We had a pedicure on our second to last day in Marco. Pedicures are 30 bucks and last an hour. Totally worth it. Sanitation practices are good too. I wasn't impressed by their polish selection. A lot of "half" and quarter filled bottles. I brought my own, as I always do. They are practicing good sanitation procedures for distancing. Where we live, the pedis are 15.00 and its not as "deluxe" as the pedicure we received here. read more

They do a great job on pedicures. I only go in season from December thru April. I call make an appointment. Show up on time and the last three visits I have been ignored for at least one half hour before they do my pedicure ! Other more regular customers show up and are immediately worked on. Just frustrating when you have a set appt. If it happened once I would understand but it has been three visits now.! All customers are important not just certain ones. read more

They are very rude, not Covid clean, and overcharged me. They told me $6 for my kid's manicure but charged me $15 because they said her nails were more work than most kids. How is that possible? They said they would do a design for $5 extra but refused to do one when they were almost finished with my daughters nails. When I asked if they were going to do one for her, the lady completely kept ignoring me. Then she stood up and she and her male coworker starting yelling at me about how it takes too long and the manicurist they put her with didn't know how to do designs. Disappointing for a kid as that's the fun part of getting their nails done. She was not nice to my child either and it was so uncomfortable as they were simply so rude and literally shouting at me. They DO NOT clean the nail dryers as I watched two different people put hands in them and didn't clean them after. When it was my turn I asked her if it was cleaned for me which it clearly wasn't as there was still hand prints and goopy lotion in it and she shouted at me again. She said maybe I should go outside and get Covid-Such a wacky comment. I was so upset to be treated like that and I never raised my voice. I paid and we had to leave. Strangest experience I've ever had. So many other nail salons to chose from. Avoid this one. read more

I used yelp to locate a place to do my nails. Mother's day, and I am vacationing at Marco Island for two weeks. So, I call and get the owner. Nice, polite, primary language isn't English but he is sweet as I ask for an apt at 10 am the following day. He books the apt and I drive there for my ten am apt to find, 1) he is there opening the shop for me because they don't open on Sundays until 11am! 2) he waits patiently while I realize that the door says 11 but he is opening for me. I have new nails. Meaning, at 51 years old this is the second time I have managed to stop biting them to see them past my fingertips. He asks what I would like and I show interest in some options but state they are thin and not very strong. He explains the gel will last two weeks, help keep my nails safe and strong. Also in Portage, MI the cost for a gel nail set was $10 higher than this salon and they didn't last for two weeks before peeling off. He did a great job, was welcoming and never did he mention opening early for me. Such fantastic customer service. Thank you! read more

Not even going to wait for the finished manicure to review .... top notch! Pedicure included massage that was the best I've had in years. Must've been 3 different steps in the massage. This is not-so-Happy Nail! We made an appointment to get our fingernails dipped and decided to add on a pedicure. They would not allow us to add on a pedicure and told us we'd have to make a separate appointment for that service because they do not do add-ons or walk-ins. Rude, stubborn, AND racist ! Ironically, I left "Happy Nails" today with an air of frustration, as well as jagged, crooked nails. Despite mentioning nicely that I wanted all of my nails parallel to each other, the man doing my powder gel manicure spun my hand around to show me that it was my cuticles that were crooked, and he was just doing what he learned at "nail school". Unable to adjust to my wishes, he then proceeded to say that his way of doing nails was better than the way "the Chinese in New York" do it. I countered by saying in New York, nail salons are required to use new or sterilized equipment for each customer. He grumbled an inaudible response. Honestly just poor quality, with absolutely no concern for the customer's requests. I know it's just nails, but I think this is worst SNS manicure I've ever payed for. read more

I finally got them to finish them. They were all smudged because the lady bumped my hand against the fan . I went outside to show my husband who was waiting outside so he could help me deal with it.
