The Nurse practitioners all seem qualified and pleasant to work with. However, when you try to reach the Naples spa, you're immediately forwarded to the Corporate Office which is a huge waste of time. They have no idea what you've done or need and ultimately have to forward you to the local spa. I Just tried to reschedule an appointment I had double booked. I was told I could not reschedule the canceled appointment unless I paid up my other scheduled treatments. I had no other unpaid treatments scheduled. I was considering one treatment but wanted to meet with someone in the spa before I went ahead. They refused to reschedule my appointment until I paid for this treatment and did so in the most disrespectful manner as if I were a deadbeat trying to get away with something. I was satisfied with the spa but between the huge hike in prices and dealing with their ineffectual Corporate staff, I'm going to look elsewhere for these services. I could go on for days recounting the terrible process that has taken months and months of time to even be addressed by their team but suffuce it to say that overall I have more hair then when I started treatments and they do not properly document treatments, photos or records so please make sure you do that yourself. They do not get back to you unless you repeatedly call and follow up. They are not a reputable vendor and I would encourage you to go anywhere else at all for laser hair removal. Truly Disappointing. I paid $8,000 for my services and was promised complete hair removal by the end of my sessions. I had each of my respective areas treated 10+ times and my hair is worse today than it was when I began this journey. Not only did the treatments not work, they are extraordinarily painful, my skin had adverse reactions and blemishes. I made sacrifices in regards to lifestyle choices as I am a very active person who exercises daily and I was told not to sweat/overheat my body post treatment. I live in FL and I avoided being at the beach and in direct sunlight, and again sacrificed exercising/sweating on treatment days, stayed indoors on expensive tropical vacations, and was left in discomfort for days after each treatment. I expressed my dissatisfaction on multiple occasions throughout my treatment. My technician tried her best to ensure that the affected areas got the proper treatment, but never did I hear from management about my complaints. I have more hair now than when I started. My skin breaks out when the hair grows back. It was a huge mistake. I never received a survey or a call about my satisfaction. The staff turnover from when I was sold the treatment to when I finished was alarming as well. The current staff wanted to blame the former staff for their "promises", but never did anyone with authority try to make it better. I would advise going elsewhere for your laser hair removal needs. I have had great results from ideal image. After two treatments my hair was 50% gone and after five treatments it's 90% gone. I have not had to shave in a long time. Staff is kind and courteous. Instead told me my complaint would be escalated and that someone would contact me in 48-72 hours WTF I want my contract cancelled and the money I've paid thus far refunded immediately!!! I am writing to express my disappointment with selecting Ideal Image for my needs. I wonder if they even care as I have never been sent a satisfaction survey and their website has only one method to contact them. When I first visited Ideal Image, I was told that I would be completely hair free. My sales person was extremely confident with how pleased I would be with my results. I purchased what I consider to be a VERY EXPENSIVE 9 visit package, but I thought to myself... "these guys are the best" so I made the commitment. Not only have I received the worst hair lost results with Ideal Image, but these treatments have been the most expensive by far. I am comparing their facility to 3 others. And to add insult to injury, since I require more than 9 visits, I now have to pay for my sessions. Additional sessions were supposed to be for "touch-ups" down the road. I bought a 9 session package when I lived in Naples in 2011. I thought this was a national company so I committed. Had 6 visits with good results. Staff was very good. Long story short I moved to the panhandle after the first 6 to find there were no ideal image locations closer than 5 hours from me. Made the drive once to Orange Park and was treated for 15 mins and told not to come back if I didn't need it. Didn't go back there. When coming back Naples recently for visits I scheduled visit number 8, 7 on bikini area because the Orange Park location "saved" me a treatment when I had made the drive. They treated me and I said I'd be back in Naples in Nov. I made an appointment for what I thought was the last treatment of my package and was told when I arrived by the rude girl at the desk that I would have to pay 145 dollars. When I asked why, she told me the package is only good for two years. I explained my move and why I hadn't finished them and all she said was "do you want me to print out the contract to show you the two years clause?" I said no and paid for two of the three areas. After I explained my situation to the technician (who was new but very good) she said she would go up to the desk to see what she could do. Front desk girl shut us down by saying we had already gone over that. I asked why they treated me for free in August and she said " I guess you got lucky". Because of this experience I will never go back for any touch up treatments in the future. I'm sure I can find somewhere cheaper than what they charge for their "lifetime price". I have never laser hair removal done before so I scheduled a consultation and possible same day treatment. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile and offered a beverage. Jaimie then welcomed me and gave me a tour of the facility and explained the different technology the office had to offer for a variety of services. After the tour the consultation, fees were discussed, payment options were made available and everything was explained in detail. When the physical part of the consultation began, I was advised that I may not be a good candidate at this time for the procedure I was inquiring about. It was explained that due to how fine the hair was, some improvement would happen, but I would not get the desired results I wanted if I did the procedure at this time. Though I was disappointed I could not have laser treatment at this time, I was thoroughly impressed by the honesty and professionalism of the staff. The procedure I was looking to have done would have cost approximately $1,000 and they were being honest, ethical and fully informed me that I would not be completely effective at this time. In a world where it seems everyone is out to make a quick buck whenever they can, it's refreshing to find a place who cares more about the consumer than their own pocket. Though I cannot recommend the actual treatment as I didn't have the procedure done, I would HIGHLY recommend the office. The facility was clean, tidy, tasteful, private and modern.
