It was a very therapeutic, mind, body and soul calming experience. I also really enjoyed her yoga class. I learned new Mudras that I will be practicing from now on. Her voice & guidance through poses was very soothing. The sound bath was incredibly relaxing. Overall, the staff was prompt, caring and attentive. We arrived in April for the very first appointment of the day, yet our session started over 10 minutes late because the therapists were unprepared. Once in the couples room, there was no music playing, so my therapist stopped, left the room, and wasted another five minutes of our treatment time setting up audio. The worst part came about 10 minutes into the massage when my therapist's cell phone rang. Instead of stepping away or ignoring it, she set her phone directly on my back while I was on the table and began texting while massaging with her other hand. When I reached back in shock to remove it, she grabbed the phone and finished sending her text while attempting to massage me with one hand. As a licensed massage therapist myself, I know what intentional, attentive bodywork feels like--and this was not it. On top of the constant distractions, our supposed 90-minute service felt like barely 75 minutes. When we talked a few days after the event, the owner initially sounded empathetic and understanding. However, when I recently called back to rectify the matter, ultimate customer service was completely lacking. Given that we live over an hour away, offering only minor add-ons (light therapy or another foot detox or salt cave visit) rather than properly addressing the ruined main service is unreasonable. I will not drive over an hour to waste my time or money here again, nor can I recommend this business to anyone looking for professional care.

Elaine was very forthcoming about the area, as we don't live here, and offered some local suggestions. Down to the massages... I 100% appreciate when a massage therapist actually makes the time to understand what services you really need and want. And, still delivers a 60 minute session. I've had many massages and this might be one of the best that I've had in recent years. My Mom said the same thing. The salon was clean and they didn't try to upsell us any services which I really appreciated. The only thing I regret is that we booked a 60 minute session instead of longer. I've had many massages in the past. Tatiana was very attentive, highly skilled and experienced, and was very good including and especially with small muscles -- a very good sign of extensive, depth of experience! My son had a Swedish massage with Elaine the owner; he too really liked the experience. They have a good line of CBD oil and creams and good oils for aromatherapy.
