They offered wine and water in real glassware (a nice touch--my salon back home uses plastic), and everything was brought out neatly on a serving tray. Our nail techs were incredibly patient and accommodating. My stepmother is very particular about glitter polish, and they happily kept trying different options until she was completely satisfied.
