This new spot is just down the street from my dad's house, and I stopped in while visiting from Austin, Texas. The salon is spacious, with what looked like 18 pedicure chairs and about 16 manicure stations. We made a noon reservation for two and were seated right on time. They offered wine and water in real glassware (a nice touch--my salon back home uses plastic), and everything was brought out neatly on a serving tray. Our nail techs were incredibly patient and accommodating. My stepmother is very particular about glitter polish, and they happily kept trying different options until she was completely satisfied. I had a small split in my thumbnail, and they thoughtfully applied a gel layer to keep it from getting worse. If I lived in Naples, this would absolutely be my go-to salon. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town. read more

My friend and I came to get pedicures, and we were walk-ins. They sat us right away and then offered us complimentary drinks. They have coke products and also alcohol, we just did a coke and diet coke. We did the pink deluxe pedis which was $53. Really pretty looking salon, very clean. My nail tech was okay, she was super fast though and very weak on the massage, so was hoping for a bit longer pedicure experience. My friend's tech was really good though! When making the appointment I wasn't sure what I wanted because it had been a while since last getting my nails professionally done. The appointment taker said I could ask questions then decide what technique I wanted once I was in the chair. Before we began I started my questions to the nice young technician, powder vs gel, etc. The tech seemed almost reluctant...not to give the information but it was more like he didn't want me to deviate from my original request for a manicure when making the appointment. I asked him if I chose a powder or acrylic would that be ok time wise for him. He said it was fine but still seemed reluctant to provide anything other than a regular manicure, which is what I ended up with. The manicure was definitely NOT what I remember from just a couple of years ago. The nails look fine as far as the application of the polish but there was no lotion on the hands like they used to do, no hand massage. He literally put my hand in soapy water for LESS than 30 seconds, filed the nails and basically just polished them for $50. I was there about 25 minutes. It didn't seem worth the price. read more

Extremely rude service !!! I wanted to treat myself after having no time for myself after having my daughter. As soon as I sat down to get my pedicure done the woman who was assigned to me was rolling her eyes. She asked what color I wanted for my nails while handing me the menu. I said a French gel pedicure. She proceeded to hit the menu repeatedly and say what color rolling her eyes. At that point I was over it. I said no thank you. And walked out. Pros: First timers get 10% off so my bill was $58 The pedicure accompanied massage by Jack was so good.I really like how for the most part nothing was rushed. Jax really was great. They took me in (a walk in) very fast and I'm happy with my mani pedi. Parking is ample. My finger nails were prepped by Hedi who did a great job removing excessive cuticles and applying alcohol to some slight bleeding she caused. The next day my finger was perfectly fine. Cons: dirty. I didn't see the techs clean tools between clients. They are not gentle and it caused 2 minimal bleedings so I came home and treated the cuts with alcohol to avoid bacterial infection(which messed up the polish a bit).Toe still hurts because he did not applying antibacterial to the bleeding area. Why the 3 stars? Although the fear of Flesh eating bacteria was instilled in me, my nails are very pretty for a good price, and everyone was nice. read more

I did not find them to be very friendly and the nail tech I had rushed because he had to leave to pick up his car from service. It was an ok pedicure and acrylic fill in. Major negative was he was rough filing nail beds with the tool they use. I realized I had two cuts when I got home. 5 days later my cuticles were still in pain. They put a tiny fan on my pedicure to dry and it was not enough to set the polish. I have been to this nail salon 3-4 times over the past year and initially was happy with the service I received. However, I had my gel pedicure & dip Manicure last Friday and by Monday afternoon my nails had chipped. I called and they offered immediately to come back so that they could fix them. When I questioned the owner regarding why the technician had not applied a base clear coat, she explained that it makes the nails too thick and that sometimes the base is included In the color powder. I have been getting my nails dipped for the past 5+ years and had never experienced skipping the base clear coat--upon a lot of research the clear base is what bonds the color to the nail and without it there is a high probability of chipping, it's very obvious this is what happened. The owner re-did 4 of my nails and put a small amount of clear base on the tips of the ones she re-did, but was unwilling to re-do all of my nails with the base coat like they should have been done in the first place. I am very disappointed because I thought I had found a good nail salon but I will not be returning & while I was there other customers were coming in with issues. My recommendation is if you try them for dip nails be upfront and demand that they apply a clear base coat as they obviously are cutting corners with the process. read more
