They do not accept tip on card, you have to tip in cash. She did my nails very fast, and because of that it looks rough up close and there were mistakes are ouches! Not the best technique. Oscar Nails is "Simply the best". (Professional, on time, family run and great service). If you want a long lasting manicure see Tiffany for power dip. I get 4+ weeks. It's unbelievable that it is 'my nails' under the dip. I never in my life had nail that looked so good and lasted. Peter always gives a wonderful pedicure. He never rushes - very relaxing. I have never written a review, but my experience at Oscar Nails needs to be shared, to warn others. I'm in my 60's and have 100's of manicures and pedicures. My first surprise, no cuticle remover on my nails, then she moved me out of her stand to the pedicure before applying polish,( I didn't know why the rush). Then another client came in and I was asked if I minded soaking while she did her manicure. It was obvious this lady had an appointment so I agreed to wait. It was clear I was given an appointment when this tech was already booked, the tech cut corners and rushed my service to get to her regular client. If you're a newbie don't expect to be treated well at this salon. read more

I have always been treated well by the salon's owners, and happy with work that was done. I thought that Tiffany considered me a friend of sorts - until my 71-yr old husband tripped over his shoe this past Saturday and fell in the salon. He has Parkinson's and Lewy Body dementia. Because of the dementia (and a sweet tooth,) he goes for their candy bowl. He did not hurt himself; he did not break anything. He tripped over his size 13 shoe when he was turning around to go back to his seat. I took him to the ER to make sure there were no issues. Many tests were done; there was no physical reason for him to fall. He walked into the hospital by himself.//His biggest issue is Lewy Body dementia - he can't use a phone, remote control, microwave. He cannot dress himself. Every time we go into the salon, he walks in on his own. He does not tremor. If he left wrappers on the floor, I always clean his area before we leave.//Because of the fall, the owner told me that she and the other (2) customers "thought that he was hungry and that was causing his weakness" - she knows that he's lost 70-pounds since 2018, but that is typical Parkinson's (especially after 30-years;) our neurologist is not concerned. We had just eaten lunch before we came to the salon, so it was rather insulting that she said he fell because he was hungry and weak.//The owner texted me and sd the fall frightened her; I can understand that. I can also understand that she would be afraid of liability (I suspect that is the bigger issue.) She stated that it upset her other customers. It is true that women go to a salon to relax. However it was a kick in my gut after having come here for 3-years, to be told not to come back, especially when salons were re-opened during Covid and she had no customers in the store. Once we were allowed to go back to salons, I was there every 2-weeks. It's the first time in 17-years that I've been told I'm not welcome because of my husband's disability. It's bad enough that we're pretty much housebound, even before Covid. This is the ONLY thing I do for myself, and she's one of the few adults I get to talk to in any given week. No, I don't have anyone that can watch him; he goes with me everywhere. As the salon owner, it is certainly her right to say that we are not welcome there.//Do not come here and bring a handicapped, or elderly person; the owner is not comfortable having them in her salon. read more

I hesitate to say how great this salon is for fear that I won't get in because they will be too crowded after I write. I love this Salon. Tiffany is fantastic. Loves what she does and her customers. I get powder and they last almost 4 weeks. In NY I got about 2 weeks out of a set. Peter gave me the best shoulder massage that completely loosed my stiff neck. I even let them do a pedicure that I never do because I'm so ticklish. What a great and leg/foot massage. read more

I'd never heard of this place before, but I saw a sign outside for a $35 Mani-pedi. Naturally I had to run in. My tech was Samantha and she was awesome. As soon as I came in I was greeted with a smile by another guy who told me to go ahead and pick a color. Samantha came out right away with a big smile. She was very informative and actually got me to try the gel polish and I'm so glad that I did. If I had gone with the regular polish it would not have lasted through me handling my 3 dogs that day. She also gave me great advice about many other things unrelated to nails. i was so pleased with my visit that I'm never going anywhere else again. read more

She's worked with me to be able to create healthier nails and for the first time I've been able to keep them! She also does an amazing pedicure! Just as the rating states, I've experienced better. Here's the good: staff is friendly and overall competent, and we didn't have to wait long. Here's the "bad": We were overcharged for the hair removal (brochure said one price, they charged us another), had to clip my own nails when I left from the pedicure (substandard job), so even a good price isn't worth it if a professional job is not done. Upon giving them a VERY good tip, we were told thank you, but I have to say that for the 20% plus we gave them, it was not well received. We have been there several times in the past, but we will NOT be back. Sorry, but that's the plain truth. read more

I left my nail salon that I've been going to since they opened, about 10 years. I started going to oscars to try them out on a neighbors recommendation and I love it! I feel that Tiffany and I have become friends and I love their work. I do pay a little more but it's worth it to feel like you matter, unlike the other salon. read more

I loved this place last season but don't care for it anymore! I had an 11:00 appt and sat with my feet soaking for an hour before I got up and left! There is no reason to make an appointment when they take walk ins in knowing that they have other customers. Will never go back. read more

Sandy Leto Last week I had an appointment for a gel French manicure. I had been to this nail salon a number of times over the last 3yesrs. We are seasonal residents in Naples and this location is convenient. The gel French seemed to go well yet I was shocked when I was charged $55.00 for the manicure.....the most I have ever paid there and anywhere. Although I was not happy about it. I would have accepted this since I didn't ask up front about the cost. Unfortunately, though, the white on my gel French started to peel on the second day. Now a week later, it's peeling badly and I'm furious as this type of manicure does not peel and it actually stays perfect until my nails grow out. I have never had this experience and I am extremely unhappy with the quality of the work. I will not go back and have already told my friends never to go there. I called to speak to the owner and did not receive a callback. Beware.....don't go there! read more
