If your massage is one hour that is 60 min not 50 not 40 and definitely not 35 ! And I did asked them why I did not have full hour as I have been told prior massage! front desk girl answered oh it's 50 minutes that is considered one hour well let me tell you all of you yo need go back to school to learn how to count because obviously you don't know to count! I will never go back there just to be ripped off ! The massage was ok . Not the best one but was ok . And she offered to talk to the manager to what they can do for me but i said no because after what they are doing to people i will not feel comfortable to go again. We sat and talked for a few minutes to go over my skin to develop a game plan. I loved this as I had never had that before with other facials I had received in the past. She really knows her profession and is a skin expert. It was nice to chat with her about all the different tools and products in the industry. I decided on 2 treatments that day based on her recommendations and how much time I had before getting back home to the baby. We even factored in a meeting I had the next day, so I wouldn't have wrecked skin that needed to heal for a long period of time. One of the treatments was a new and innovative combination of something that I don't even remember what it's called now (mom brain).
