I had a Morpheus8 treatment done here and was told that bruising was rare and would resolve quickly if it did happen. Unfortunately, I developed significant bruising under my eye that has lasted for over a month. What's most disappointing is the complete lack of follow-up care and communication. I reached out multiple times to Pilar about the ongoing bruising and never received a response. The only time I heard from her was when I had another appointment scheduled, and she called to confirm I was coming in, not to address my concerns. I also spoke with the front desk and specifically asked for a call back regarding this issue, and still nothing. This was THE WORST facial I have ever received. We called to make an appointment for the special of a $49 facial. She told us to com in and we would decide exactly which type was needed based of my skin type etc. When I got there she consulted me for all of these treatments that I needed totaling to 180$! I told her I just wanted a normal facial for the discussed price. She said that type wouldn't include anything I needed but she would do it. Her phone rang loudly twice, shakira was playing in the background ( not relaxing) and she stomped in horrible squeaky heels the whole time. I was freezing cold and asked for a blanket where I was given a fitted sheet. I left with a super shiny face but tons of black heads and white heads still. Terrible place! First, you cannot understand what is being said to you. Second, she tried to pressure me into buying different services . I was having s microneedling,..and felt she hardly cleaned my face before the service. She put numbing cream on and was suppose to wait 10 minutes...she may have waited 2 minutes! My sister went on Groupon and found her , it said it was 45$ and she was charged 55$ . As soon as my sister got there she saw that she was touching the door handles , the equipment & and once she started the facial my sister saw that she wasn't wearing any gloves , nor did she wash her hands. I purchased a Group for 3 lipo laser treatments. When I arrived, the owner seemed very flustered. We went into the treatment room and for the next 40 minutes it was non-stop hocking of the other procedures that they offered which would d much better than what I came in for. She basically told me that the treatments were not going to do anything for me. This of course I was told after I "cashed in" The Groupon. I absolutely recommend Pilar for stubborn areas. I went in for stubborn belly fat and she has helped me get rid of it with mesotherapy. She always makes sure I'm comfortable and hydrated. Very disappointing. I bought a Living Social voucher for an Obagi Blue Radiance chemical peel. No health questionnaire before procedure; no precautions to protect my eyes during application. Not even sure genuine Obagi product used. Was told I needed to purchase 2 additional products costing over $100. each in order for facial to produce results. (I did not purchase) Also told I needed to return for hydrating facial in one week. No aftercare directions other than verbal provided by Pilar. I am writing this the day after procedure so I can't say if facial will be of any benefit yet but to say the least, I am very skeptical. Would definitely not return. read more

I am a white male, 50 years old and wanted to write a honest review for Pilar, I went to the spa looking to get a Fibro Blast lift which is a expensive procedure. I was looking for good advice and wanted to try this technique. What I was told was a lot different than I expected, which I appreciated most is Pilar's honest assessment of my face. She evaluated me and advised me that my skin looked good and at this time and I did not need this procedure. She explain why and recommend something in the Obagi skin care line (Peel). I have used their product line already for that last 10 years and knew it was a good skin care line. Being a man with some knowledge most folks would of sold me the house and more, but Pilar's honesty was refreshing and nice to hear. It was a comfortable, clean and professional atmosphere, after I was done I felt I wanted to set up a follow up appointment a week later. Now I am going back in 3 weeks. I am enjoying getting out of my comfort zone and thought lets see what other ways I can improve my appearance, (not getting any younger) I am enjoying venturing into some new areas. La Bella Spa is not at all Spa-like. I purchased a Groupon for this place. Be warned, the voucher number was demanded and redeemed by Pilar at the time of booking even though the appointment was for 2 weeks later. No frills at this spa, the facial treatment by Pilar was rushed (no changing out of clothes), rough, and not at all relaxing due to treatment door being left open, leaving room 2-3 times and a sales pitch for add-on treatments. TV was turned on and blaring by someone half way through my 30 min. facial. I am not sure what medical grade products were used for my treatment and not 100% confident of hygiene of this establishment. Definitely would not return to La Bella spa. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went here today and wanted to get a Euro-facial. I have gotten quite some facials over the years and can tell a good one from a bad one. The lady who does the facial told me a bit about her self while prepping me for the unconventional procedure, she was a midwife and switched to cosmetics because it was too stressful. And you couldn't make a fast buck. If that tells you anything. So she starts playing music on her laptop of a youtube channel ( can't you afford a spa CD), then starts trying to exfoliate your face.... Oh, wait she answers her husband's phone call in the middle and tries to do one hand exfoliate while talking to her husband what he ordered for lunch and where they will go for dinner. Then uses a Clarisonic brush on your face (doubt it was sterilized) and goes ham on your face. Her extractions attempt was pitiful... She didn't even try, said I was good. Girl, with a magnify that big you should be able to see them. Oh did I mention she tried to sell me marijuana. So we were talking about skin routines and out of nowhere she brings up that the doctor who kinda oversees this practice is licensed for medical marijuana and how great it is to eat it and such and if I wanted any? This lady is so chaotic she has no clue what she's doing. She wants to make fast money and gives a shit about her clients. Professionalism shouldn't even be mentioned. I even hinted to her how a euro facial should be practiced and she caught wind. Only after me telling that it's usually a: steam bath followed by extractions, masks, neck, head and shoulder massage but not limited to hand massage she attempted them... Unsuccessfully. She literally took some oil and smeared it into my hair and didn't even have dry shampoo to take out the oil after! Yes, I do want to walk around town looking like I didn't wash my hair in 6 days. I got a Groupon for three treatments, and Pilar went above and beyond adding a few minor services to my visit. She even gave me a free follow up which included another full treatment! At least 75% cheaper than most spas in Naples and she offers the same treatments, including: Microdermabrasion, LED Therapy, Dermapen, Chemical Peels, etc..she does great work and stands by it. I bought a package on groupon and wished I had not followed through with accepting the service from this place! Red flags shot off from everywhere from the time I took one step in there. The rooms were gross with dust all over the equipment. The place did not look professional at all and neither was Pillar. She was more interested in selling her $500 products than being careful with what she was doing with my face. Whatever products she was using (which she did not communicate what they were) ended up on my eyes and lips because she was in such a hurry to process me. I went there on a Groupon for microderm with LED and a medical greade chemical peel. I read the reviews on Yelp. Pilar greeted me and took me directly back to the room. I have had many facials and mircorderms over the years so I am very experienced. First, there was no questionnaire given to me nor did she ask if I was allergic to anything or had any medical issues. (Thank goodness I don't) She immediately started with the microderm which was a joke. I bet she didn't spend 10 minutes on me nor was there an LED light. Then she applied the peel which did burn and finally put the fan on my face to "cool" it down. She only gave verbal directions on what to do after the peel and it was very difficult to understand what she was saying. So I asked her to show me the products that I was suppose to use and to understand what product she used on me as she never told me what product for the peel she was using. I followed the directions that she explained and only had a very slight peel on my upper lip. I am shocked they don't give out written directions to their clients as the other med spas I have visited do that to ensure that the procedure goes well. I found the salon dusty and outdated.
