I paid everything and came back soon and got the 100 minute deep tissue massage for my 129 dollar membership, I was only responsible for the tip which I paid and the massage was very deep tissue and the 129 dollar membership qualifies one for a 100 minute massage. Well today I scheduled another 100 minute deep tissue massage. I asked the girl before I went in- is this massage covered by my membership? She said yes, and I wanted to be sure. Well I came out all relaxed and ready to only be responsible for the tip. I was told that my massage went over the membership cost firstly because it was 100 minutes not 80. I showed her the sign that read 129 dollars a month covers the 100 minute massage. Then she said that because it was a deep tissue massage, it went over. This makes no sense at all! I specifically asked if my membership would cover the massage I was getting that evening and I was told yes. Then all this other nonsense. I will report these people to the better business bureau and attorney general's office if they pursue this. I asked that they cancel my membership and now I am all nervous again! Money wasted!

The Polished Nail is most definitely exceptional in every way and is deserving of highest praise and commendation. I regularly go to Polished Nail for gel or dip manicures and also for the deluxe pedicures. My manicures and pedicures never chip and it is obvious upon visiting the salon that the nail artists are meticulous about their work and focused on gratifying their clients with beautiful nails. Cuticles are always perfectly and gently trimmed, feet and hands carefully smoothed and moisturized, and nails clipped and/or filed to the specific length and shape described and requested by the client. In addition, the leg and foot massages with warm stones are amazingly relaxing and soothing. Again, every detail is handled with precision and skill and I have been to no salon where satisfaction of the client seems so important to the owners and artists. I have had the pleasure of Linda being my nail artist for almost three years when new ownership of the salon began.
