after being a regular for 3 years (every two weeks) they failed to book my appointments for the future. the owner needs to learn customer service skills instead of coming off rude. they don't look very busy and am pretty sure they cannot afford to lose regular customers. I booked French powder mani and callous pedicure services. I am in town for a two month stay and it's always difficult looking for salons bc as you get used to your own manicurist. I went on yelp and read the reviews for secret nail and spa and was not disappointed . I felt very welcome upon entering the salon. It is clean, tastefully decorated, and has a number of operators available to assist you. I would highly recommend Trish who did my Mani as well as the owner Ivan, who did my pedi. Best French Dip manicure I have ever had! While visiting Naples I needed my nails redone, after looking through reviews I chose Secrets. Called at 10:15 and the got me in at 10:45. The place was super clean, employees were friendly and prompt. I'm always leery to try a new nail place and Secret Nail Spa was fantastic. As people came in they were greeted by name and immediately taken care of. The gentleman that did my nails was the owner and told me the salon had been there for 20 years. Wasn't a particularly relaxing experience - didn't soak my fingers at all and seemed a bit rushed, but my nails came out looking nice and the staff was decently friendly. She recommended dip over gel because my nails were split at the ends A little messy around the edges that I had to file but nothing big. read more

I think $42 for a pedicure and so sloppy I don't know the difference between 37 and 42 . It's all a gimmick I just want a pedicure to come out not like it was put on with old nail polish this looks like they put on 20 coats. I made an appointment 3 days in advance only to go in for the third time and be told he had an emergency...this is the excuse they give you all of the time(different tech). So it embarrasses you in front of customers that you don't have a heart. Can someone else do you..they hate to cancel and loose money so they don't call you and tell you the situation. In season they rush you so bad it's not funny...especially ped i cures!!! The prices are high...I will go to someone who can appreciate me. read more

I understand people having emergencies but every time it's an emergency it's an emergency they make you feel like two cents in front of the customers this is not fair instead of being fair to the customer by calling them and letting them know that they have to cancel your appointment they embarrass you. I've been going to Secret Nails for MANY years. Tina was the very best but she has left the salon, so I tried their recommendations. So unhappy they didn't listen to my &family requests, wanted nails a certain length (as always) but correcting the slants on tips I ended up with shorter than I liked. Went in not really knowing what I wanted done to my nails. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in my decision. I ended up getting Ombre dipped nails with an added coffin tip. This place is amazing, I've been here a couple times and they've always treated me nicely and they've done a really good job on my nails; the gel doesn't chip and even a regular mani last for about 5 days.The staff is funny and even if you walk in in the evening before closing they treat you nicely and do a great job. I intentionally started with a pedicure to test out what looked like a great place from reviews before arranging a manicure. I did not ask for one of the named technicians; but this was one of the worst pedicures I ever received and most unfriendly technician. She was obviously in a rush...probably didn't want the job...Color I chose looks good enough for now, but other than that... not a relaxing, positive experience in this place. Worst pedicure I had. The woman was short with me, very fast. I asked her to be gentle with my nails, she was rough cutting them. The toe nails were rough after the pedicure. She filed so fast and never took her time. I told her all I cared about was nicely shaped nails. That didn't happen. The men are supposed to be great. She was fast, careless and sloppy with the nail trimming, filing and polish. It's amongst the worst pedicures I've ever had. read more
