I had a spiritual healing with True & took her sound bath healing class. The class was beyond what I thought it would be and I have taken many before at other places, in many states. This was the best. True is a wise soul in a young body! I appreciated how present she was with me. I felt like I could open up to her about anything on my mind. It was a very therapeutic, mind, body and soul calming experience. I also really enjoyed her yoga class. I learned new Mudras that I will be practicing from now on. Her voice & guidance through poses was very soothing. The sound bath was incredibly relaxing. Overall, the staff was prompt, caring and attentive. I look forward to my next visit, and I was eager to leave this review. A must experience at this unique, cute, salt spa that had full services, and I highly recommend a True. read more

I rarely write negative reviews, but our experience at Praha Spa and Salt Cave in Naples was unacceptable--especially after spending nearly $700 for a couples spa day (massages, salt cave, and foot detox). We arrived in April for the very first appointment of the day, yet our session started over 10 minutes late because the therapists were unprepared. Once in the couples room, there was no music playing, so my therapist stopped, left the room, and wasted another five minutes of our treatment time setting up audio. The worst part came about 10 minutes into the massage when my therapist's cell phone rang. Instead of stepping away or ignoring it, she set her phone directly on my back while I was on the table and began texting while massaging with her other hand. When I reached back in shock to remove it, she grabbed the phone and finished sending her text while attempting to massage me with one hand. As a licensed massage therapist myself, I know what intentional, attentive bodywork feels like--and this was not it. On top of the constant distractions, our supposed 90-minute service felt like barely 75 minutes. When we talked a few days after the event, the owner initially sounded empathetic and understanding. However, when I recently called back to rectify the matter, ultimate customer service was completely lacking. Given that we live over an hour away, offering only minor add-ons (light therapy or another foot detox or salt cave visit) rather than properly addressing the ruined main service is unreasonable. I will not drive over an hour to waste my time or money here again, nor can I recommend this business to anyone looking for professional care. read more

The salt cave was extremely relaxing and we loved the detox foot bath. The facility was clean and the small touches they added were appreciated. We will definitely be back. read more

I had a reiki and guided breathing class in the salt cave on Friday morning. It was relaxing, enjoyable and serene. It was the 11 th anniversary of my husbands death and the leader said to remember people that are no longer with us and send them your love. Perfect. read more

Let me just say when you go to a spa on vacation, it should be relaxing not a painful and stressful experience. I left with pain in my back after the so called relaxation massage and when I complained about it they would only drop the service 35%. I would know a good massage from a bad massage as my niece is a massage therapist and I also get therapeutic massages once a month in my home town. This spa wants to give me a free massage the next time I come in there! Seriously! I live in NY state, why would I come back for a free massage, this should have been offered at the time of service. If you want a relaxing experience this is not the place. And by the way, who starts a massage face up? This place did after my friend had her massage in the same room, I wondered why there was no face cradle when I went in for my massage. The owner say this photo was after, but it wasn't it was before the massage. I bet they didn't even change the linens before my massage because it was the same room my friend had her massage in, hers was a stone massage. She also had a different therapist. Mine was a man and it was unexpected, I was under the impression we would have the same therapist. And as another person mentioned my friend didn't get offered a wrap and robe she had to fully dress between her services. Where as I was given a wrap during my facial and a robe but I felt uncomfortable waiting in the lobby with only a robe on. read more

A very peaceful oasis tucked away in solitude. This place is worth the stop in. Sights sounds and smells like a mini vacation

Went on a Sunday ! Fabulous. Serenity was my massage therapist she was really good and definitely got my knots out. The front desk was very sweet and helpful throughout my visit. The foot detox followed by some relaxing time in the salt cave. I fell asleep I was very relaxed. Then ended with 30 minutes in the sauna and shower. Left feeling like a new man. Will be back ! read more

From the moment I called to the moment we left, the experience with Praha Spa and Salt was a dream. The services my group used were facials and massage -- everyone was pleased. Each staff member was kind and attentive to our needs. The care and attention to detail during the facial were truly appreciated. The added hand massage was just what I didn't know I needed during the steam treatment. Can't wait to go back. read more

They waxed off my right eyebrow and my two eyebrows look like they belong on two different people. It is going to take months to grow my eyebrows back out. I have a special event tomorrow and wanted to treat myself to a couple beauty treatments and it's been an absolute nightmare. The manager will not return my phone call. I'm completely devastated. Please do not go here, save yourself. The owner had her staff contact me and say they would only refund my money if I took this review down so not only are they incompetent and harmful in there spa practice but they are unethical and using coercion to control their social media reviews run the other way. read more

Raoul needs a promotion. I get massages every 2 weeks in Fort Lauderdale for years now and nobody I have had, can come close to the massage I had with Raoul. He was extremely professional asked me questions to ensure he took care of all my needs prior to even touching me. The room was clean and smelled amazing with smoothing music in the background. Then the massage started OMG he gives you enough strength to take care of all your aches but is gentle enough for you to actually enjoy your massage. After massage each section of your body, he wipes you down with a warm towel. He is amazing 10 +++ do yourself a favor and make a reservation I will be back read more

This place could be five stars EASILY. We did yoga in the salt cave which was unique and different. It was so tranquil, but at the end the instructor said she forgot to put the salt on. I mean don't even tell us. Then we were supposed to get pedicures, but something happened so just my one friend got one. They offered my other friend a detox bath. The presentation of the detox foot bath was not inviting, but after coaxing my friend, she got it. It was supposed to be complimentary because of the limited staff and then they tried to charge her. They did offer us mimosas which was a nice touch. They have unique services and have the ability to create memorable experiences. We all loved the yoga. It's all about presentation and execution. This place has the goods and services to be the hottest place in Naples, but they just need better presentation and execution. I firmly believe it will happen. read more

Praha Spa and Salt - Day Spas Near Me - Naples, Florida

I went with my friend for a last minute massage followed by the salt cave. After we were finished and got home, I noticed that the jewelry that I had taken off for the massage along with money was missing!!! I called the spa and they said they looked around but didn't find anything. I asked to speak to the owner and was told she would call me. I called back over the next three days and never received a returned call! They were not very helpful at all and pretty much gave me a very hard time. I filed a police report and after a few weeks heard from the detective. They lied to him. The owner said she had spoken to me and I told her that I might have misplaced my jewelry along with other wrong info! Total lies! Anyway......... this is a very shady business! DO NOT USE THEM! read more

I love this place!! My boyfriend took me to the salt cave as a surprise and it was a wonderful experience, Tessie at the front desk was lovely & very informative about every service the spa provides. I already came back to buy a gift card for my coworkers bday! I felt very relaxed and revived after my salt cave session. Highly recommend McKeeve read more

I went with a friend and each purchased the same 3-service package. We had completely different experiences. Mine was that I was led to the massage room and had an okay massage and told get dressed to wait in the lobby to be called for my facial. The person giving my facial was blunt and upsold me to a ~$200 service (my fault). I was then told to get dressed and go to the salt cave. My friend remained in her massage room in her wrap, led to her facial room and offered a discount card for future services. She was then offered a robe to go to the salt cave. My hopes of having a relaxing spa experience (after multiple recommendations from a locals Facebook group) were dashed. I did not feel valued as a guest and was not left feeling zen-like after any of my services. It was clunky and I know it could have been better based on my friend's experience. read more

Do not visit this spa. They make unauthorized charges to your credit card, and then offer credits as a consolation that they won't honor. A poorly run business. read more

I went to my first salt cave while in Chicago. It was a lovely experience. Tried this place twice now I think it's more fun if you do the yoga in the salt cave! Great way to refresh your lungs and breathe deeply. read more

This place is very unique and wonderful. I got the tour of the place which is really cool as it has a salt cave, infrared sauna, massage rooms (which double as other skin treatment rooms), mani/pedi area, crystal area, lockers, and more. I was greeted with a mimosa with fresh fruit and water. I booked the infrared sauna and it was so awesome...it's not as hot as a regular sauna and the lights that are emitted from the sauna have great benefits. I also booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage. It was THE BEST massage ever. My therapist was Mauro. I highly recommend him. Professional, courteous, witty and has great hands...he was able to get the knots out of my traps. Not an easy thing to accomplish. Overall great place! read more

Fantastic massages! I had both the deep tissue and lymphatic. Both were top notch. I will definitely book again!

I'm so happy I found this spa! I've had a couple of massages and both have been great. My last one with Mauro was amazing!!! Love the customer service and cleanliness. Highly recommended and can't wait to come back for another massage and to try other services. read more

I must say this is a little hidden gem! I came here to celebrate my friends birthday for the weekend! We got a tour of the salon saw the salt cave. Birthday girl had a great meditative session in the salt cave while I had a massage by Mauro! Mauro did an amazing job in listening to what was ailing me. Took out a huge knot I had in my left shoulder. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend them if coming in through Naples for the weekend or if you are local looking for a relaxing day! read more

Great spa and service. Would definitely go back. Used salt cave. Very calming but people in there were talking the whole time so it was harder to feel relaxed. And they were all offered mimosas after but I didn't get asked. read more
