(It's never too late) I was so scared to make the transition. I contacted J. Lee Suites a few times, I would chicken out and change my mind and they were always so supportive & understanding. I really wish I would've made the leap the first time I looked at the place. What I liked about J. Lee Suites is the fact that they have a welcoming face in the front entrance to greet you and help you find your salon professional. You have access to the laundry rooms with water included. If you run out of products (hairstylists) there's a dispensary on site. Nice break rooms, bathrooms, maintenance. Everything is so nice! I love it & look forward to my future here. No more stress at work anymore! Anyone looking for a new stylist, my specialities are Lived in color techniques, balayage, foilyage, Blonding services, Vivid colors, Reds. Sadly I was an idiot (even though I checked reviews, which were very few) and believed that the…read moreperson who was doing my permanent eye liner was experienced! That's what I was told by the med spa. After paying $600 for services, I saw that my eyeliner was totally messed up. My right eye was thicker than the left and the end of the liner which was supposed to be a Cleopatra look. Well I now have an ugly upward hook on my right eye and the left eye is thinner and the edge is acceptable. The tech's name is Mercedes. She is awful and should be fired!!!! I talked to the other tech and was advised to go to someone and see if it could be removed. NO ONE wants to touch this mess. I got my money back from the spa but I have to walk around with 2 different liners that I always have to keep filling in to try and make them look equal. I don't know about facials or other services offered there but STAY CLEAR of the tech that ruined my liner. I am also furious over the fact that I was lied to about this person being experienced and she clearly was NOT!! PERMANENT is PERMANENT. I walk around with BOTCHED liner and it will never change. If they lie about that person, what and who else are the front office people lying about?? PLEASE BEWARE. If I could rate this place less than 0, I would.
