Horrible management. I went for a gel manicure yesterday and was told the cost was $37. When my manicure was finished the owner, Anna, told me it was $47.00. When I questioned why she gave me some bogus excuse stating that the girl that told me was Spanish-speaking and did not understand or speak English when in fact, the price was listed as $37. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They don't even do a great job and the management is of very poor quality. They will rip you off at any opportunity. read more

I have been getting my gel manicures and pedicures at Davi nails for over 5 years. I used to get gel manis and pedis at other salons. I paid too much, and my polished chipped and did not last long. I am very impressed with the quality for the decent prices. Very professional and personable experience every time!! I feel like a part of the family while I relax at the salon!!! read more

Only giving one star because I can't make a review without it, very disappointed, shop was filthy, rude technicians, I was told they didn't need my money and I could leave, so I did. Ana is the worst, says she's an owner. I've never had anyone that claimed to be an owner, and treat someone as poorly as she treats her customers. Very very disappointed, there are lots of good nail techs out there, no need to put up with the likes of Ana and her crew. I miss you Lem, And the way that he ran the shop. I just went in for a routine pedicure. Very disappointed because the nice gentleman who attended me seemed to be in training. He attempted to file and polish my nails. A woman inspected his work and removed the nail polish and reapplied polish. Then, without waiting a sufficient time for during, she put my shoes on. When I got home I discovered the polish was smeared and largely off on my shoes. I returned a couple hours later and requested a refund. The manager reviewed my toes and attempted to blame me for the ruined polish. She said that I rushed them. Well my daughter was with me and she will confirm that I did nothing to rush them. The woman offered to give me another pedicure which was not possible because I did not have the time. Moreover, after the disappointment of the first experience, I prefer to go to another shop. I again asked for a refund and she offered to give $10 (of the $25 fee). When I objected to a partial refund, she declined to give a full refund. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this shop. Perhaps the nearby Vs nails shop is a better choice. They are higher rated. read more

I went there a few months ago, for a mani-pedi, with gel nails. The woman doing my pedi was so rude!! She was cleaning with the metal scraper, then with a disgusting look showed me what was on it, then threw it into the water and splashed it in my face. No apology, just another nasty look. After using each utensil she would throw then in the water, and leave it there while I was soaking!! My nails were done by the male manager. Where I was sitting was in front of him & his wife manager. He didn't listen to me!! He said he had to replace two nails with acrylic, and I said no, either remove all the nails or do gel. He insisted on them, and I couldn't get it through what I wanted, and finally just gave in. After one week with the acrylic I went to another place, and had them taken off, and I already had a fungus growing under my nail. The woman manager would greet everyone with a pissed off face, and in her voice. I went to the manager again and then informed him again about how I felt, and how the experience of my pedicure was, and he said, well she's just old. I was shocked, and just paid & left. DO NOT GO HERE! I went to get a manicure and pedicure here and had to walk out. The gentleman did my manicure and never cleaned up my cuticles and I could tell the polish was thinned down. I have never needed 3 coats of OPI polish and he wouldn't answer me when I asked if there was something done to the polish. As I was getting my manicure I looked around and the place was just filthy. There was not one clean surface in the place. I started getting really uneasy but I was dropped off here and my ride was not coming back for an hour so I decided to stay for the pedicure. He passed me off to another woman for my pedicure. The chairs were all beat up and ripped, dirty and they don't even clean the bowls. They just put a plastic liner in. More red flags. Within seconds she cut my toe, did not say anything and did not put anything on the cut. When I asked her if she cut me she said she had no choice in order to trim the nail???? I then noticed she was not using clean tools. I asked her if they were clean and she ignored me. I asked again and she then squirted something on the tool. She was pulling them out of her filthy bucket she had everything in. I told her to stop and I was leaving. When I asked the gentleman who did my manicure why she wasn't using clean tools, he just said "well I tell her too". It was so disgusting I got up and had to leave. He didn't really seem to think it was a big deal and had her work on the next person who came in. Still using the dirty tools. Do not go here. I instead went over to Angel Nails on Marco and had a lovely woman named Ivonne do my pedicure. She fixed up my cut toe and did a wonderful pedicure. read more

My grandmother and I went here for a much-needed pedicure last week. We both did the paraffin treatment which was very nice. The man that helped my grandmother was fine...very polite and did a decent job. The woman I had was awful! She was so careless that she scraped my ankle bone numerous times with the heel file, breaking the skin and making it look like I'd chewed it up on the pavement. She didn't even apologize when I pointed it out! Aside from being painful I then spent the entire time worrying about infection! To top it off she did such a horrible paint job that I removed it when I got home and repainted them myself. Definitely not worth the $45 +tip!!! read more

I hadnt been to Davi nails in about 4yrs and when i came today i asked if it was under new management and sure enough it is. I used to love co.ing here everything was clean and the manicurist knew what they were doing. I am sitting in the chair now and am so disgusted and unhappy with my service. I WILL NEVER RETURN thats for sure. read more
