Jade is the absolute sweetest. My girlfriend and I see her every month for mani / pedis. Shes very kind - loving - caring and works extremely hard and efficient ! She uses a cleaning drill to get under my nails and cuticles so that they come perfect after cutting them after and cleaning me up to perfection. She is very accommodating with her schedule and always makes time for us whenever she is needed. I would recommend anyone to go see her. She is absolutely the best at what she does. Came to Nail Passion after trying the nail salon at the mall a few times since moving to the area. I wanted a technician that listened to my requests, was clean, professional and not overly expensive. Nail Passion was busy when I walked in and I had to make an appointment to come back later, which I did. The color selection was decent and the salon was clean. Jimmy answered my questions and made recommendations based on my questions and my requests. I take my salons pretty seriously and will research and read reviews before going to a new place. The reviews on this place are what made me go. I requested Stephanie due to the rave reviews, and they were right. She is a remarkably nice and good nail tech. The first time I came here I had an important trip (meeting the bf's family) so I was going for a simple look that also had a little bit of my personality. Stephanie understood that and got what I wanted exactly right, down to the shape and length. She was also very gentle with the drill and never cut my skin. I had asked her to please gently buff as I have small/thin nails and when I finally removed my acrylics my nails looked fine! No ring of fire! (Indent from drilling for acrylics) The pedicure was with someone else but it was nice. My favorite part is that they use plastic liners after every client. That is the most hygienic way to stop infections from spreading on pedi tubs. Yay. They do, however, reuse pumice stones (they do clean them by scrubbing) and the stone massage tends to be quick and perfunctory and I wish they spent more time massaging as it is more of a lotion/sugar scrub application sometimes. Which is why I reduced a star. But for the price is pretty good! Excellent service too! They were all friendly, and wore clean clothes, they do acrylics but there is no acrylic smell!. Also, great pedi chairs! Probably the best I've seen in a salon that does $25 pedis. This is my go to spot in town for a quick pedi and friendly service. I called to make an appointment. The guy said that they were not busy and to come on in. Great! ... 10 min later when I showed up, the same man told me that it would be 30 minutes. .. huh? My service takes a very long time as it is, so I was not willing to wait thirty minutes but he begged me not to leave. He proceeded to dial someone on the phone while i politely waited, so as not to be rude. When he hung up, he told me that his brother had a nail salon less than a mile up the road, NC Nails, and that for his mistake if I went over there , they were ready for me and would give me a special price for my trouble. ... Ok fine. ....So, I went. When I arrived, the man at NC Nails told me that he told his brother that it would be 30 minutes and was now asking me to wait at his salon. ...Ugh really?? How rude! I couldn't believe that this manager/owner would waste my time like that for my $80 service! I would recommend yelpers to not waste their time at this establishment when there are so many other great nail salons in the area! This is the cleanest nail salon in Naples!!!. As a Rgistered Nurse I am very particular on cleanliness. The customer has the comfort of knowing that the pedicure tubs are lined and the water jets are changed after each use. All equipment is sterilized. It is a comfort to see all equipment is taken from individual sterile packages. I have searched all of Naples and this is the only place I will go!!! My mother and I walked in for a pedicure and manicure and had a very short wait. Don was our nail technician and gave us very excellent massages, very thorough and careful nail grooming, and very neat polishes and buff. My pedicures last for over a month, my hands & feet feel smooth & soft after each session, plus I'm always amazed at his attention to detail and how clean & pretty my nails look after each visit. Naturally it is only appropriate to dedicate this Yelp to E, my mani/pedi soulmate (? or solemate, if I dare to be a be punny) - and perhaps because M and I ventured into these uncharted Naples nails waters without her guidance that I feel a bit mixed about the experience - like, I want to love Passion Nails as the hot stone rubdown was on point and the spa chairs give a massage so tight its only rival is a small army of actual humans kneading my oft inflamed neck and back into docility - and yet, something is preventing me from going all in - which really, can only be loyalty to time we spent at Winnetka's Sparkly Nails, bastion of rumba red, gunmetal grey, chapel of my youth. However, for those unsaddled with emotional baggage of a recent move to the Gulf Coast, PN is a quality find - strolled in for our 5p appts on a Saturday - warmly welcomed - place was lightly hopping - all technicians busy, we had to wait maybe 10min - the air alive with the harsh odor of polish and the quiet whir of the drying fans - I will say that the color selection is fitting of the general vibe of Naples, or G-d's waiting room, as I've also heard it called - lots of neutrals, classic reds, a bit on the purple end of things, maybe a hint of glitter - but few, if any, of the neons, pastel blue/greens that I occasionally dabble - I wouldn't take a horde of 10 year olds here looking to get wild. Salon is quite clean, technicians friendly but not chatty. So yes, overall, it has all the makings of a lovely experience - and it was - but somehow, I feel I cannot give it my full stamp of approval just yet, though M hit one other place in town prior to my arrival, spent $50 for the same package but with inferior handiwork, suggesting that NP will be in more frequent rotation than not when the Ladies N decide to get girly. Normal mani/pedi is $40, which includes a very thorough foot/leg situation - I think a gel mani/pedi is $50 or 60? They were able to get me in quickly, but encourage appointments as it is a small salon. Didn't offer much of a selection of colors for dips. They are by far the cleanest nail salon I've ever been to in 25 years everything is immaculate the instruments are properly sterilized they use liners in the pedicure baths!!! This place was so awesome and relaxing. When you walk in the setting is very relaxing and quiet. They play soothing music and it doesn't has that awful smell of acrylic smell. I was greeted politely as soon as I walked in. I really love this nail salon because not only are they super clean. They always do a great job. Nail Passion was recommended to me by a friend because she raved about her manicure and pedicure she received here. However, when I arrived I was treated so rudely by this nail salon. I had spoken to them two times within two days about a 12:45pm pedicure. The moment I walked in a woman said she was the one I had spoken to and I said 4:45pm and proceeded to argue with me about it for the next few minutes. Eventually I just walked out and went to Babi Nail & Spa just a few minutes away. From the second I walked in the door at Babi I was treated with much more respect and received a very relaxing pedicure. There a quite a few options in Naples for nail salons and I would never recommend this place. Good customer service is everything. read more

I went to Nail Passion because of its convenient location -- a short walk from the hotel where I was staying. But I'd go there again because of the overall experience. The technicians were friendly, the atmosphere was upbeat and clean and my mani/pedi looks great. Some nail salons are depressing and void of personality. At Nail Passion, "regular" patrons were continually coming in and were warmly greeted. I got a basic mani/pedi which came with a wonderful hot stone treatment, massage chair, soothing warm towels and moisturizer. I was treated with care, respect and humor.
