I originally went in for a lower leg waxing, and when the owner mentioned she did eyelash extensions, I thought I would give it a try (never had this done before!). I have VERY light sensitive eyes and when I told her it was really difficult with the bright light shining on me ( even though they were closed) she was so kind and moved it and despite that, she could see and the outcome was awesome! I waneed a gel fill in and pedicure. The technician sanded and filled in the nails on my right hand. When I asked about using a UV lamp, he said it didn't need it yet. I explained my salon at home does it after every nail. Tuens out, he used the wrong gel and had to sand it off. After finishing the left hand, he messed up one of my fingers and had to start again, then needed to redo another nail after the polish was applied. I explained the shape I wanted but was so frustrated, that I let it go. During the pedicure, he cut my toe and I started bleeding. After two and a half hours I was finally done. Needless to say, I'm looking for another salon. read more

Went in for a quick pedicure while staying at a nearby hotel for a business meeting. They took me in without an appointment. The gentleman giving me my pedicure was very polite and did a very nice job--patiently and carefully. The place is very laid back and the employees/owner? are very pleasant. I mentioned that I desperately needed to find a pair of flip flops as I had come in wearing loafers and she literally offered me her own sandals!! She was very sweet and the gesture was appreciated. I don't know about the mani/pedi services but for the eyelashes.... I DON'T RECOMMEND. I was there on vacation and decided to do the lash clusters for the first time. I didn't know what to expect but I hated everything about it. They were stiff, heavy, and lumped together. The next day or so the bands started lifting off poking my eyelids and the lashes stuck more together. SHE APPLIED THE GLUE ON THE LASHES NOT THE BAND! coming back home, I went to different places to get them off, they all told me they can't. Now a week later, I had to cut my own lashes as I was cutting the bands so they don't poke my eye lids and the rest are falling with the clusters and my eyes are irritated as I apply glue remover every night. I went on a Monday morning to get a manicure and pedicure hoping that I would feel comfortable upon arrival about getting these services considering the pandemic protocols of masking and distancing. I was pleased that both doors were wide open, one in front and one in back, and this allowed air to circulate. Everyone inside, technicians and customers, were masked. Although I had to wait about 15 minutes past my appointment time, it was well worth the wait. I received an excellent pedicure that helped my feet so much with ingrown toenails and accumulated skin from waiting so long between visits. Although I had gel polish on my toenails, the technician removed it painlessly. My manicure was also exceptionally good and my cuticles look and feel much better. The owner opened up early to accommodate my travel schedule and I got a great pedicure....make sure and go to Foxy Nails!

Worst manicure, gel or otherwise, I've ever experienced. The male nail tech, who appeared to be the owner, left his station (where I was his client) no less than 8 times during my gel manicure. He put the wrong color on my nails 3 times and just a few hours later, the gel is peeling (see photo). Zero massage. Zero, as in NONE. My mani is chunky, thick and gross. Additionally, I booked my appt based on the online reviews and pictures. It was clear upon entering their place of business, that the website pics were of a different salon. Foxy nails was awful. A washing machine was literally in the middle of the guest space, coffee was burning and the towels were discolored. read more

Not sure I have the energy or interest in explaining my incredibly disappointing and exploitative "service" my daughters experienced at this "establishment", but I digress. A sin and a shame that I have to worry about my 16, 17 and 18 year old daughters getting taken advantage of at a nail salon on Marco Island, which has been our second home for years, by the way. I am dismayed and beyond disappointed to learn that not only were the "appointment times" completely disregarded but the services were less than desirable. In fact, my daughter paid $130 for a set of nails and a pedicure and within 24 hours, 3 nails popped off, and will likely all fall off within the next few days.
