Love the atmosphere and special shoutout to Jennifer who is always so patient and talented. appreciate the service every time

Very minimal COVID precautions, I almost left when I walked in and saw that no one was wearing a mask. Technicians put on a mask when working with a client while the remainder of the employees lounge without a mask. No hand sanitizer at the stations, no requirement to wash hands. Pedicure and no chip took 2 hours, nails desperately needed another coat but I didn't have time to stay any longer. Paint job was very sloppy (see pictures); color does not cover the nail. The UV light didn't work well which resulted in two nails being removed and re-painted which added to the length of the visit. Very disappointed. The staff was friendly. read more

This is the best place to go if you want to get your nails done! They are very attentive to detail and make sure you get exactly what you want! I couldn't recommend any other nail place in the area or even in Naples. This is by far the best place to go! They are very experienced and good at what they do. I will be coming back for all of my nail appointments! read more

Best gel pedicure I've ever gotten! They were able to squeeze me in, as I didn't have an appt and will be back again & again!

The last time I go to this place. I went to get my nails done, the lady was in a hurry, she just wanted to leave, I told her I didn't like what she did to me, she didn't care, she said it was too late at 6:29pm when they close at 7pm, she said that she was not going to do anything about it and that if I wanted I could come back the next day. What kind of places is this? They have the worst customer service, rude people, and horrible nail work (if I could give them a zero I would! read more

Made an appointment after the holidays, I came in on time, was made to wait over 40 minutes and then was told by owner they had no time. I was a long-time, easy to please customer who routinely paid $$$ for services, who was made to feel unappreciated and in the way ... right out the door. read more

I had the best pedicure I have had in a very long time at Pelican Nails! I'm going back this weekend for my next one. Equipment is new and clean and comfortable, and everyone there is wonderful. My mom also gets the powder nails done here and is very happy with how they look and last. Highly recommend, the best place I've been to in a long time! read more

I have been a steady client for awhile. Always made an appointment to insure fast service. The nail salon is clean and roomy. The manager is always willing to help with your concerns. The staff is really pros and very friendly. My nails never looked so good The pedicures are so wonderful! This is a great go to nail salon read more

If I could give them zero stars I would, the nail tech was in a rush to leave and rude. My nails look horrible, I asked him to fix and he would just touch it one time and grab things and say done. Trying to get rid of me. I had to ask the other tech for a nail file and file my nails myself. And they still charged me for my manicure. The owner was rude as well she didn't handle the situation well. read more

Very clean salon with nice staff. Peter gave me a regular manicure that has lasted well over a week at this point with no chipping in site (although they did continually recommend upgrading to a gel manicure which I had to keep reminding them I wasn't interested in) . Plenty of colors to choose from (both OPI and Essie were the majority of brands on display). $14-$15 for a regular manicure is definitely the best price for the area. read more

My first time there. Nice enough elderly lady did my nails, but she was very slow. I asked for a no chip, and within 3 days all of my nails are chipping. I called the shop, and asked for reimbursement, and told the owner that I would send pictures, but she said the only way she would do anything is if I went back to the shop so she could see them. That couldn't work as I was getting on a plane. It was a waste of $40. The owner said next time I come back to town, that I could go in and mention the incident and maybe she would give me a small discount. I will not be wasting my time. read more

I was in desperate need of fill ! So I walk and it's very clean and open. The lady who did my nails was polite and did a wonderful job expect for a lil crooked nail anyways not that big of a deal but theory who took care of my friend was very rude. She was sitting at the first desk and kept yelling at my friend saying if she moved anymore (she wasn't moving at all just a little fidget every now and again) she wasn't going to continue to do them & wouldn't fix them if they got messed up. Very rude. And on top of that she had to pay 60$ for something she didn't even like. We will not be returning. Taxing isn't smart when there's several other salons in the area that do it for cheaper and have a better attitude and do a better job. Sadly I didn't find a new fav place. I hope my usual go to place will be open the next time I need my fill read more

I've been getting mani and pedi's since I can recall having a memory. This place is not the worse place I've been to in my whole entire life. Unsanitary and low maintenance. From the fact that they use plastic bags to put your feet inside the pedicure chair to the point where I don't see them sanitize those tools they use on EVERYBODY. if you care about yourself and your well being please pay attention to these things. I wouldn't go there again for FREE. No thanks. read more

I went in for lash tinting which they do not do and ended up getting extensions. Do NOT go here for extensions! They basically glued plastic tips and the glue was glopped on my eyelid and the eyelashes were pretty much glued together like cement. I'm not kidding, it hurt and I knew immediately I made a mistake. It hurt to sleep. Every little bump was tugging on my lid and it would pinch. I thought, if this is their best job, they will not have much of a business. The two women there were very friendly and I'm assuming they do a better job on the nails. The place smelled really bad like it didn't have good ventilation. I got home and I knew I had to get it off quick. I was told to try baby oil or coconut oil. I used Olive oil... Nothing budged. I called LashOut Beauty Bar and I got in the next morning and they removed them. They couldn't believe how much glue was on there and they didn't isolate the lashes so they could fall out naturally. I was really upset but I knew I had to fix it. Michelle the owner of LashOut took pity on me and totally did the extensions on the house. Ooh my goodness! What a great job they did! Everyone was so nice and professional! The extensions are so natural, I don't even feel them! I am so grateful for LashOut doing that! What a great company for fixing this nightmare. When natural lashes are glued together they will not come out on their own and you could have permanent damage to the lashes. These were basically cemented together. It was heavy and it hurt! Put that forty bucks toward extensions that last at LashOut Beauty Bar! They are the real professionals. They make their own with silk. They are amazing and soft!!! read more

Pelican nails is a rip off. Over charged me and I will never go back. Not good service or a good manicure or pedicure.

Today I received a pedicure. I waited about 20-25 minutes, but I didn't have an appointment and not many places are open on Sunday so that didn't discourage me. The service was excellent. Massage, hot towels and oil instead of lotion! Loved every part of this visit. Salon was fairly clean. They had 5 people working. read more

First time there. The nail tech was very rude. He acted has if he was doing me a favor. I didn't not like the way he kept pulling my hands every time after I asked him a question. If looks could kill, I would have been dead right now. I didn't even like the way he did my nails. I paid for a shellac manicure and didn't even get a manicure. I definitely will Not go back. read more

During my several visits to Pelican Nails I have experienced a range of quality control and expertise. In June I had a fantastic pedicure and manicure with little peeling on my fingers afterwards. The cuticles were pushed down and handled well and my hands looked great for several weeks. However, on my most recent visit last week in August, the aesthetician was woefully inexperienced on manicures. The quality of my pedicure was high, but the mutilation I experienced on my hands from my manicure completely overshadowed the bliss of the pedicure. It is now several days later and my cut and bleeding fingers are still sore. I have scabs on two fingers, the cuticles are still covering the base of my nail bed, and each finger has skin peeling down from the nail. My nails look worse than they did before I went in. Overall, I would say the quality control and experience of the aestheticians at Pelican Nails is too inconsistent to continue going there. I will look elsewhere for this service. read more

Super friendly. Super Clean. They're like family and trust them completely. The BEST in Naples!

This is the best nail salon in Naples. The new owners are polite, quick and extremely clean! I will not go anywhere else. Ask for Sandy!

I would give this place five stars over and over again. I went in half an hour before closing without an appointment. Kim was fantastic. She took her time and worked meticulously on my mani and pedi. I'm very picky about how I have my nails done and she listened and was attentive to what I wanted. The place is very clean and relaxing. Prices are reasonable. I will be back and would recommend it to everyone. read more

Fabulous pedicure! Manicure was lacking. I got gel with a very Simple nail art on two of my nails..literally just wanted a half triangle with a little diamond at the point. Not only that but she randomly threw some gold glitter on my tips. I didn't say I was going to Mardi Gras.. Anyway, would probably go back for a pedicure because they used hot stones and for $33 you can't beat it. Also, got my brows done and they are currently on fire but that's my fault for being desperate enough to get them done at a nail salon. Can someone please point me in the direction of a decent nail salon in Naples?!! read more

This place was absolutely amazing. So relaxing, clean, and the service was very good. I got the deluxe pedicure and it was really good. Only disappointment was it was $40 and it should have included a 10-15 min foot massage for that amount. Other than that it was a very nice place and would highly recommend anyone to go. read more

Had a mani pedi today and very happy. Clean friendly and welcoming. Walk ins or by appointment. New owner last month. Give it a try.

Friendly, fast, clean and gave me a perfect pedicure... couldn't ask for much more in a nail salon!

the technicians are pretty rude, they do a bad job in the regular mani-pedi and it is not the best ambient. They made me pretty uncomfortable read more

Pelican Nails does an Amazing Job every time I go there. I am VERY picky when it comes to taking care of my feet & nails...never satisfied when I get them done at a salon, so I have always done my own pedicures...until now! I would definitely recommend them over any of the other Many places in town that I have tried in the past!! read more

Have been going to this place for the last year since it's close to my house. Usually got nails done by owner or his wife. Last couple of times I was treated by the other nail technicians. They have done a horrible job each time with the polishing!!!! Coating is sloppy, thick and uneven. As long as I've been going here they have not had 1 new color in stock ... always have the same colors to choose from... which most are dried out/thick. Went in last time and chose a color... bottle was empty. Will not be going back. read more

I told her I wanted black gel. In person it looks like a dark blue & as if there wasn't enough coats. My total was $55 , BUT card had been charged for $66. I didn't tip them they tipped themselves $12. They started working on my sisters nails and stopped in the middle of doing her nails to take other customers, I can understand because they had appointments but why would even start on her if they knew weren't have time to finish. read more

My nails look perfect each time I leave here. They also do great on eyebrows too. Helpful & very friendly staff. Definitely try this place out! read more

This is the first time I've ever given a 1-star review, but no choice. I had to go in and have a gel removed, and a manicure. It was the most expensive, and the worst job ever. She used a nail file to scrape off the gel, my nails are still rough. As for the manicure, she never cleaned under the nails, barely touched the cuticles, and left rough edges on the nails. I had to go home and do it myself. $25 for not even having new polish, not having the nails cleaned properly, and for having to go home to finish the job myself - inexcusable. I will never go there again. read more

I went with a friend to this location quite recently. I had a broken nail and made it clear to the manicurist that it was very sore (it was almost completely detached and very uncomfortable) and to take caution. She told me not to worry. As she began, she showed no caution at all to my nail and kept hacking away at it... After a few times of pulling away in pain, she finally got the hint and decided to get up and leave.. After I sat there in complete confusion for a good 20 minutes because the previous lady never explained what she was doing, another manicurist came to help me. She understood the situation and fixed me up! When I was finally done, I went to pay.. The first lady was rude and unprofessional. Seemed like she was in a hurry to get me out of there. I do not recommend this place and will never be back. Clearly others have gotten the hint too-- the place was completely empty. read more

Last year I started to look for another nail salon because I wasn't satisfied with the one I used to go. I drive a lot around Pine Ridge and Airport intersection so the saloon had to be in this area. Then I found Pelican Nails and I'm glad I did. Kim is a wonderful girl and does her job very professionally. I could tell she has a very good people skill and communicates well with the customers. I watched her while she did my nails and I noticed how hard she concentrates to every detail until it's perfect. This nail salon is well equipped and it has stylish decorations that makes it unique. Ever since I found this salon this is the only place I go to get a pedicure and manicure. read more

Kim is a true professional. It is very easy to see that she takes a great deal of pride in her workd and that she treats customers as she would want to be treated. I found this salon nestled in a small strip shopping center after trying two other salons with disappointing results. I now exclusively use this salon whenever I am inNaples. read more

Worst possible manicure. Incorrect use of grinder on Dremel tool left damaged nails. Never saw them bring out new sanitized instruments and they never sanitized any of the pedi bowls. Just lining the bowls with plastic shower cap does not cut it. Much better when Kim owned it. Will never go back. read more

this is a comfortable nail spa, Kim is very good, I recommend her highly

did a good job, it is weird how they use plastic lining to cover the pedicure tubs, and I didn't see them using clean tools, not that they were dirty they were just kept in different shower caddies in a back room. did a good job and very friendly read more
