This was one of the worst pedicure experiences I've ever had. I just moved to the area and am looking for a new "go to" spot, but it won't be Android Nails. I arrived right on time for my appointment and went to choose a nail color...all the bottles were half empty and very dried out. The space is very small and there was some typical spa-like instrumental music playing, but my technician was on the phone during my entire 30 minute pedicure. I was never able to truly relax. She also didn't want to let me pay with a credit card, but I said I'd give the tip in cash and that seemed to appease her. I was needing a pedicure and manicure and got on yelp to see where to go. I read great reviews on this place and decided to go. I had to wait for 10 minutes, soaking my feet, but I understood why once they started my pedicure. They take their time, so quality work and don't rush. They also gave a great foot/leg massage that wasn't repetitive and in same spot, but relaxing. The detail came when preparing and cleaning my foot and painting. Was able to walk in for pedicure with no appointment. Not very good service. The older gentleman who did my pedicure appeared grumpy with coworker (wife?) in his native language in the salon. In the end, when I went to pay, they couldn't process my credit card. Had to return later in the day with cash. Nothing wrong with pedicure but not very customer friendly place. read more

I came in because I was visiting the area and Lisa fixed a nail that I broke at the airport. It looks better than it did before I broke it. The prices here are reasonable and the people are nice. Best of all, they take walk ins! I highly recommend this place if you're in the area. See them for mani/ pedis or a quick fix! read more

Tucked into the corner of the strip mall directly across the street from The Marriott Crystal Shores is a hidden gem - A wonderful spa masquerading as an every day nail boutique. I got a great mani-pedi and one of the best massages I have ever received. (And I get them regularly) Lisa runs a fantastic establishment and is a gifted, trained masseuse who will make you feel and look fabulous and pain free. And for about half of what you'd pay at JW' and the like. Sadly I found Android on the last day of my vacation. Next year, it will be the first place I go after checking into my room. read more

Worst experience. Not relaxing whatsoever, my nail tech was on the phone the entire time she was doing my nails, personal calls. The staff rushed us in and out as fast as they could. 35 minute pedicure took 15-20 minutes. Said we couldn't use our cards but then watched another customer use a card. Lied just so we would use cash instead. My nails are in pain this morning and cuts on the sides of my nails. My friend's acrylic nail fell off not even 24 hours after our appointment. Tipped appropriately even though the service was bad and they didn't say thank you. Very rude. They would get calls from other people to make appointments and not write anything down. I got cut and blood from trimming cuticles I asked her to stop after the first one. She continued on the next hand .I had her stop. Then the Manager came and tried to paint them. I told her to throw the nail polish away. She did not. Then she took off the polish after it looked horrible. she was going to charge me then decided not to. this place is nasty. Updating my review. My nails are completely trash at this point, Exactly 1 week later...For DIP. Dip is made to last longer then acrylic, so approximately 3-4 weeks. As they do at my home town Salon. I spent $60 at this establishment,for basically 1 week of damaged nails. I don't recommend. I feel like I got ripped off, would have been better going to the hotel spa, spending an extra $20 for nails that were worth the money. read more

Very nice people, got a walk in right away for a mani pedi. I was on vacation and needed a mani pedi and they were close to where I was staying. They offered water when I first came and were not pushy about trying to get me to do anything other than a basic mani pedi, which is all I had time for. Relaxing music was playing in the background. Went here for a quick pedicure with my girlfriend while on vacation. It's a small place, but very nice. The pedicure experience itself was quite nice. The chairs were comfortable which was a bonus too. We got the super-duper pedicure ($30) which had a great leg massage and hot stone addition. Good selection of colors. There were 2 people working at the time we went (Tuesday mid-day), which I'm not sure if they could have handled more people. I am staying at the Marriott Crystal Shores and took the short walk across the way to Android. I just did the regular pedicure because I wanted to get back to the pool and beach. This place is terrible!!!! Charged me 90 dollars for manicure and pedicure and the nails came out terrible!! For my sister she got a manicure and the edges on the nail weren't painted and painted all around the skin. I advise everyone in the Marco island area to not step foot into this salon. I visit Marco Island every year, and Mai Lee's is always my main go-to spot for nails. Year after year they continue to do a wonderful job! I'm a huge shellac fan, and all the technicians do an amazing job. Their pedicures are also amazing too- with brand new chairs to help you relax. Made an appointment for a basic pedi. Got Mailee's male relative(brother?) from LA, who is a licensed acupuncturist and nutritionist in CA. He did a hot stone (which I had not asked for and didn't want to pay for) and "lectured me" the entire time about my varicose veins, my chronic venous insufficiency and swollen leg (excuse me, I have lived with this for 25 years now),how my diet is probably wrong, how western doctors are like pastors and you stick with the ones who make you feel good....I could go on and on). And when I came home, I had to get out nail polish remover to cleanup spots he had missed. This man made me feel stupid and small. Last time I was there i had a deep muscle massage that was extremely painful and laid me up for two days! I feel like they bamboozled me for a higher priced pedi, did not appreciate this man's patronizing attitude, had a bad experience the previous visit, and can safely say I will not go again.
