Filthy place! and rude management and staff! Nail salons are a dime a dozen, so why go to a place with filthy floors, ripped stained towels and less then adequate personal protection. I will never go here again! read more

They do amazing work with nails. I have gone with awful looking nails and they've made my nails gorgeous again. I try to make my gel fills last until I'm back in Naples as I travel a lot. After visiting many nail salons around the globe, these, by far do the best job. Excellent salon, nail art experts. read more

I have been going to this nail salon for several years and they are really good. The salon is clean and well run and they know their business. Beverly D. read more

Worst nail salon I've ever been to. They scam. They lie about prices and overcharge. I've been coming here multiple times because they are just so close to my house but I'm done. They overcharge every time. They make you wait over a hour without telling you you'll wait that long. The quality service they give is not good at all especially for your money. One of their nail techs messed up my nails and i went in 5 days after to get a color change and fix one broken nail and they decided to redo my whole nails because of how messed up they were without asking me and then tried to charge me $35 after I had just been there 5 days ago to fix the crappy job one of their nail techs did. Worst hospitality and worst service. Save your money AND time and go somewhere else. read more

Went in for a pedicure and had to wait forever for someone to service me. As far as my pedicure I got something completely different than I asked for. Shape is terrible and uneven and the color is dingy. The nail tech cut my foot more than one time and cut my cuticles too low, drawing blood. Everyone in the salon is nice and good at conversation, but the work itself was very poor. read more

So just wanted to add to my original review. Its a year later and I still like this place, the people, the options and color selections. It is still clean. I have dealt with several different people in this place and they all speak english fairly well (such a big help). Will continue to come here every time I am in town. read more

Really enjoyed getting my nails done here. Staff are professional and friendly. Five stars!!!

This place what's not cheap! Everything on pedicure was wonderful great service! When he came to the manicure it was horrible! This was for my wedding so where my nerves were already on point! My mother-in-law's cuticles were cut in three different fingers severely!! Her color was merely smeared on! My sisters nails were seriously done by like a five-year-old they were smeared sick and was also cut two times and they did nothing to stop the bleeding and it continued on for a while!! Sister #2 French gel nails looked horrible!! She had them redone with the only person in the shop who was in charge! My nails were nice but thick and uneven I swear date didn't even realize if we did and point them out! I will insert some pictures I don't understand why the other reviews said it was great from the beginning it was horrible!! ::;:;;;;;;;Update:::::::::::::: One week into the gel nails and they were chipping in the back because they were placed way further back than they needed to on to the cuticle and they lifted it from all of the tips!! Please save your self and speak out!!! read more

I just want to add that David is AWESOME. He does such a wonderful job with my nails. I get the gel french, white tips, and he really takes his time. I haven't had this great of a manicure in a long time. I can be a tad OCD and they all look uniform and perfect. The price is competitive and I would rather pay here than anywhere else in Naples. read more

Someone referred me to this salon. Michael did my nails with the SNS (dip) which does not hurt ur nails. I am very fussy about my nails and I must say the were perfect!!! Pedi was equally very relaxing awsome message. Ask for "michael" even though its further Worth it. Thk u michael! read more

Was overcharged. Told a price for pedicure was 38, then when I went to pay they charged me $10 more for a buff. Will not be returning here! Go up street is my advice. read more

Manicure was so-so. My nail tech was overly opinionated about a personal issue. We just met. He asked a question, I answered. Very sorry that I gave him any information. Sorry to say that I will not go back. read more

So I went initailly to this salon and the young pedicurist was doing my toenail cleaning so lightly. It was not even being cleaned and I kept telling her multiple times if you don't clean it out thoroughly and deeply I WILL get ingrowns, but she focused on her up sales of a ombre nail service. As a result two days later I had 5 toes with ingrowns and went back as soon as I returned back a few days later. So Sam did the rework, but he wouldn't soak the nails to get them soft (Even though I asked and rationalized why he still said no) and proceeded to cause a lot of pain telling me to sit still while inducing unncessary pain and lost of bleeding. These were not severe ingrowns just starters cause of the poor job Lynn did. I bared down while the job was re-done and the owner stood there telling me I need to go to a Dr and have my toenails removed. Yeah Right! What a bunch of A**holes. They don't know how to do their job properly and thoroughly and expect me to have my 5 toe nails extracted and permanently removed. WTF! I gave Sam a tip anyway cause I am a better person than these people and I know Karma will pay them back 10K fold. No wonder their shop is empty they probably survive on In Season ignorant tourists and have an empty shop the rest of the year. I am never going back and don't recommend these folks to anyone. read more

Been going here for awhile now. They try very hard to be accommodating. Will always try to fit people in. However, had a couple bad experiences with some of the technicians and I would NOT use them again. Most of them are great though! Very fair pricing. read more

My Aunt and I have been using A-Z nails for several years now. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Shop is beautiful, employees emanate a family atmosphere, everything is very clean and sanitary. Did I mention how beautiful our nails and toes look after each visit. I get many compliments on my nails and always refer friends to A-Z Nails with confidence that they will be totally thrilled with the results. Thank you Nick and Ivy, for making our nail visits such a pleasure. read more
