False advertisement when sign out front says $49 for mani and pedi. But they said only Monday- Thursday or Sundays only. I left with streaks in my nails and nails uneven. I spent $75 total to get gel X nails. They were beautiful, but after a week one broke off. I called and she told me to come on over so I did and she charged me $10 for one nail repair which I feel like broke off really early considering these usually last three weeks from other places. I would leave zero stars if I could. I came to the salon for a simple acrylic nail removal. They had no idea what they were doing. One of the nail techs shamed me in front of everyone saying that I didn't explain to her what I had on my nails, even though I clearly did. She then passed me to another woman who had obviously never used a drill before. My nails are uneven, thin, and in pain. A simple process that should've taken no more than 30 minutes took two hours. All was fine until, in the middle of me relaxing. the nail tech felt she needed to give me advice on my dry skin & interrogate me on how often I came to their salon. There must be a few hundred nail salons in Naples and quite frankly I like most of them. I work M- F 9-5 and tend to go for a pedi monthly. I probably will not go back to this salon. read more

We walked in on time and were not even acknowledged...at all....not a hello....not do u have an appointment....not pick a color.....nothing. we sat there for 35 minutes. I finally spoke up as a walk-in client arrived. We waited another 10 minutes and left. I got there at 6:20pm wanting my nails & toes done, and honestly expected to be turned away since they close at 7pm -- but they didn't! I went twice back in the Fall of 2018. The first Dip Manicure was OK. But the second Dip Manicure was not so good. The person doing mine left to go get her child at school and I had to wait about 15 min for her to return to finish. And then after I left I started realizing the finish to my nails had imperfections on several fingers. But I had already been there for close to 2 hrs and did not want to go back for even a longer session. I also noticed I had pink areas on the nail bed under the French manicure. I decided at this point I would continue to find another place and chalk this up to a bad experience. BUT,what I want to most warn people about is that when I went 2 weeks later to another person we realized that at AiSpa the person had used the electric sander and sanded too much off of my nail bed, thus causing the red areas on my nails as well as being terribly sensitive to any pressure touching the nail! This happened in Nov. and now it is end of Feb and the nails beds are still touchy but better. We figure it will be another few months for the damage to hopefully be better. My current person even built the gel up a bit on some nails so that they wouldn't hurt when touched. I hardly ever write a bad review, but felt I need to this time as this damage to my nails is not something I would wish for anyone. read more

Customer service was great, they were kind. This was my first time coming here and I dont think I will come again. I came in for a Mani/Pedi, $65 regular pedi, gel color manicure. I was sat to do my toes first, the young lady who was attending me started to take the color off my nails and do her thing. I couldn't find the remote for the chair, she didnt offer the massage for the chair. The cleanliness of the place was not bad but the tools she was using didnt look clean, there was rust on one of the tools. As she was cleaning my toes she scrubbed my heels very lightly then drained and started color, I didnt get not ever the slightest massage nor a drop of lotion on my feet. She continued then we went on to do my mani. She used the same tools from my feel, didnt clean them, I knew it because as shes using it my dead skin was on the tool. I dont like to complain or be that "picky" customer as I'm there because this is something that should be automatically done as a nail tech. She continued and again no massage not even a drop of lotion. When she finished she charged $68, what the extra $3 was for who knows but I paid it. Like I was I am not a complainer unless it's a horrible job, the painting of nails was fine but I dont think this place is for me. The temperature was a little warm inside and super quiet the other techs walked around not looking very happy I didn't feel the vibe at all. read more
