The woman at the front desk even tried to contact her with no response back. She said it was not like this massage therapist at all to not be there for a scheduled appt. I wasn't in a big hurry or didn't have anyplace else to be that day so I patiently waited over an hour for this massage therapist to arrive or at least call the salon or text me before I decided to leave. There was absolutely no response. I too thought this was totally not like this therapist and that something just really had to be wrong. The salon receptionist offered for me to have an appointment with one of their other massage therapists, but I politely declined. I wanted who I was scheduled for and that just didn't happen. I finally did find out from the massage therapist I was supposed to see that she had a life-threatening episode with her elderly mother and she sincerely apologized to me. This salon was quite far away from where we were staying in Naples at the time, so I didn't want to go there again. There was nothing wrong with the salon itself; it was just the unfortunate circumstances my massage therapist found herself in. I would not hesitate to see her again if and when I return to FL. In fact, I know I will want to see her for a massage when I get back in the area!

I called to make an appt, not only was the front desk unprofessional, but they had no COVID-19 guidelines to follow at all. I also tried to ask about the 20% off deal for new clients (which is by the way posted on all their social media platforms) yet they wouldn't honor it. My friend Mary who gets her hair done often there, goes off about how Audrie (one of the stylist) goes on and on about how great Trump is, and how Covid is fake and all the deaths are made-up. She claims about how much this virus is a joke. I decided to do more recent and completely disregard getting my hair done here since they were all completely unprofessional. A stylist who use to work there but later quit stated how rude and stuck up the owner of the salon is, as she is only motivated by money. Other Front Desk Receptionist claim how hostile and rude the management is to their employees and how stylist talk bad about their clients in their back room! Not only does some of the stylist completely suck at their job and literally never give their clients what they want regarding hair cuts and colors, but certain stylist AND the owner will add on random stuff to their appt to upcharge them. New and former clients will ask for a Hair cut with a Hair Color and will be spending $300+ due to random add on; basically stealing money from their clients. I also heard they laid people off due to Covid and stated that people who do not show up to work will not be able to have their job back after the 'mandatory lockdown.' Not only is the owner hostile, and money stealing from clients, but her and her other stylist continued to talk bad about Black Lives Matter and the protests going around Downtown Naples along with the protests on Collier Blvd, (I heard this one on one from a client, who will not be named to protect their identity.) From my research, from former clients and employees, and from my experience with them, they are completely unprofessional, scammers, and completely comfortable stealing money from their clients and then proceeding to talk bad about them, but they are also arrogantly racist and uneducated. I would never recommend this place to anyone! (Update:) I also heard from other businesses in the complex that the owner will go door to door asking for money or prizes for fundraisers but when other businesses are throwing fundraisers and ask them if they'd like to pitch in, the owners response is "No, I work hard for my money, Sorry." I knew that something was not right, when the stylist kept me at the sink for 45 minutes, dumping glaze and masks on my hair. My neck was killing me sitting there, but I thought maybe she is just trying to do a good job. After I walked to the chair and looked in the mirror, my hair was totally matted. The water was dripping all over my clothes. The hair looked so bad, that it looked like somebody was weaving them on purpose. I got very concerned. I knew it is going to be bad, because two other stylists came over and tried to assess it. They started brushing my hair and a huge chunks were just coming off. I almost cried. I have no idea what happened and how simple root touch up became such a disaster. They may have mixed the formula wrong or something like that. But the result is I now have a third of the amount of hair I came there with and most of my hair is broken at all length.

Even after you book and confirm an appointment, they'll call to cancel--either because the person you were scheduled with has left or because they need to re-schedule your appointment, and they call the day before your appointment. And the person making the calls doesn't seem to realize that if there are no clients, she doesn't get paid; her attitude on the phone suggests she couldn't care less whether you show up or not--it makes no difference to her. When I first moved to Naples, I did some pretty thorough Yelp research. I was looking for the best...someone who specialized in blondes. My extensive search led me to Casi. I was so scared at first to let someone new do my hair after leaving Atlanta, but after just a few minutes in her chair, I knew she was on top of her game. She is exceptionally talented and she keeps me feeling beautiful every day. Not only is she gifted in blondes, but she does balayage (which she has started doing for me), updos, weddings, whatever you need. She really has an eye for color but also cuts with precision. On top of being awesome at what she does, I just thoroughly enjoy sitting in her chair--she is totally accepting of the days I am sleepy and great to talk to when I am in on one of my peppier days. She uses top of the line products...Goldwell, Olaplex. She stays up on new techniques and hair shows. JC Naples is filled with beauty suites for massage, skin, nails, wax, etc (all booth rental style) so when you are done with your visit with Casi, you can find whatever beauty service you might want or need.
