My friend Natalie recommended this place to me and WOW, I'm so glad she did. The front desk staff are amazing! I've been frequently this spa pretty much monthly for the last year and everyone there is just so pleasant and helpful. You can tell they are all like family. Jonathon and April, the owners, are the most lovely couple. April is just stunning and so natural. I have gotten filler, botox, laser hair removal, kybella and soon I will be getting Ultherapy! That being said, I can tell you the quality of work, machinery and precision is top notch. Jonathon is very patient and explains everything to you so you know exactly what to expect. Even the assistants are just lovely. Their waiting room is so peaceful, even though you don't wait more than a minute or 2, it's just a nice place to walk into. They have refreshments available for you as well. Also, be sure to check out their Club Laser Lounge benefits. I love it! Now when I go in for my botox every 3 months, It's already paid for. They have different programs for you to choose from depending on what you need and spend and in addition to those services you receive discounts on a whole bunch of other packages and services. I love the fact that they guarantee their treatment. The laser technician is wonderful & friendly. If these were the only factors that I valued from a business, I would give them 5 stars. However, I am not a fan of the reception. I would give them 1 star. They could work on their customer service skills & make more of an attempt to exhibit friendly behavior. When a customer walks in the door, the reception is the first impression of a business. They say all the right things but the delivery is lacking. To curtly acknowledge someone & dismiss them to the waiting area does not say we want your business-maybe they reserve their charm for a few privileged clientele... They are not very detailed at explaining things, either. I only have one more treatment with them. No guarantee! Asked to have an IPL redone because results were very poor and they ignored my request. Awful experience. Received a gift groupon and decided to purchase a second for myself. At appointment time after waiting an hour, was told to pay full price or take a walk as they would Not honor a second groupon. Was also told to call groupon and get a refund. I have always paid cash for services here and ALWAYS purchased additional units at full price (house parties) as well as purchasing extras like their 50 SPF sunscreen and high quality creams. Enjoyed them all. I was excited to try all there was to offer but was treated so rudely that I simply won't return nor will I recommend. My sister and three other clients have also left because of the poor business practice. It appears priority is inject and collect and there is no recollection as to what was done previous appointments. We have found two other local spas that will meet groupon prices every time AND give 10% off for bringing in new clients. Groupon difference between full price and the special is $30. If you can't afford to do the program, you should have passed. The more professional approach would have been to graciously accept the groupon and caution future purchases. Extremely disappointed. Was going to them for well over a year on the same area and was told that I hadn't paid the upgrade and there would be no rectifying the situation. Found out that the owner's wife, April, started doing the books and found mistakes (that were of course not made by me) and I paid the price literally. Their word meant nothing and customer service throughout this process was horrible-the worst being from April. Jonathan, the owner, would not get involved, which I felt made him a coward since I dealt with him originally. Note - you need to get everything in writing by April, not Jonathan, because she seems to be the boss. I received a flyer stating 100% results as fast as one treatment for Melasma. Almost a year went by and numerous attempts to fix the errors that they imposed in my face. During this year I continued to insist that my face was getting worse, the staff ignored me and continued to do laser on my face. Towards the end I was actually seen and work was done to my face by the then receptionist at the time who supposedly was certified to do laser treatment on my face. I put my face on the line to their staff because they assured me that with patience they could fix the results. After being ignored for months this year and no return calls finally I was seen again and was tried an alternative. When I realized that no matter what the staff did was only making my face worse I went to a second opinion, that facility let me know that the settings used in laser treatments for people with Melasma are different then other cases and that there are many facilities like this place that don't know what they are doing when it comes to Melasma treatment but have flyers and Groupons out there marketing their equipment. Watch out because they will hide behind a waiver they make you sign at the beginning when they are promising the world. read more
