The salon is spacious, with what looked like 18 pedicure chairs and about 16 manicure stations. We made a noon reservation for two and were seated right on time. They offered wine and water in real glassware (a nice touch--my salon back home uses plastic), and everything was brought out neatly on a serving tray. Our nail techs were incredibly patient and accommodating. My stepmother is very particular about glitter polish, and they happily kept trying different options until she was completely satisfied. I had a small split in my thumbnail, and they thoughtfully applied a gel layer to keep it from getting worse. If I lived in Naples, this would absolutely be my go-to salon. I'm new to the Naples area and have been looking for a nail salon. I decided to try this salon…read morebecause it's open on Sundays and the website states it closes at 9 PM. I arrived 15 minutes before 6 PM, but the door sign indicated they close at 6 PM daily. The staff member mentioned there was a 15-minute wait, which I accepted. I requested a basic fill-in with gel polish for myself (I had a few missing nails) and a pedicure with gel polish for my daughter. I didn't ask for pricing beforehand, which was my mistake. The nail tech was very attentive, and there were only two techs working. However, when it was time to pay, I was shocked by the total cost: $125. My daughter's pedicure alone was $60, and my fill-in was $65. There were no designs or extras, just gel polish. On top of that, I was charged a "convenient fee" for paying, which wasn't mentioned beforehand. I also left a $10 tip. While the customer service was great, I find the pricing unreasonable and my nails did not meet my expectations. I won't be returning.
