Not a great experience. I am here from out of town and needed my nails done before a wedding and I requested a dip manicure and then asked my technician for extensions on them as that's what I originally had on my nails. I'm not a nail technician so I'm not sure if this is right or not but in the past, my whole entire nails were soaked off and new tips were put on. This time they were not and she just filed down my old ones. Not only that but none of my nails are even, like she didn't check or compare them to the other side and I'm not satisfied with them at all. I'm sure this is a lovely place but I won't be returning and I will be going to another salon today to get them redone which is not how I wanted to spend my last day of vacation. read more

This place is a joke! For what they charge their services should be perfection. I made an online appt for a dip powder manicure with Zoee, who I had for a pedicure a few weeks prior. When I arrived I was told she does not do dip and I was assigned to Henry. First red flag! He was not friendly, rough and did an awful job on my nails. Never asked me how I wanted my nails shaped. I had to say I wanted my cuticles trimmed. When I said something about my nails, he actually said don't look at them under the light! Dips are supposed to make your nails harder, not thinner and weak. My nails feels sticky now too. He buffed them so hard that they hurt now!! I will never go back to this place again!!! Never!! Oh and if you want your cuticles done that is extra! Take your business elsewhere, there are tons of other nail salons in the area. read more

My daughter and I went to get our nails and feet done. My daughter got a gel manicure and it came off within 12 hours. We went back to fix it and the nail tech was less than helpful in finding the matching color and said I should have known and we will never find it. She also got a regular pedicure that was already chipping off. I cut my losses on that and just concentrated on the bed gel job. My $70 pedicure still includes seeing the red from the last time on the sides of my toe nails. At the end of the appointment I spent $235 and was very disappointed. I didn't realize how disappointed I was I until we got home as we were the last ones there at 6:30 and they wanted to leave. It is posted everywhere I could find (on the door and Google) that they close at 7 but they actually close at 6. read more

I have been going to Hue Nails for probably atleast 5 years every 2 to 3 weeks for acrylic nails and fills. The owner and employees (Linh) always do their best. I am very hard on my nails and I'm constantly knocking them off, breaking them etc... Linh never complains and always does her best. These ladies are greatly appreciated and always fit you in. Great job. I typically get a pedicure no more than twice a year. I'll soon be changing to more often. While I was there at least 5 other guys were there getting a pedicure so it didn't seem strange for a 75 year old guy being there. My wife and I came at the same time so I think we got a special rate. Also, there's virtually no wait. HUE has plenty of very happy employees and it's a real joy to do business there. read more

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I came here because it was so close to my house. My pedicure was decent, but my acrylic nails is where it all went wrong. I went in and asked for a regular pedicure and a basic acrylic set. I was at the nail salon for over 3 1/2 hours which is outrageous because I did not ask for anything special so it shouldn't have taken that long. I asked for hot pink coffin acrylics. My nails looked horrible, bent, crooked, bumpy, not good at all. I will post a picture. My nails were horrible and I don't usually like to say something but I had to. They were very rude and nasty and wanted to charge me $110 not including tip yet for my horrible looking basic acrylic nails and a basic pedicure. My nail lady kept getting up and leaving, going out back, working so slow and that's why I was there so long. Very unprofessional. I soaked off my nails myself the next day because they were that bad. They still charged me $110. I paid and I feel extremely ripped off. read more

I've been going here since they first opened, and I believe I chose this salon after I saw a Yelp review. This is the only place I go for a pedicure, and I've since moved out of state, but in stead of being disappointed, I wait until I come to Southwest Florida, as I know my pedicure will last until my nails grow out. I've to several tech here and they all do an awesome job! You are greeted as soon as you walk into the door, and they never make you wait longer that a few minutes. They may ask you to come back if they are busy, but when you come back you are first priority. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I just love this salon!!!They also have a full spa. I wouldn't highly recommend Hue Salon, and I'm am serious when I say, I will not go any where else. Thank you all for the great job you do. Keep up the great work! read more

You are not greeted when you walk in and its hard to get a straight answer on things! I took my sister who came in town from Ohio & my boyfriend who lives in Ft. Myers. I really, really USED to love this place which is the only reason I'm giving three stars. If all of my experiences had been like my last few I would give one. The highlights of this place are Judy, Brenda, and their mom. They are probably the best people I have ever had do my nails. However, the people who have recently been hired have been terrible, one lady was so bad I only let her finish my nails and skipped my pedicure that I had requested because I couldn't imagine continuing. The service has become subpar and unprofessional in the last year or so. The reception people never know what they are doing, once putting me with the wrong person which not only messed up my day but also the nail tech I had requested. I will never go in as a walk in again either because it's difficult to get a straight answer as to whether you can be seen or not and it leads to a very awkward interaction. So, unless you remember to make an appointment (which admittedly I am terrible at because of my hectic schedule) with Judy, Brenda, or their mom--skip it and find a different place. read more

Came with 3 really badly broken nails from a previous nail salon drilling them too hard. At Hue they were able to glue them together, fix my nails, and make them the perfect oval shape I asked for. Went in for a pedicure. My nail tech, was unfriendly and made no attempt to talk to me. However, she constantly talked to the techs beside her, stopping what she was doing every time. Very frustrating.The rest of the time she acted like she didn't want to be there. I gave 3 stars because the place is clean and other techs are good. When I mentioned this person to a friend, she said, "yeah, nobody likes her." My advice is to choose your tech based on someone's recommendation. read more

I was in yesterday and tried a new nail tech. VERONICA took the polish off my toes. They were white and very very dry. She suggested I keep polish off of them until this cleared up. She went on line to show me what to use to help this condition. It is tea tree oil. Veronica also suggested a polish that has tea tree oil in it. I was very appreciative. Hue nails does great, quality nails. Moving down to Naples from the tri-state area, I couldn't find any salon that could acrylic. If I did find one that said they could, they would break or chip immediately. I go to Mai or Lynn (hope I'm spelling their names correct) and they've done a great job every time. I cannot attest to a pedicure at this time but I'm sure that would be awesome as well. I do pay more here than I would have at home but that is expected in Naples and after my struggle to find a quality nail salon down here, I am happy to pay a bit more! read more

Super friendly staff, was immediately greeted at the door and promptly sat with my mom for our pedicures and gel manicure. The atmosphere was relaxing, clean, and very welcoming. The staff were friendly and chatty, spoke to me more than any other salon I have been to which was a nice change of pace. Very thorough in their work and attention to detail.
