My rubdown became relaxing, but the normal experience didn't feel as customized or attentive as I predicted. The staff was polite, but there was a bit of a rushed vibe. I spent my birthday having spa day with my best friend it was amazing!, we both got massages, it was nice I like a lighter pressure was just right! We enjoyed our meditation, and the amenities that come with the spa, Pool, steam room, sauna, robes, you very much get the Resort spa feel and it was exactly what i was looking for! Absolutely disgusting spa and waste of money. Rude therapists with bad energy and also one who had snot running down her face, caughing and sneezing and claiming it was allergies during massage; but had to interrupt massage to wipe her nose. She didn't wear a mask. All the therapists had stanky breath and bad energy. Locker room was disgusting, only one shower with weak water pressure and various hairs in the drain. Cramped quarters with coughing attendants. The massage and facial were the worse I've had; and I go multiple times a month and frequent top spas all over sofla and the world. This place was really gross I wouldn't recommend it to an enemy. Didn't even remove excess oil, bring towel. Threw scalding hot rocks and towels on you. Truly horrible. Being a Naples local, I have used this Spa MANY TIMES. It is absolutely zero frills, the ladies locker room fits no one comfortably and is dark and drab! I only keep going back because of an exceptional massage therapist named Humberto! I wish he would go elsewhere, like my personal Club! Today, was BY FAR the WORST SPA EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I mad my reservation well in advance, they called to confirm with me yesterday, knowing I was local and coming for a "relaxing" Spa day, and upon check in this morning, they still made NO MENTION that there would be a half dozen or more male construction workers surrounding the "Tranquility Pool And Spa!" I checked in, changed to a bathing suit and within minutes of getting outside, workers surrounded and started using jackhammers, hammers, LOUD voices and anything else you could imagine to more or less tear down the inside of the wall to the Tranquility space! I tried going inside to the indoor space, yet every time the door opened, the noise came flooding in! Anna, the manager on duty, said there was nothing they could do as they just found out that morning. Well, ANNA, you could have told your guests prior to them checking in, disrobing and feeling comfortable in a space that certainly was NOT! I will miss Humberto, but their lack of consideration for ANY customer, much less a year round customer, makes it perfectly clear I will stay away from this "Spa!" There are MANY other lovely places in Naples, FL to have massage services with MUCH nicer amenities and better customer service! I had partial highlights, blow out & beach waves put in my unruly coarse curly hair. She is so talented & such a pleasure to work with. She made me feel welcomed, had no issues working with long thick hair. Vivian is such a pleasure to spend time with as well. She is a great listener to all my hair concerns. We have been here a handful of times and have had mixed experiences. The most recent however was last week. My wife and I who are both in the system called for massages. I ended up with a firm deep tissue massage and she ended up with something light and gentle. She described his touch as flimsy. It felt like they were overly busy and rushing - unfortunately even when we mentioned it they got more defensive than anything and said she should have spoken up- the issue being that you always think the massage is going to get harder/better than bam it's over. My massage was very good however their reaction to my wife, a repeat customer's experience was not up to par. Especially for the $300 price tag. read more

When I booked my spa day, I confirmed that they did indeed have a jacuzzi and steam I could use. I specifically booked a massage here for the amenities because I was in physical pain and it would be helpful to alleviate my aches and pains. I checked in early as instructed, but because I wasn't told the amenities were outdoors, and didn't have my bathing suit, I had to request an appointment for later in the day so that i could go home and retrieve my suit. This alone doesn't make this spa a bad place to go, it's just added a layer of inconvenience. Not off the to a great start. When i returned, I used the jacuzzi and steam. Immediately, I noticed the workers with drills / tools that were very loud. Even got a butt-crack view of one of the workers as I was in the jacuzzi. The noise was constant, and there was drilling going on next to me and above me on a higher floor as I was laying down in the lounger outside. It felt as if I was in the middle of a construction zone at 2pm on a Friday in a spa area! I asked the spa front desk if they could have them stop the drilling or work due to the noise. They could clearly hear the noise as I asked. The two attendants I spoke to both said they could do nothing about the drilling. The one woman who addressed it more at length with me, said "well, you're the only one to complain". She was indifferent and non-apologetic as she said it. Definitely, not what someone in pain, who is purchasing an experience at her spa wants to hear or expects. Not that it helped me then and there, but she did offer me to come back another day and use the amenities, I said ok I will do that. Still, when I checked out there was no note made to my profile or mention of it. Mind you the noise drove me from the sun deck indoors, and not even a note. I will say my massage therapist was amazing ( I give her 5 stars). I would get a treatment from her elsewhere if I could, but I would not go back to this spa! Also, the spa itself is dated and definitely has seen better days. It needs some fixture updating as well as there is noticeable corrosion. The ladies looker area is super tiny and there is not adequate room to change and move around (elbow-to-elbow) with all the women that were coming in and out. Further, my massage was $245. They add a 22% gratuity as well. You can request to change this though. There was no adjustment to my bill for the inconvenience or noise. I give them one star for the great massage and one star as a courtesy, but this place is just way overpriced for what they offer or lack thereof. read more

We all got sick fever, chills, throwing up and coughing and I called as we are from out of town to reschedule for a different day as we need to go to urgent care and the receptionist all she had to say is "I understand you're sick but we will still charge you the full fees for 1 massage and 2 facials". I am disgusted at the poor lack of service, the fact that she said I get you're sick but we will still. Charge you. I am sitting here literally coughing and throwing up as I am talking to them and she refused to reschedule without charging. I told her we will gladly come in if she is looking to get all of her clients sick. For being a nice high end spa, I am incredibly disappointed with this POOR SERVICE, POOR LACK OF ATTENTION AND POOR HUMANITY in the employees. You should be shut down and out of service. read more

The pictures they have online down do it any justice. I got a massage with aromatherapy. The sent used was not the basic simple smells used often. They used a scent that was this beautiful blend of all these amazing smells. The spa was large, the staff was amazing too! From the locker room attendants, front desk, and LMT. Had a two hour service that included massage and facial. It was incredibly relaxing. The grounds included access to the hot tub, sauna, and small pool which was a great addition for after my services. The staff, masseuse, and esthetician were very professional. The locker room and relaxation waiting area were clean and stocked with all kinds of knick knacks you may need after your service. Hot tea, flavored water and mixed nuts after your treatment were a nice touch. read more

My mom and I came here late Feb 2018 to celebrate her birthday, and it was wonderful! We are picky when it comes to ambiance, treatment, relaxation, amenities - we want the whole package when it comes to spa treatments :). We LOVED Naples Grande and will definitely be back! They had just finished renovating after all of the damage from the hurricane, so everything felt new and beautiful. The outside mini-pool and relaxation area is wonderful, and they were so generous in bringing us each a glass of champagne after our facials. We loved our esthetician (blanking on her name) and overall had a perfect girl's day celebrating my mom's birthday. We will be back, highly highly recommend! read more

I guess it was my fault for going on a Groupon that offered a deal on a facial/massage combo. This spa cuts corners on their services, systems, facility and staff training. The struggles started when they couldn't use their booking system. They had our appointment time wrong, calling us in the morning saying we were late, but our appointments weren't until the afternoon. When we went to check in, the associate at the desk was absolutely clueless. She couldn't get our names right to save her life. We requested a tour of the facility and the associate that came to get us was mumbling under her mask so we couldn't hear her. We stepped foot in the women's locker room and there were already 2 people inside trying to find robes. At a typical spa this is no big deal, but this locker room was so tiny and poorly laid out that it was a pileup. They didn't have enough lockers and we were told we'd have to bring our bags around with us where ever we went at the hotel and pool. We didn't bother showering at the spa after our appointments because it was was so uncomfortable in the locker room. The best part of the spa was the waiting area where masseuses meet you to begin your appointment. If that's the best part of your facility, you've got your priorities wrong. My first appointment was a facial, which ended a few minutes early (when I looked at my watch in the waiting area a few minutes later it was 2:50, meaning my appointment ended at :45 or :46). I let that slide and tried to relax before my massage. One by one more people fill in the waiting area, and then they leave for their appointments. At 8 minutes after the hour I'm the only one left in the waiting area, and no one has greeted me for my second appointment. I go to the front desk for assistance, and they work on finding me massage therapist. They blame their booking system again, saying that just a couple hours before my appointment was in their system but now it's gone. When they find a therapist for me, I'm led to a private bungalow set up for couples massages. At this point it's gotta be quarter after that my massage actually begins. The front desk staff assured me I'd still get the full treatment time, but the massage therapist barely spoke English and must not have been given that information. Once again at the end of the appointment I find myself looking at my watch when I get back to the locker room: 3:50. So that means I got back in my robe and walked back from the other building with at least a few minutes left in my appointment. At the end of the service they auto-charged tip to the credit card, so I wasn't given the opportunity to adjust accordingly. Will not be returning to this facility! read more

My friends and I went here last weekend for a girls trip and we had a terrible experience. When we first got there, they said the three of us had to share a locker because they overbooked. We were a little taken back by that but we kind of moved on. The locker room is so tiny for a spa as well! Our massages were decent but our pedicures were not so good. But that's not even the worst part. I had taken my small necklace off and placed it in my locker. Between massages, it must have fallen out because I couldn't find it. I went to the front desk to see if anyone had found it. Another guest had told me that she handed it to an employee. So the spa had it in their possession!!!! They couldn't find it so they they would call me when they found it. I waited all day and nothing. I called three time and no one picked up. It was so frustrating. Then they finally called me the next day after I complained to hotel front desk. THEY SAID THEY NEVER FOUND THE NECKLACE!! And blamed The guest for not giving it to the right person. Seriously? Take accountability and say you messed up! I lost my necklace because they clearly are not organized or well run. Don't waste your money here. They cannot handle busy days and clearly don't know how to handle guests belongings if lost. Such a shame. read more
