Tim always does a fantastic job! Never had a bad manicure. I get a French dip powder manicure and he does it so well.

During my stay in Marco, it was necessary for me to have some nail service. The Elite Nail Spa was clean, pleasant and everyone was very nice. It was a good experience, they don't oversell by pushing services you don't need. They keep with in 5 min of your apptment( I visited them twice) and on time both visits. If you're looking for elite, this is not the spot. They pack person after person in here, just hurrying you along. There is nothing enjoyable about this because every worker there is complaining about how many people they have after you because the manager is too greedy. You are pushed along like sardines. The manager who did my nails kept screaming at me that my nails were too thin! Your nails are too thin! Why they so thin! She embarrassed me so much. The entire salon was looking at me. I have a medical issue and she hurt my feelings so much. She kept saying "why your nails like this? What's wrong with your nails?" I've never been more mortified. Biggest reason for my low return is their tools are not sterilized between customers. I am used to have newly sterilized instruments used for every visit but they just go from client to client with the same tools. YUCK! I was able to walk right in and get taken care of without an appointment but I must say it wasn't a great gel pedicure at all. She spent lots of time doing who knows what to trimming the cuticles of my toes and I have never had anyone have to do that. Massage was after she was finished like an afterthought. $55 plus tip. They do take credit cards which is nice as spas seem to be trying to get away from that. read more

Walked in during a vacation and was able to walk right in. Was told it would be a few minutes for a dip manicure. I took a star away because I sat in the chair for close to an hour before someone even acknowledged me which was quite frustrating. One thing if you say it will be an hour or so until someone could get to me. Another to just sit there with nothing. Kevin did my dip and was fantastic! I don't understand why I make an appt for 4 people to do mani and pedi. If they could not keep an appt then tell me when I call at 9am. I walk in with my mother, niece, and daughter and I get a blank stare and they take one person by one person. Talk about frustration on a supposed to be special day. I waited 45 minutes for a pedicure, and then got an abbreviated version of one. I was moved to another spot for a manicure and got one of the quickest manicures ever! I paid for a "regular pedicure" $35 and a complete WASTE of money!!!!! - I had Michael he was the by FAR THE ABSOLUTE WORST !!!!! The entire pedicure took less then 15 min. He spent approximately one min. on each heel telling me that I had no calluses on my heels (as the pictures show - complete BS ) - Aside from being lazy he was also reckless when clipping and filing my toe nails digging into my toes with the side of the Emory board. - Picasso spent 3/4 of the 15 mins applying nail polish instead of giving my feet a proper pedicure. he never uses the hot rag to wipe the lotion off my legs. He was careless when placing my toes in the foam toe separator cracking the skin under both of my pinky toes --- Since my sister goes here regularly I can't place 100% of the blame on Elite - but if you go DEFINITELY do yourself a favor and under NO circumstances allow MICHAEL to do you pedicure. I just finished getting a gel manicure here and it is awful! I figured it would be nice to start my vacation off with a manicure but I REALLY wish I didn't waste the money or the time!! This visit was the opposite of relaxing, to say the least. I walked into the salon and they offered me a seat right away. So far, so good! I sat down and was not acknowledged for 45 minutes. That is absurd. Then, when the woman finally sat with me, she would not stop answering the phone and talking to the women looking for appointments as soon as they walked through the door. I'm not the type to expect my nail tech to only pay attention to me, but at least be respectful! She spent so much time paying attention to everyone else that the nail polish looks like a child did my nails. They aren't even painted to the ends and the sides aren't completely painted either. When she was close to done I had asked her why the color looked so different than the one I picked... It was because she painted them the wrong color (but not according to her). DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME COMING HERE. This is set up as a sweat shop for nails, but children would do a better job. It's all about quantity and absolutely NO QUALITY. P.s. I'm pretty sure my nail technician had a nail infection. Gross. read more

First of I would like to say thank you to the friendly and professional staff at Elite Nails! I was on vacation and really needed to get my nails done before a party. It was getting late and I showed up 30 minutes before they closed. I was greeted with smiles and kindly taken care of. My gel manicure and pedicure was probably the best I have ever had. I love how spacious the salon is and how clean it looks. It did not smell like chemicals or fumes which was plus because I have a very sensitive nose. I walked into this salon and walked right out! The staff were arrogant and the man at the counter didn't even have the courtesy to put down his phone when he asked what I needed. Oh and the price for a manicure and pedicure- $48?!? Are they crazy!? They must have thought I was a tourist with that price. FYI I spend the large majority of my year in Manhattan and in the poshest neighborhood a manicure & pedicure costs $30 max, most places have specials for $17 for both. The pedicure felt great, wanted to go back there again, till I saw that they don't clean behind the jets on the foot bowl. They only spray the bowl after the water drains, but the bacteria lies behind the jets. That's the important part. My best friend is in the industry and had learned about this in school, how unsafe these things can be, a woman had to be hooked up to an IV for 2 years because she caught something in this same way. They are friendly, they have all the resources to do whatever you need, and they do a fabulous job. Despite being very busy, they take all the time necessary to do a perfect job. I have been coming to this salon for 3 years now, when I first got acrylics they made my nails so beautifully and pe deftly shaped, beyond amazing, I went in on Saturday and was extremely disappointed. When getting a pedicure, I mentioned the shape I wanted my nails square and was ignored, when I got my manicure, I got dip powder and asked for them to be thin and squared again I was ignored and have very chunky nails and fanned out nails after paying $75.00.
