So many times I have gone to other places and have found many hairs were left behind, but Maria makes sure to get every single hair, and the entire hair follicle at that. She showed me the wax after removing hair and the bulbs were there on every follicle. I have been to many great waxers and Maria is the best by far. Despite being very flexible (I've been waxing for over 25 years and am a yoga teacher), she kept making unnecessary comments about my positioning. At one point, my knee lightly touched her belly, and she actually accused me of kicking her, which was beyond bizarre and very concerning that she would just lie like that and with no shame. I don't understand how European Wax Center continues to employ someone with such a poor attitude and lack of skill. I highly recommend avoiding Neomi at all costs! Since I have not used their services I cannot review this company. I also withdraw the one star rating. To explain why I thought this might be a scam is in the past year, I have received NUMEROUS requests both via the web and phone calls trying to spam both myself and my husband. We have also had to obtain new credit cards multiple times because our accounts have been hacked. Therefore, I am extremely cautious about doing business with a new company especially one that requires you to input a credit card before the service is performed. "Hello Joellen, we literally moved out on Saturday. A sign was put up but must of been taken down. We were must of been with clients when you called because we do answer our calls when we are available. You 1 star review can really hurt my small business not to mention you make it sound like we are closed down and scam. It was just really tight timing. If you had booked an appointment online you would have been notified of the change in address on several platforms. I apologize for the inconvenience." I just went there to make an appointment.
