It was the worst experiences .  I spent $1,000's on treatments with ZERO results.   I received unprofessional, questionable services. We are very disappointed! read more

Thank you Laser Lounge Spa! Every time I go to this beautiful relaxing positive spa I want to give it rave reviews! Andrew AJ does amazing RF sylfirm facials and Jonathon is a true master at Xeomin! I highly recommend this spa as it is the one place I spend a little more on myself. When I try to look for a less expensive option, Laser Lounge Spa always is comparable, they run specials, and I trust their work, so I have become a loyal customer. Thank you! read more

I unfortunately mixed up the date of my appointment but they offered me an appointment in the Fort Myers location with no problem. Abby gave me the address and called the other office to let them know that I would be coming. The gentleman who did my treatment was professional and kind but very personable and knowledgeable. I felt the pricing was competitive with the surrounding area read more

I've been coming to the laser lounge spa in Estero for at least the last two years. Contessa is my injector and Moriah is my facial expert. I love coming in for my Botox and salt facials! This place is the perfect pick-me-up when I'm feeling a bit dull. Love them and always looking forward to going back! read more

Ashy in Sarasora. Not good I get wrinkle injections all the time. They did not help stop the movement as they should have. I even called them back the same month and was disappointed. read more

I'm from Los Angeles and I'm used to very good Botox and filler injectors and was trying to find someone who could be that person here in Florida. I asked many people and the theme was go to Jonathan at the Laser Lounge and that theme is absolutely correct. The facility is beautiful and all of the staff are very kind and knowledgeable. But the best part is no one really knows that you've had much done at all. You just look better Highly recommended. read more

Andrew did my best ever PRP facial. He is the best knowledgeable, funny, kind, and very professional.

What kind of business parks THEIR car at the front door? Shouldn't that be where their customers park? I see this virtually EVERY time I visit the Estero location - so rude! Service is fine - but this upsets me as a client ------------ To owners response... YES as a client I agree, you do provide limited parking - and I do not expect to have to park 1/2 a block away when you as the OWNER are front and center. Ideal: Move the van near the door WHEN loading / unloading -- not the other 7 3/4 hours of the day. read more

The Laser Lounge Spa - Skin Care Near Me - Estero, Florida

My friend Natalie recommended this place to me and WOW, I'm so glad she did. The front desk staff are amazing! I've been frequently this spa pretty much monthly for the last year and everyone there is just so pleasant and helpful. You can tell they are all like family. Jonathon and April, the owners, are the most lovely couple. April is just stunning and so natural. I have gotten filler, botox, laser hair removal, kybella and soon I will be getting Ultherapy! That being said, I can tell you the quality of work, machinery and precision is top notch. Jonathon is very patient and explains everything to you so you know exactly what to expect. Even the assistants are just lovely. Their waiting room is so peaceful, even though you don't wait more than a minute or 2, it's just a nice place to walk into. They have refreshments available for you as well. Also, be sure to check out their Club Laser Lounge benefits. I love it! Now when I go in for my botox every 3 months, It's already paid for. They have different programs for you to choose from depending on what you need and spend and in addition to those services you receive discounts on a whole bunch of other packages and services. They are very current in their training and they also send out emails looking for models so train their staff so thats another great discount if you can't afford something. They are very busy so you want to be sure to book your appts before leaving the spa or book in advance. Jonathon is super busy like 2 months out, unless you need a touch up, then they get you in right away. Seriously, I can't recommend this place enough! read more

Every 6 months over the last two years I'm committed to the Laser Lounge and Spa. Together my sister and friends enjoy the time and treatment we experience here. The staff is attentive, courteous, just all around embracing. They hold great conversations if you're a socializer. A special shoutout to Jonathan, who never misses a beat in being genuine and caring. He makes certain his clients are comfortable and satisfied. Your needs/wants come first and can find council with his knowledge. The staff and environment being so welcoming is what keeps me coming back. It's relaxing with a zen deco style decor. I enjoy the self service bar with Tazo tea, coffee, and even wine. Since their client schedule is personal-time oriented, you and your company will hold the place to yourselves. It's an experience beyond the cosmetic treatments. I always look forward to visiting and have become a Club Member for price benefits. All around one of a kind. Focused on beauty inside and out! read more

I am a big fan of The Laser Lounge Spa! I have been going there over the course of 5 years. At the Estero location, I see Jonathan & Jane ... both of them are extremely professional & kind and give me great attention & time! At their Naples location I see Paris! She has helped me with many of the Services they offer and I look forward to my appointments with her so much! She is a Gem! I can't say enough good things about The Laser Lounge Spa and refer many of my friends to them... I feel extremely blessed to be able to visit them often! read more

Very informative initial visit to discuss what I wanted (free visit) and then I was able to schedule relatively quickly and there is minimal to no wait when i have my appointments. Would recommend. read more

I am a regular spa visitor and am a regular at spas from NYC to LA. I cannot say enough about my hydra facial with Emily!! It was fantastic, relaxing and educational. She went over my skin type and she answered any and all questions that I had. I cannot wait until my next facial. I am glowing and feel refreshed!! If you are overthinking this facial - definitely give it a try! read more

It's so important to do your research, when considering fillers . My research took me to The Laser Lounge in Estero. I truly had, what I will call ..filler anxiety, and wasn't sure I could go through with it ... but once I walked into the door , my fears went away , the entire staff made me feel so welcome and understood my fears .. they took the time to explain everything and assured me It would be ok... Then there's Contessa .. she is awesome!!! She was so accommodating and made sure I was never in any pain .. the girl is a miracle worker , she doesn't make you look over done .. she makes you the best version of yourself , you can be . If you need fillers ... she's the best ! The Laser Lounge and Contessa will always be my go to ! Give them a try .. you will thank me! read more

I've been going to Laser Lounge for several services over the years and have had good results. However, if it is important for you to have a provider who is vaccinated, I would go elsewhere. They will wear a mask, if you ask. read more

I love the fact that they guarantee their treatment. The laser technician is wonderful & friendly. If these were the only factors that I valued from a business, I would give them 5 stars. However, I am not a fan of the reception. I would give them 1 star. They could work on their customer service skills & make more of an attempt to exhibit friendly behavior. When a customer walks in the door, the reception is the first impression of a business. They say all the right things but the delivery is lacking. To curtly acknowledge someone & dismiss them to the waiting area does not say we want your business-maybe they reserve their charm for a few privileged clientele... They are not very detailed at explaining things, either. I only have one more treatment with them. I will be going to my dermatologist for future procedures because all of their staff have treated me like a person rather than an inconvenience. read more

I have been to a few medical spas and this one is ideally my favorite. Jonathan is an artist and his staff and other services are precisely performed and affordable. The office clinically clean and the surroundings are relaxing and beautiful. I'm very grateful to have found the Laser Lounge and will continue to be a client for years to come. read more

This is my favorite place to go! Jonathan is so kind and caring. He just wants to make you look your best. But..... really hard to get an appointment... at least for me coming from the cape. I've been going here for 5 years!! read more

Service is fine, but admin is not. Today I learned that I spoke with someone that I didn't, and that someone else I did speak with who assured me I could pay for an upgrade didn't make note AND wasn't authorized to do so. Seriously frustrated and disappointed with a business that I thought had a decent reputation. Also, I've seen two different technicians and felt like one didn't do nearly as thorough of work. read more

Jonathan Sigg and the staff at Laser Lounge are AWESOME!!! I have had various services done at the Estero location, and facials at the Daniels Parkway location. Everyone is amazing! The atmosphere and spa setting is tranquil and I always leave feeling refreshed! LOVE! read more

I dealt with a front desk girl who was absolutely lovely! She had a different name. Zoë, I think? She was extremely helpful. Paula was the technician that did my IPL. She was so friendly, on time, and my IPL was great. A++! Can't wait to come back! read more

They guarantee nothing. Matter if fact the go out of their way to ignore failed procedures. And if you don't believe it, just ask them to redo a procedure your not happy with. Would NOT recommend this spa. There are more caring and considerate and concerned spas on the gulf coast. Their primary concern is the dollars and not the satisfaction of your results. Switched and am so happy I did. read more

I have been a client for several years. Jonathan injects my Botox perfectly every time. Desk girls always friendly! Had a great experience with Fraxel a few years back.... Saw results. Lady was very honest and walked me through the procedure and what to expect and even introduced me to the technician. Ashley great for hair removal. read more

I cannot say enough about Laser Lounge. I have been seeing Jonathan ,April and their staff for years. They are truly professionals at a fraction of the cost of a plastic surgeons office. I have had Laser,Botox, Resyline, Fraxel and Tattoo removal. I would trust Jonathan , who does many treatments a day , then a plastic surgeon who does a few a week. They stand by their work and when I walk in I feel like I family. read more

No guarantee! Asked to have an IPL redone because results were very poor and they ignored my request. Awful experience. Received a gift groupon and decided to purchase a second for myself. At appointment time after waiting an hour, was told to pay full price or take a walk as they would Not honor a second groupon. Was also told to call groupon and get a refund. I have always paid cash for services here and ALWAYS purchased additional units at full price (house parties) as well as purchasing extras like their 50 SPF sunscreen and high quality creams. Enjoyed them all. I was excited to try all there was to offer but was treated so rudely that I simply won't return nor will I recommend. My sister and three other clients have also left because of the poor business practice. It appears priority is inject and collect and there is no recollection as to what was done previous appointments. We have found two other local spas that will meet groupon prices every time AND give 10% off for bringing in new clients. Groupon difference between full price and the special is $30. If you can't afford to do the program, you should have passed. The more professional approach would have been to graciously accept the groupon and caution future purchases. Not recommended. read more

Great Service. Professional and listens to you and takes the time to make sure you have perfect results.

Beautiful set-up for their services. I agree with another reviewer, that the receptionists seem overwhelmed and sidetracked, all of the right words come out but lacking in enthusiasm. I've been there for hair laser treatments. They do guarantee any regrowth for life, that's why I chose them. I've had work done by April and Ashley. Both super technicians. Buy the numbing cream they sell, it helps. Very clean and pleasant. read more

Extremely disappointed. Was going to them for well over a year on the same area and was told that I hadn't paid the upgrade and there would be no rectifying the situation. Found out that the owner's wife, April, started doing the books and found mistakes (that were of course not made by me) and I paid the price literally. Their word meant nothing and customer service throughout this process was horrible-the worst being from April. Jonathan, the owner, would not get involved, which I felt made him a coward since I dealt with him originally. Note - you need to get everything in writing by April, not Jonathan, because she seems to be the boss. Although this is my opinion, I believe this was all because the Groupon and upgrade were not profitable because prices have since gone up dramatically. read more

Ashley the laser technician is always a sweetheart with amazing bedside manner, I would give her ten stars if I could. The office is beautiful, and always very clean. My only reasoning for four stars is when I started going to laser lounge touch-ups to my underarms were $30, then at my next appointment $50, and at my most recent appointment touch-ups were $80.00. However, I know this is the beauty of entrepreneurship. read more

Sorry to write this review. I tried to give The Laser Lounge a chance to fix the problem. Never receive a return call. I had spider veins treated, they were very small and only a few. They offered a second treatment absolutely no results and may have made them worst. I have had my veins done before at a Dr. office no problem. Not worth your time and money. read more

I received a flyer stating 100% results as fast as one treatment for Melasma. Almost a year went by and numerous attempts to fix the errors that they imposed in my face. During this year I continued to insist that my face was getting worse, the staff ignored me and continued to do laser on my face. Towards the end I was actually seen and work was done to my face by the then receptionist at the time who supposedly was certified to do laser treatment on my face. I put my face on the line to their staff because they assured me that with patience they could fix the results. After being ignored for months this year and no return calls finally I was seen again and was tried an alternative. When I realized that no matter what the staff did was only making my face worse I went to a second opinion, that facility let me know that the settings used in laser treatments for people with Melasma are different then other cases and that there are many facilities like this place that don't know what they are doing when it comes to Melasma treatment but have flyers and Groupons out there marketing their equipment. Watch out because they will hide behind a waiver they make you sign at the beginning when they are promising the world. read more
