So happy to have found this little piece of spa heaven on our annual Sanibel vacation! Best facial ever by Terri, tailored to my skin type...a definite treat after a week in the sun. Michelle, my massage therapist, gently worked out knots and gave me ideas I could use at home. I was expecting a relaxing massage and it was, but so much more. No room in my suitcase for these lovely women so we'll have to wait until next year. read more

I highly recommend Spa Renova! My fabulous husband gave me a $250 gift certificate for a massage and facial. The massage from Michelle and the facial from Terri were absolutely wonderful! I felt so pampered. The natural fragrances in the organic products made me feel like I was in heaven. It was so fantastic that I cried tears of joy. What a treat! read more

First visit to Spa Renova. Enjoyed a thorough and professional massage. The facility is lovely, and the massage therapist was skilled. The negative: I was shocked that the massage therapist did not wear a mask, especially since I presented in a mask; you would think she might have asked my preference! Considering the fact that she was, in fact, right in my face providing a health service, and that they still are masked 100% at the local hospital, it was very disconcerting. Not sure if I will return.... read more

Experience was very relaxing and it was a great facial, she was very gentle and the environment was calming! I can not wait to come back for my next facial read more

My best friends and I were visiting the Estero area and went to Spa Renova; what a treat! Terri, the owner made sure we had a wonderful experience and we all had great massages from Ashley and a facial from Terri. What a wonderful find; such a great gem of a spa- highly recommend- I will be back! read more

This was such an amazing experience. I got the combo spa package that included a facial and massage- it was so wonderful. The service was impeccable and the ambience was very cute & relaxing. Overall a great experience - my skin was glowing from the facial and my body felt great from a solid massage. I can't wait to go back! Highly recommend!! read more

No one answers the phone and I have a gift certificate to use there. I've tried for a week.

What an incredible experience! The staff is so personable and welcoming! The second you walk through the door the atmosphere is calming. The decor is beautiful and the owner has such a hospitable demeanor and really helps you feel comfortable. I've had sever back pain for 7 year and the Swedish massage with Mario melted my pain away. I waited for my mom after and was offered an array of drinks! I also had a wonderful conversation with the staff. I highly recommend this place to anyone and I'm so grateful I stumbled upon them on google because I will be returning! read more

I have had the deep tissue massage by Denise and LET-ME-TELL-YOU! She is amazing at what she does! When I say deep tissue, I mean I want my muscles thoroughly worked out. It sounds silly but I want it to hurt good! I have brought many people to their establishment when they used to be called Aqua Spa and will continue recommending them to everyone I know. I have had other therapists work on my significant other and I, and no one ever disappoints. I can't say the same about other massage places. Terry is wonderful and very knowledgable. She is so kind and welcoming. I look forward to next time! Thank you so much for such wonderful services. read more

I have struggled with acne all my life. I started going to Terri in January and have gone once a month until my wedding in November. My face has never been more clear and healthy. I truly truly recommend and why not support a small business. read more

The only reason why I'm giving it a 3 is because my husband said his message was AMAZING. Mine on the other hand by SUSAN was not good, at all. She didn't work on my back at all which I told her was my area of focus. When she would start the whole table shook so it wasn't very relaxing. On the other hand when I looked over my husband was passed out and said his was amazing. I wish I enjoyed mine more than I did but I am glad that my husband enjoyed his. read more

My first (but not my last!) visit to Spa Renova. Carol and Terri provide a welcoming comfortable safe environment. I had the Invigorating Spa Day ;). Fantastic ! Much needed and much appreciated. Two hours of pampering - away from the crazy chaos of today's world... Give them a try - you deserve it read more

Called Spa Renova to book three massages. Was told they would call me back after they contacted one of the massage therapists. Waited two days and decided to take our business elsewhere. read more

I had severe shoulder pain for over three months. Had all the symptoms of rotator cuff. On my first massage session I was advised that I had muscle knot sticking on my bicep pulling and causing the pain to my shoulder and neck. After a few more sessions I'm pain free. Love the TLC and love not having the immense pain every time I use the arm. Recommend Aqua Spa 100 times over. read more

Awesome couples massage and facials. Perfect for relaxing on our vacation getaway from San Francisco. We highly recommend Aqua Spa and skincare for facials & massages in Estero. Deep tissue was what I needed. Great Vacation. Thanks! read more

I want to share that I am so LOVING Aqua Spa and the Ultrasonic Facials I have been getting by sweet, knowledgeable and talented Ravyn are so making my skin look better and better. After the 1st one I saw results and now I have booked a series! (PS they are even on a Summer Special right now but totally worth it special price or not!) I had never had one before and I am thrilled with my skin. Terri and the entire staff are so warm and inviting and the Spa is so tranquil and beautiful. If you have not been there yet.....you should! Highly recommend. read more

We recently held our annual sales celebration for our top sales people. Participants had a choice of enjoying a spa treatment or playing golf. We had arranged thru Terry at Aqua several spa appointments and Aqua definitely did not disappoint! Extremely accommodating, very welcoming and great massages! Thank you to all at Aqua! read more

My first and last experience at this location. Unfortunately, whoever runs this place is absolutely clueless about customer care and management. It is an unfortunate thing that beauty salons charge top dollar for services that do not even meet basic sanitary regulations. To start with linens: they were greasy and smelled as musty oil. It was such a turn off to lay on them and to inhale unpleasant scent during my massage session. Massage itself was a mere joke - a somnambulistic masseur was barely rubbing my skin. To be precise: she was stroking my skin up and down and in circular motions. When I was ready to leave the premises, the masseur was waiting for me in the lobby to get the tips. I've been to upscale and downscale places, from New York to Florida, but this Spa is nothing but a charade. The only nice thing about them is interior design. It's not customary for me to leave a bad review, but this time I couldn't let it go. Don't waste your money if you expect quality, find another alternative. It's plentiful out there! read more
