I went to get my feet cleaned and one of the older ladies was the one who was giving me the service who didn't know how to do feet even though I asked. I had to leave her because I didn't see what the lady was doing. I had to tell her to put a light color on my little feet and then I left. I just told her I wouldn't pay the price she asked me, I would pay her a lower price because she didn't do a good job. I thought it was the manager she called for me, but it was the police who called for me and said I wouldn't pay since that's not what I said and I didn't get good treatment. People are thieves, they steal money, people don't really have good service, I don't advise anyone to go there, you'll lose your money. Places like this should be closed because people can't work, they're only interested in money. read more

I love this place. No frills but it's clean and they do a great job. I also love that they have dazzle dry-- which not every nail salon does. Anytime I'm in town i come in bi weekly for either nails or pedi and they never disappoint read more

Emily is great! The spa is neat and clean and the staff is welcoming and very efficient!

love this place, 10/10 exactly what I wanted, Diane is super great and kind ! The vibe was very chilled and relaxed perfect after a long day of work. My nail set was very simple, but was executed the way I wanted to without being priced so high like other salons !!! read more

This is my go to Nail Salon It can get really busy so make sure you schedule an appointment, especially on the weekends! I don't have a set person to go to as I haven't had a bad nail tech yet! Came in for a Mother/Daughter day and decided to be different and get tips with gel polish. Adding a bit of glitter because why not?!? Same polish for my toesies too! The nail techs really take their time and you do not feel rushed so they can get to the next customer. I will be back again and again! I recommend coming here if you want a great Mani/pedi experience! read more

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!! I made an appointment for September 15 at 5 PM. I felt rushed through the entire process as soon as I arrived. It was for a simple plain Manicure and Pedicure ($45). I wished I had read the Most Current ONE and TWO star Reviews prior to going. I wanted to give this place a try. Believe me folks, "Awesome" is definitely NOT what this business reflects at all!! Also if you have DIABETES..... STAY AWAY!! Not only was l cut with the cuticle cutters (look at photo), but they also use the cheese grater for callus removal which is absolutely NOT okay and it's also against the Law for them to use if they cut someone with it. ( I'm sure it's on the security cameras they have) By 6 o'clock while I'm sitting in the chair with my feet in the cold water, they were already cleaning up and closing the drapes and getting the place ready to close. I asked what time they close since it was only 6 PM at that moment. One of the ladies said, "Oh no honey we close at 7 PM don't worry." Not only was the experience rushed and awful, there was no cuticle grooming done at all which was the main reason why I even went to get a Mani and Pedi to begin with! I should have never left a tip but felt obligated to. No sooner that I step out the door they locked up behind me and literally flew out the building as if it was on fire. Obviously they were in a rush to go somewhere and could care less about their client's needs. It's no wonder the whole salon was empty and dead when I got there at 5pm and definitely not because of Covid. read more

I just paid $20 for the WORST plain manicure! Literary Not even 10 minutes and every nail a different length! No massage and put top coat over the dust from filing. no warm towel and the polish was old so I didn't even get color. What a waste of time and money!!! A 5 year old could do better. Yelp will not post without giving it a star, but if I could give none I would. read more

I made appointments for myself and my daughters. When I arrived I clarified prices as I have often had issues with this at other salons. Nail techs were nice but one of my daughters liked her nails the other one was almost in tears. They looked like a preschooler had done them. They were thick and the design was messy. She had acrylics when she came in and the lady that did her nails told me she saved me money by using her existing acrylics and just doing a refill. They still charged me the same amount and when I asked why if they only did a refill and not full acrylics I was told it was because her nails were long. Whatever that means. My mani/pedi was ok but I will not be back. I never go back to a business that is not honest about their fees. read more

I had an appt and arrived on time. The nail technician was in the middle of her work on another client. She was not even putting polish on yet. Obviously, running very late. I was asked if I wanted to wait and knowing it could be close to 30 minutes, I declined. I was asked about rescheduling and I declined as well. I expect to wait no longer than 10 minutes if I have an appointment at a designated time. I am a long time customer who tips very well. With so many good nail salons in Naples, I will happily take my business elsewhere. In addition, if looking for a friendly, customer oriented salon this is not a good choice. I kept going as it was close to my home. read more

Very poor service. Instead of pedicure I got an infection on my finger.

Very nice place!! Emily and Zoey are great! Clean and friendly. Conveniently located.

Walked in for a Pedicure. Was sat right away.. even though I didn't have an appointment. The tech asked if I wanted a Manicure also. I said, ok ($60 for both). I had gel and he wanted to take it off with the drill. I said please use acetone instead, and even thought he was reluctant, he did (that was good). I chose DNC color # 631. Gel and regular polish set. *Pedicure: -Did not clean on the nail sides, even when I said I felt something bothering me. I had to clean it myself at home. There was dead cells accumulation (which we all have). -The shape was good. Square. - Not very good scrubbing. Did not remove calluses. - The color on the feet was Neon orange, and did not match the hands. -Kept talking to the people around him while working on me. Many times not looking at what he was doing. *Manicure: -Did remove the gel with acetone. (Great!) -Not very good shaping - some looked square, some rounded. -Cured the gel for too long (kept asking me to put the hand back in)- which ended up looking like marbled or as if it was still wet. - Had to put a layer of glitter at home (I have my own gel equipment) to camouflage the look of the polish. 2 out of 5 - read more

Went here with my daughter on a Sunday afternoon. My daughter had her nails dipped and I did Gel. They had a good selection and our nails turned out great. My Gel has been on for over 2 1/2 weeks and hasn't even peeled. I am very satisfied. Also, the tech came out with a freshly sterilized set of tools. Even opened the sterile bag in front of me. It felt very clean. They were very busy so I would recommend making an appointment or calling ahead to see what the wait time is. read more

Wow, a whole salon with no women. Just men making the same in-jokes in Vietnamese, like the ladies do in other salons. So I was instantly comfortable and appreciative. I liked their competitive spirit too. It's convenient to just go to the first nail salon when you drive into the Strand's strip mall. But if you're the second salon down the line, and you're on to that customer phenom, you'll stick some signs in the lawn as Awesome does that persuades us lazy customers to drive a little further down the center's parking lot and take advantage of Awesome's mani/pedi prices which undercut the competitor's. My gell was done carefully and well. I took mental exception to being told a couple of times before checkout that "It takes a lot of work, huh?" No matter. The tip was earned. read more

I walked in to awesome now, and had this bad aura. They did not want to serve me being that I am of color if you want a place that you're comfortable with awesome now would not be at. Clean but definitely not on my favorite list. If getting a pedicure requires my feet soaking in an ice bath, I'm out. My girl drew me a freezing cold foot bath and refused to change it for a solid ten minutes until she realized I wouldn't put my feet back in it. read more

Pay attention folks because I only write reviews if my service is extraordinary or really bad. I got a gel manicure today and it is one of the best, if not the best, I've ever had. Holly was my tech. I went here for the first time and thought it was great!! It was crowded when I got there but only had to wait a few minutes. Sandy did my pedicure, did my pink & white fill. Having an appointment means absolutely nothing to David. After having waited more than 45 minute past my appointed time, they never even cared to loose a a customer. Love this nail salon! Very clean and very nice staff! Would definitely recommend, and I will be coming back!! Amazing service!

I went here on a a friends awesome review. I go in expecting an amazing nail dip set like my friend has and sadly that was not the case. The guy didn't speak to me the whole time. He complained how small my nails were due to my nails not being grown out fully yet. At the end, I was like okay this was worth it cause they looked amazing. Oh was I wrong. My first nail broke on the truck of my car. Okay understandable but putting on my shoe and pulling down my hoodie sleeve or shirt causing multiple nails to break in the first week... not happy. I will never come back here due to the crap job they did to my nails. read more

I was looking for a good nail salon fairly close to home, so I tried this place out. I got a shellac manicure and a regular pedicure. It took nearly two hours for the whole thing, which is ridiculous. I understand being thorough but he was just slow. Also, this place didn't seem very clean. When I put my hands down on the manicure table there was nail dust and clear chunks. At one point he pulled a tool out of his pocket to use on my nails - not very sanitary. I definitely will not be coming back. read more

I won't even give them 1 star, poor customer service and horrible manicure I went in to get a manicure and pedicure on Wednesday and on Thursday my French manicure fell off I called the owner and he told me that the cost of the manicure pedicure was $42 and $37 of that was toward the pedicure in foot massage five dollars was toward the manicure and I should not expect it to stay on he said I could come in for an hour and get a French manicure replacement and that he would not guarantee it would not fall off the next day again I told him that he should use better quality products and that customers do not intend to get a manicure and have it fall off the next day it's a waste of time and money he did not understand me he just argued with me he's not willing to reimburse me he's only willing to have me come in and get a manicure and hope that it stays on for two days his name is Ken I suggest everybody who lives at the strand in Naples Florida go somewhere else even if you have to drive a minute down the road do not go to this nail salon and do not deal with the owner Ken I am contacting the Better Business Bureau about this read more

My wife and I always go to Awesome Nails to get are pedicures done. They are such hard workers, and spend the extra time to give you the full great experience you are paying for. Casey one of the workers is my favorite, I recommend her to my friends and family. I used to think that only woman went to nail salons, but my mind has changed ever since my first pedicure. I only get pedicures from Linda but have been so happy with her and the rest of the crew that I now have my hubby getting his toes done too!
