I've been here numerous times and there always seems to be a problem here with the time. Earlier today I had a 9:45 appointment, called in before the appointment to see if they had any other times which they then told me they had it at 11. I was very pleased with the service at Naples Wax Center. It was my first appointment and I used a Groupon. Groupon had marked my voucher as redeemed, when I had not used it. Fortunately the very kind receptionist said that Groupon has a habit of doing that, and as long as I was not in their system as having used it, they would still accept it. I decided to get my face waxed after not going for years because of getting burned on the skin, and just having bad experiences. I decided to try the Naples Wax Center after calling the other local company and getting a bad attitude from the receptionist. I was greated very nicely when I came in. I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked my first Brazilian. When I arrived the lobby was very clean and the women at the front desk were very helpful in getting me checked in and ready. Jodie was my waxer and she did An amazing job at taking care of everything in a fast, clean, and friendly manner. She was very great at holding conversations and making you feel welcomed. It has been over a week since I have been and I'm still smooth as can be! Business promotion not great I was not informed of their local promotion when I phoned and booked the appointment, so I did not get any discount. Very disappointing! I asked if I could bring proof of my local address for the next appointment and was told they would find out and had to pay the full price. Naples Wax Center is the place to go for all your waxing needs! Ravyne is absolutely amazing!!! I was so nervous to get 'fully' waxes...needless to say, I've been going every 3-4 weeks. Ravyne makes you feel so comfortable! I even left my previous eyebrow wax person (I used her for 5 years) and I'm so happy I did. Ravyne takes the time to make my brows and body look perfect. Horrible service ...don't even bother going here. While on my way to my first appointment with them, there's was an accident on the road and I called to tell them I would be about 5min late. I live in North Naples and left 40min early for this appointment but still...traffic gets the best of us sometimes. The receptionist told me that it's fine and "we'd be here." Even giving me directions since I'm new to the area. I waddled (at 7months pregnant) inside and she refused me service. I was there 9 min late and apparently that's rules for refusal. As a new customer, who was looking for a long term service relationship with this business, this was beyond disappointing. There's should have been more effort to try to help. I was willing to even be taken as the last customer of the day...but no. I won't be recommending this business to anyone in our area. Also, read the review of another customer who was disappointed and saw the owner or whoever started calling her a scammer and I found that to be a horrible way to respond to a negative review. Customer service is shown when customers are not pleased, thus giving the opportunity for correction. Lashing out at the review is extremely distasteful. read more

My first time at Naples Wax Center I had switched from another wax center in Naples as well but my experience here was great. I had Jordan and she is absolutely awesome, made me feel so comfortable, zero awkwardness like there generally is after switching specialists (at least in my experience). They didn't try to push their products on me or hound me about buying into their wax pass like where I previously went. I would recommend this place to any one. read more

I used to love going to this place, they were always welcoming and had prompt service. Well recently I tried using some Groupons in here and the last time I went in with one I had never used and the lady behind the counter refused to let me use it. She said that I'm only allowed to use one, but on the Groupon website it's completely misleading - it says in fine print "limit one per person", so you're left to assume that you can purchase different vouchers, but you can only use it one time. Sorry that I'm just trying to save some money, it's expensive as hell to live in Naples, I think a lot of locals can relate. She told me I'll be able to get a refund but I guess she neglected to see that you're only allowed to get a refund within three days of purchase. I guess $69 is petty cash in her budget but for some of us it's part of our grocery money for the week. There are plenty of places in Naples to go to for this kind of service, won't be going back here again. *In response to the immaturity, dishonesty, and distastefulness of Brandon, I would like to state for the record that I have paid full price for services in his salon in the past without an issue, I would never try and scam any business. All I tried to do was save some money and it could have been handled completely differently than it was, but I was treated like a second rate customer. Carrie was very attentive and took her time not asking what result i was looking for but kept me informed of all the steps and procedures.
