. I would go weekly if I had time, it is always one of the best massages I have ever had. The facility is spotless and I love I am able to shower and go out for the evening. The staff at Naples Spavia go out of their way to be helpful. It will always be my go to spa!!!! read more

From my first phone call with Rhiannon (?) to the front desk help to the massage therapists everything was perfect. Surpassed my low expectations as no one is offering outstanding service anymore except your team! Fabulous. And to top it off my massage was one of the best I have ever had! read more

5+++ stars. This is one of the nicest day spas I have been to in Naples. The reason for the rating is for the nice/caring staff, the facilities, and the quality of the services (facials/massages). After trying many day spas in the area, I had high expectations on what to expect with this spa. The reason I decided to visit Spavia is because I wanted a quality/affordable facial with more facilities than just a waiting room. Before I had my appointment, I was sent various reminders of my appointment (very helpful to me), and online paperwork to fill out. It asked questions that I have not had asked before a treatment: music type, discussion preferences, and what I wanted to drink after my service. Here is the experience I had: I walked into Spavia and was greeted by two guest advisors. They went over my online paperwork I filled out and confirmed my allergies. I was shown the waiting room, ladies restroom/shower, and taken to my own locker filled with a robe and shower shoes. The women's relaxation room is amazing. Once you change into your plush robe you can choose from ice water or a variety of hot teas. Then put on your complimentary heated neck pillow and lay back and relax with a nice book or adult coloring book. My esthetician Cameron met me in the relaxation room to take me to my treatment room. I decided to keep on my neck pillow during the duration of my treatment and it was a great choice. Cameron was very professional, discussed what I hoping to get out of the treatment and made me feel very comfortable asking questions. Her technique was on point and I was very impressed with the organics products they used. The balancing facial I chose gently cleansed and renewed my skin, and included a hand treatment and a neck/upper back massage. Once my treatment was over, I went into the women's restroom and took a nice, relaxing shower. Shower caps, feminine products, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/scrubs, and other beauty products are provided. Along with all of the items in the restrooms/relaxation rooms, the facilities are extremely clean - I mean it looks like I was the only person to ever use the restroom. :) When I was ready to checked out, the guest advisor explained Cameron's recommendation which were spot on with the information I told her during my treatment. I was not pressured to buy anything or sign up for a membership - it was solely informative. i decided to buy a trial package of the products used during my facial and a exfoliating facial sponge. Because I was so impressed with the service, treatment, and facilities - it was a no brainier to sign up for a membership and commitment to a monthly relaxation experience. My next facial is with Jessica and I cant wait to see what the results will be. :) Thank you SPAVIA for the over -the -top experience. read more

I have anxiety and due to my condition my muscles are very tensed. Since my session with Raul, I have been able to manage without medication. Raul was able to identify my concerns in the first appointment and has been giving his BEST to help. And it's has been very helpful, my body is showing improvements. Slowly.... but I have hope. read more

Went for a much needed massage and was pleasantly surprised! The facility is very quiet, calming and clean. Raul was my massage therapist and he was very intuitive as to what my body needed. I will definitely be back! read more

The woman at the front desk was very rude to me and my appointment was cut 15 minutes short. They could not accommodate for me.

Best Day Spa in Naples! Cannot say enough about Spavia! My wonderful experience started from the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by a happy and peaceful Receptionist who obviously loves her job! This has not been the case when I have gone to other spas in the area. I was taken to a beautiful lounge where I changed into a very comfy robe and amazing sandals. The music was so peaceful throughout the Spa. You get to choose what you would like to listen during your session. I had a Hydraderm facial with Samantha who is extremely knowledgeable on skin care. I My second visit was for a waxing by Megan who is very experienced and did a wonderful job! Thank you Bridgett for bringing Spavia Day Spa to Naples. read more

Ahhhhhh how nice! Truly a complete pleasure I had the 100 minute signature massage and it was perfect. Wonderful clean and soothing space with lovely robes, shower, waiting area complete with help yourself hot and cold water and HEATED neck pillows. I asked for firm pressure from Tristan a really kind young man. Tristan got very specific addressing my neck and shoulders and tight hip flexors. I hope to return soon, great staff to greet, educate and check you in! read more

Nice soothing atmosphere. Loved the relaxation room. Marna was excellent. She explained everything and I had a wonderful facial.

Wife and I looked forward to this long awaited massage. Representative which was at front desk the time we arrived to check in was not as friendly as we would have expected being that it was our first time. No eye contact and she continued to text in her phone instead of making eye contact and communicating with us. The tour was 30 seconds which was fine but spoke super fast. The shared locker room was a mess as other clients would leave their robes laid out on the bench after usage. This is we're the tour instructions would have played into action. My masseuse was great, he knew his stuff. Forgot his name but my wife and I had no complaints in the service provided. read more

Very nice receptionist. Spa was clean and relaxing. Massage therapist Raul was excellent - listened to my concerns. I will return.

Luxuries are great, the lobby/set up super nice.. the actual massage was not even close to worth the price. The therapists seemed very inexperienced. I bought deep tissue massages and there was zero deep tissue happening. It was mainly just rubbing and the therapists constantly re-oiling their hands. I don't recommend this place if you're looking for a massage that actual works through pain points and such.. if you're looking for just a nice experience and a simple relaxed rub, perfect. read more

I always feel great after an 80 minute massage treatment from Raul. Very clean and very nice receptionist

Great experience for my wife and I. Attendants were professional and courteous. Relaxing way to push reset.

The massage with Mike and the facial with Tatianna were both excellent! I will definitely go back!
