Great lash lift and tint. My lashes looked great right after they wert done. The only reason I didn't give 5 Stars is that the tint doesn't last . When I get them done in Boston the tint lasts 5-6 weeks. The tint at Divine only lasted 3 weeks. The tech was very good and did explain this to me. I will go again if I am in need of a Lash L&T when in Naples. read more

I was coming here twice a month, since June. I was very happy. This week my left eye started losing a massive amount of lashes. Tonight as i was washing my face, I examined my natural lashes they are ruined. I thought i heard a cutting sound at my fills and once I felt a pinch that really hurt. I asked a friend (out of state) that does lashes, if that is normal...she said no, they must be cutting the glue out when they can't get it out and you're losing lashes because the lash that is left is too short to hold the lashes she put on. I am devastated. It is crazy that people would cut healthy lashes to put on false lashes. read more

The lash girl left me in a room with my eyes sealed shut as I was having a mild allergic reaction, like in those Final Destination movies. And they didn't speak much English which added a layer of terror. When she did come back, she spoke only in Spanish. Unfortunately, I lived in Bogota, so I was just chilling there as they breathed into my face about how weird my lashes and face were. Bad business ethics stay clear of Divine lashes and more. I stopped in to get a price on a fill on my lashes I had done exactly one week prior in New Jersey. I needed maybe 30 lashes per eye to fill them in. Two women looked at my lashes and I was quoted a price of $75.00. Ok a little pricey for a fill but I agreed. After season it will drop. I was asked to leave a $30 deposit on my credit card and I did and made a appointment to return the next day at 3:00. The next day around noon I get a text to send a picture of my lashes. After I send the picture I'm told I need a full set and the cost is now $150. I explained that I had been quoted one price in person and they should honor that quote. And if they can I can't pay that price. I explained it wasn't my issue they quoted the wrong fee. I asked for a manager to call me. Someone did call and said that they don't give fill in on someone else's work. I was not told that the day before. I was offered to come in and they would look at them. I said why would I come in if your going to tell me that you don't work on someone else's lashes. At that point I was accused of being fresh and told to have a nice day and hung up on. Minutes later I received a call telling me to come in at 4:00 and the person I spoke with yesterday did quote me a price and she would do it. I said no you are to hostile at this point. Divine lashes should have honored their original quote and not harassed their client. I'm 65 years and deserve that respect. read more

I had a keratin lift and dye. My daughters researched the best places in Naples to have it done and got me a gift certificate for my 71st birthday! Julianna was my technician. She did a fabulous job. She was so gentle. I love that the salon is quiet with only relaxing music in the background. It is very clean and the techs wear masks. The procedure took 1 hour. I will go back and will highly recommend Julianna to my friends. The lift is a great alternative if you don't want too look too dramatic. But, just because I'm Grandma to some doesn't mean I'm ready to throw in the towel. I got home and my husband said I looked younger! Bonus. Lol See my before and after photos. I think you will agree. I just left my appointment at divine lashes, and overall the experience was very disappointing and not worth $130 for a lift and tint. I split my time between Naples and PA and typically have my lashes and brows done at a fantastic place up north (and for only $100 in a pricey area outside of DC). The technician, Yaneth, did not speak English and was not able to effectively communicate during the service. When I arrived I asked to add eyebrow tint. I asked this because where I have been before they do it at the same time as the lift and tint. Yaneth explained that it wasn't possible to do it at the same time and that she had an appointment following mine. Disappointing, but it is what it is and I said ok. She kept asking me to make an appointment for it separately and I said no thank you, I would just do the lift and tint and that I didn't want to have my brows tinted at a place if it couldn't be done at the same time. After that she kept calling someone to translate who I can only assume was the owner or manager. The person on the phone reiterated that they couldn't perform the service because they had another appointment, and I told her the same thing I told the Yaneth, which is that I was no longer interested in an appointment for brow tinting with them...then the person on the phone reiterated two or three times that they couldn't fit me in because of another appointment. It was as if she hadn't heard me at all. Not the end of the world, but not great customer service to not listen to the customer and just keep reiterating something irrelevant. At the end of the service my eyes were so gunky with glue and there was glue all over my eyelids. I didn't think she could be done without cleaning it up...but she asked me if I was ok with everything and stood up and I was kinda shocked. I said, no, I can't see, there is stuff in my eyes and my eyes are sticky all over. I have had this service at other places before and never had that problem, at the end of every other appointment the area around my eyes and in my eyes has been clean. She used a q-tip around my eyes, but it really didn't make a difference. She asked again if I was ok and when I said no she called again for translation. The person on the phone asked me what questions I had. I told her I didn't have any questions, but that there was product all around my eyes. She suggested that I clean it off myself with a q-tip. I felt like I had already given them the opportunity to make it right by telling them what the problem was. Her response shows me that they don't care about customer service. I will never go there again and highly recommend that anyone else looking for this service go elsewhere. read more

I tried Divine lashes because I had already had eyelash extensions a few times so I had some experience. I didn't have to wait at all and the technician started applying within a few minutes which was great, for me I really enjoyed that. If you are looking for small chat during application this isn't the place. They get right down to business. There is music in the background that is very calming and relaxing I actually fell asleep a couple times which I thought was great. Both women were very nice and experienced. I was pleased. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I felt like salon could have used a bit of tidying up. Overall good experience. read more

They are really good with making appointments, I was able to get a appointment one day before my service. My service was great and it took about a hour, but for the price I paid it is not worth it. I got the hybrid lashes thinking they would last at least 2 weeks... I was wrong. I followed all the after care steps (not showering or exercising for 24-48 hours, not sweating, brushing the lashes) however they only looked good for about 3 days. My lashes started coming out, after my first shower with them about 32 hours after I got my lashes done I had major fall out, I didn't pick at my lashes nor wash my face around my eyes so I was shocked when they outter and inner corners fell out in the first 3 days. It's currently about a week after my service and I have about 4 lashes on each eye left. Very disappointed would rather just buy lashes at Walgreen and glue them on. The only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because they were able to get me in on short notice and my lash tech was really nice. read more
