I have been pampered at this spa since it opened. Spotlessly clean always, no offensive odor and sanitary to a fault......Jenny maintains a standard that is very rare to find in a nail shop. I rarely write reviews but when I read one recently written by Ashley D. I knew there had to be a mistake. I actually went out of my way to questoin Jenny about the situation and (sorry Ashley) but the mistake wasn't made by the shop or technician. Apparently, one should never apply 3 coats of the polish that Ashley requested, and even though she was advised of that fact, she absolutely insisted on the 3 coats. Sometimes it's better to trust the professional! So I will definitely continue to visit NC Nails exclusively when in Naples. I had an appointment at 6 for a pedicure. I was greeted and asked to check in and pick a polish color. At 6:20 I was finally brought back to the pedicure area and sat in cold water. I should have just left, the place closes at 7. The pedicure was okay, I felt extremely rushed and my service was cut short. Poor customer service. First time at this salon. Mom and I both loved our mani pedis. Delicious orange scrub. Nice massages. The biggest nail selection we have ever seen in our lives! Met the owner, John. He has had it several years and worked in the field for 20 years. All regulars coming in. They all know everyone and what color they want. That's a good sign. I really enjoyed the Classic pedicure I got with the sugar scrub for $40. It was quiet, clean and pleasant experience. I went with a friend so we got a chance to chat. The seats were ok and I seem to find the massage chairs in most places awkward as it takes a bit to figure out the settings. They hung plexiglass in between each chair and we had our temps taken upon entering. We were good to go but just an FYI. I would go back again. read more

The staff (John) was incredible, called in the morning to inquire about there services for myself and 3 other family members and they serviced us amazingly. The nails all were done so beautiful and they also offered you tasteful tea drinks. The owner was also very engaging and so friendly. I recommend this place for sure to everyone. read more

This Nail spa is very clean and well maintained. I live in Michigan and vacationed in Naples for a couples months. I'm so glad I found this family owned business. Best salon I've gone to! As a native here in Naples, I have been to quite a fair share of nail salons and they usually have something I'm not crazy about. Not this salon! Ben does an AMAZING job! Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon in my life. So bad that I had to leave without my nails even complete. Hong - the guy doing my nails knew little about gel color and Jenny had to step in to help him paint my nails. Nice people, but not where I would go for my gel color. Had a great regular mani+pedi at NC Nails (cost: $45 before tip). Jenny was my nail tech. Jenny is simply wonderful. First and foremost: This place is clean, hygienic and sterile to the max--tub liners for pedi tubs, all tools sterilized, individual-use containers of body scrub, even sterilized jets for the pedi tubs. Pertinent backstory on Jenny: She's hoping to become a Physicians Assistant someday and is currently taking courses in microbiology; she mentioned that she had taken a course in bacteria and fungal infections (gross) and as a result has an even greater understanding of how paramount high standards of salon cleanliness are. She considers that many of her customers are older and may have compromised immune systems. She gets it. A lot of nail salons don't. Bottom line: it's rare to find someone so knowledgable about and concerned with cleanliness and sterilization at this price point. It's evident that she cares deeply about the health of her customers. On to the actual job she did on my nails: She is great with cuticle work, and scrupulous in the products she uses as well as her methods (case in point: she uses seche vite top coat--widely regarded as the best--but with a different brush, as she doesn't think theirs provides for optimal application). She's a delight to chat with and is absolutely meticulous in her work. I selected a dark burgundy polish, and she went back and cleaned it up with remover after she finished painting to ensure it was absolutely perfect. She made sure I was out of there in time to get to the airport for my flight, and jumped up instantly to fix polish I messed up getting into the car when she saw me running back toward the shop. Oh, and the chairs are great and magazines new. I don't usually review, but this experience was terrific. Make an appointment (particularly necessary during season, obviously). If you see Jenny, she'll remember your name and the details of your life the next time you're in. If I lived here, I'd be a repeat client for sure. read more

Wonderful salon! The staff is very sweet and talented. Interior is well designed, clean and relaxing. No tacky decor like some other places. I got a spectacular gel mani and spa pedicure for a very reasonable cost. They have OPI and CND Gel colors (if you're curious) and they also have wifi you can use! They allow walk-ins but I recommend calling in advance and making an appointment. Lots of people tried to walk in while I was there but they weren't prepared to take them - but they could have been if all those people just called before coming. read more
