Most relaxing Spa day I've experienced. I was warmly greeted upon my arrival and all the staff made sure I was well taken care of. My appointment was with Viki for a facial and it was wonderful. She was very attentive to my concerns and made this the most pleasurable experience. I typically do not purchase products, but I have to say I was very impressed with the offerings and chose to take advantage of the Pevonia product line. I was having an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE week. I went into SPA 41 in hopes of receiving a peaceful facial to relax my mind and hopefully brighten my day. Instead I left with a cut on my eye. The esthetician was performing a dermaplaning facial on the left side of my face when all of sudden I felt her blade slice my right eye. She moved her hand across my face for whatever reason and cut my right eye. Now I have a scar under my right eye. This just added even more stress to my already stressful week, definitely not how I excepted my night to go at all. The esthetician also never apologized for cutting my face, she told me that it was " my fault" that she cut my face. I was never compensated in any way for this action. I would never recommend this spa to anyone. read more

I have chronic pain and have been getting regular massages for over a decade to help with pain management. I've had several great massage therapists, but by far, the most effective massages I have received are from Amanda at Spa 41. She does deep tissue massage for me, which in the past has tended to flare up my pain the next day, but not so with Amanda. She is a life saver! I recently relocated to Naples and I was so worried about finding a new massage therapist, but I really lucked out with this recommendation! Id give Spa 41 zero stars if I could. For the second time, I booked my Mom and I a spa day and it was cancelled because their masseuse couldn't make it to the appointment. The first time it happened, they didn't bother to call us to let us know that one of the masseuses didn't show up - so we drove all of the way over there and then they told us. It was my Mom's birthday gift so I ended up having my mom stay for her massage and I picked her up afterwards for her birthday lunch. We decided to rebook when we were there for another spa day 4 weeks later. Unbelievably. they called my Mom today to tell her,that they cancelled her appointment because the masseuse was going on vacation. Two strikes - you're out, Spa 42!! read more

Spa 41 is an amazing gem! The owner is very nice and you can tell he treats his employees well. Prices are reasonable but more importantly the therapists are experienced. I have seen STELLA a few times now and she is wonderful. This excellent spa clearly needs an updated review, the most recent review being more than a year old. The range between 3 and 5 stars pretty much sums up the difficulty of reviewing spas - how much you like your spa treatment is going to depend on your assessment as a client of the particular massage therapist who lays hands on you. Obviously, the ambiance and cleanliness and comfort of the facility itself is important, but really, unless the place is significantly lacking in those areas, happiness is going to depend on the skill and care of the therapist. And I was absolutely a happy client after two visits to this excellent spa during my two week vacation in Naples just ended. Like at least one of the other reviewers, I chose this spa based on location, and also based on the spa's immodest claim of being the best in Naples. But, I do have to say, even without having gone to any other Naples spas, I think they're right. I was extremely lucky to have been assigned to Serra, who was absolutely the best. And I mean the best. I've had quite a few massages over the years, including at gyms, resorts, and spas. I've had massages in other countries, including Thailand, a country noted for the excellence of its massage techniques (a proposition I readily second). Yet I am able to say, without hesitation, that the massage therapy I received from Serra was the best I have ever had anywhere, at any time. It seems to me that the test of a great massage is a combination of the technique of the massage therapist, along with a rapport with the therapist based on a sense that the therapist really cares about you as a client, and cares about the massage leading to a sense of feeling better when it's over. And did I ever feel better after this massage. Both times with Serra, I booked an 85 minute massage to be followed by 25 minutes of foot reflexology. We wound up doing the massage, but then spending the last 25 minutes stretching, stretching and then more stretching. And wow, did I ever feel fantastic when I left Spa 41. 100% true, this was the best massage I have ever had. This skilled young professional really, really knows what she is doing. On my first visit, it was soon after we had arrived in Naples, and my low back was still sore from that rough combination of a long flight and hauling around luggage. Plus, I had the usual general aches and pains that tend to go along with age (as in over 50). And when I left after two hours with Serra, I felt absolutely terrific. As in no aches, no pains, a spring in my step - it was GREAT. And so I went again a week later, and it was even better than the first time. If I lived in Naples, I'd be one of Serra's many regulars. Now, the only other 5 star review I've written about Naples was Chrissy B's restaurant, which just happens to be right across the parking lot from Spa 41. You can do as my wife and I did - book a two hour massage at 3 o'clock at Spa 41, then just cross the parking lot for a great meal at Chrissy B's. My husband and I went to Spa 41 for massages when our planned beach day was ruined by rain. We are in Naples for a much needed staycation.This turned out to be a great alternative to the beach day. I have been going to this spa for a very very long time. however my massage was absolutely the worst massage I have ever had, the massage therapist pretty much put cream on her hands and rubbed it on my body. I asked her to increase her pressure, and she said if you are looking for a deep massage I am not your girl. I was looking for a massage, not someone applying cream on my body. I mentioned it to the girl who rang me out, who seemed to be in a hurry to get to my credit card, and not deal with the bad service provided. 100 plus later I left all tense, and with the same muscle aches. ugh. I only wanted a relaxing deep tissue massage from an experienced therapist, and wasn't looking a high-end "spa experience". While visiting Naples on a vacation, I stumbled across Spa 41 while searching reviews. I had a wonderful massage, expertly delivered by therapist Onor. (sp?). The facility was larger than I expected, very clean and professional. My therapist mentioned that it's been at the same location in Naples for over 30 years. It's hidden away in the corner of a nondescript strip mall, so be prepared to spend a few extra minutes to locate the entrance. I would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a quality treatment but you don't mind a simple setting. read more

Meh. It wasn't the worst massage I've had and not the best. I got the deep tissue and explained that I liked it really deep and that I would "tap out" if I couldn't handle it. I have had so many massages over the years, I know exactly what I want. I was staying at the Naples grand and didn't want to pay $220 for an 85 min massage so based on reviews I decided to try this place out. I explained all my issues- back, plantar fasciitis, etc- but I don't feel like she worked extra hard on those areas. But what really pushed me over the edge and sealed this three star rating is that even though my massage didn't start right on time, they still ran the massage clock as if it started right when it was supposed to. To be specific, I was called back a couple minutes later than my appointment time and then I had to use the restroom. So... Maybe the actual massage started 10 minutes later than scheduled. However, when the massage was done and I looked at the clock, it was exactly 85 minutes from when the massage was supposed to start. So, I actually only got a 75 minute massage. I know that's really splitting hairs, but I enjoy the kinds of places that go over on time, not under on time. Not cool. read more

We decided to try out Spa 41 while on a weeklong vacation in Naples. To be perfectly honest, I think I just made the wrong choice booking at this spa. We were a party of four--two couples in our late twenties. We wanted a chill spa afternoon as something to do on a cooler afternoon. I tried to book at the Woodhouse spa, but it was full. Spa 41 isn't the spa I was imagining. The reception desk feels fairly sterile and doctors office-like. I had to ask for a glass of water, which ended up being a Dixie cup. The massage room was fine, but right off the reception desk. This meant I heard all other clients come and go, which definitely distracted from a relaxing atmosphere. The whole experience was very in-and-out; the type of massage I'd want on a Thursday evening after work, not the type of massage I want on a random afternoon on vacation. Perhaps this is a good local spot to get consistent massages, but it didn't feel like the vacation spa oasis I was hoping for. I don't think I'll be back. read more

Very small, clean and comfortable spa located on US41 in the Outback Steakhouse parking lot. Rooms are diminutive yet relaxing and every masseuse I've had the pleasure to meet was excellent and nothing short of attentive. I've also enjoyed a few facials here and I was very pleased with the service as well as the price. Five stars in my book would be saunas and hot baths, and perhaps a selection of water or lemonade like I've had elsewhere. I found this place through the wonderful yelp reviews here in looking for a day spa while on vacation at Marco Island, and I am happy to say, Spa41 definitely lived up to my expectations! Spa41 is a small, but nice facility tucked away in a nondescript shopping center. No amenities were provided aside from magazines (hot tea would have been nice), but the leather couches were very comfortable as I waited. I opted for the Serenity package, and it was well worth the money. My facial started 15 minutes late, but Ann was wonderful and sweet--very friendly and easy to talk to. She also did an amazing job on my eyebrows. The entire experience was very relaxing, very thorough and I still got the full 55 minute session time despite starting late, so no worries there. I would definitely recommend Ann for your facial needs, especially if you live in the area and plan to be a regular. Next in the package was a 55 minute full-body massage and 25 minute Salt Glow scrub, also full-body, with Irina. Irina was professional and quiet, and I felt as if I were in very good hands. The massage was pretty much amazing--I would love to get a massage from her again. All in all I felt extremely pampered and spoiled. It was a very relaxing experience. After a plane ride, and since I missed my chiropractor appointment, my neck and back was killing me. I held off a few days and finally made an appointment for an hour long deep tissue massage. My MIL and SIL came too: one did a 25 minute swedish massage and the other had a 25 minutes herbal wrap. They both loved their services and enjoyed it very much. I on the other hand, really didn't like my massage. I consider myself a "massage connoisseur" - I used to get a massage every couple weeks because of my bad back until I found my chiropractor (aka lifesaver). Anywho, my masseuse was very friendly and did ask me where I had the most pain. The massage started off really well. She had great pressure and gave me a great head and neck massage. Then she did a bit on my shoulder and my arms and legs. Then unfortunately it was down hill. It was almost like she was tired. Even when she felt the knots in my shoulders, she avoided them and just kept doing the same movements. It was a boring massage that mainly consisted of "rubbing" then kneading. Definitely not a deep tissue massage. At one point, I even asked her to massage deeper - and I am usually not one to tell someone how to do their job. I booked appointments for myself and two of my friends for packages that included massages and facials . For three people , it was going to be quite expensive. I called weeks in advance to change the day of my appointment and they assured me it was changed . We all took the day off from work and showed up , only To be told they never switched out appointment day. The attitude was very " oh well." No compensation , no offer to try and accommodate us in ANY WAY. There's a ton of other places to go in this town, so my advice is DONT GO HERE ! read more

My husband and I went there few weeks ago at our Christmas vacation to Naples. We wanted to relax before we hit the amazing beach. My husband made a research at Yelp so he found out about Spa 41. The guy on the phone asked how we found them. bla bla...My husband said We picked them because they're called the best in Naples at Yelp. The guy on the phone replied to my husband with an attitude " We're not only called the best, because WE ARE THE BEST IN NAPLE" Uhh la laaa... Take it easy hon. Anyway we wanted to have 1,5 hours massage $100. So it's $200 for 2 people. You know some places ask you to give a credit card to secure the reservation. My husband gave his Amex Card. The same guy said to my husband that he can make the reservation with Amex but they prefer some other card at the actual payment. EXCUSE ME!!!!!... We have a small business too and we know Amex charges a lot for the transactions and could be costly to the small businesses but if you're receiving $200. You got to shut up. What a weird energy we've got before the massage. We didn't want to make a big deal but we decided to talk to the manager if they bring up this issue again at the payment after the massage. But they didn't. So that's fine. My husband and I were pleased with both of our massage therapists. I highly recommend Onur. He worked on my sore neck so well. He is a professional therapist, It's for sure. 1,5 hours just flew and I wished I asked another 30 mins. He also suggested me some exercises to relax my neck. I was very pleased. After a long ride from NYC, I just wasn't feeling 100%. Decided to Google a few massage places and after not finding any Groupon or living social coupons, started reading any reviews I could find. I found a few but this place stood out, I don't trust reviews without pictures of reviewers plain and simple, it's deceitful in my opinion. I had a 55 minute massage this weekend that was by far the best massage I have ever had there (and I have never had a bad one).
