Like others had posted this is not your normal spa. The style of massage, and having to pay…read more"before" you receive service are different than most places that people are use to. This did not play a huge factor in my review. My wife has been sore for the last few days since we started vacation. This morning I decided to look a spa up in hopes a massage could help her a little. We called and they had availability almost immediately. "Now I can't say this would be the luck for everyone", however this was fantastic for us timing wise. My wife had a 30 min deep tissue massage - now I know your wondering why only 30 min. "That was not my choice" I told her to spend whatever was necessary to feel better. She informed me when she returned they had no probably getting the deep tissue, she said 30 min. almost felt like an hour. She hasn't complained about the pain much at all today. Overall with a 1 time visit so far I can only give. 4 star review. If we had the chance to visit multiple times I would give an overall rating with a chance at 5 or less..... For now it definitely receives a 4 star review for, responsiveness, availability, and complete information as advertised "deep tissue".

But that has smoothed out, and there are lovely staff members at this location who ensure they always function as GREAT customer service professionals! In particular, here's a shout-out to KAREN, who works at the front desk often. She recently helped me when my credit card system had a "glitch." She took painstaking time, on a very busy day at the site, to research our accounts, and ensured that we were not making duplicate transactions. (We weren't; the bank corrected their system issue). And I feel blessed to have found KOURTNEY as my masseuse. Great listener. Very customer-focused. Excellent job helping me get rid of aches/pains and stress! She is very kind, and very talented as a massage therapist. This location ensures that we are satisfied enough to keep coming back regularly. Try them out. You won't be sorry!

My doctor prescribed painkillers and muscle relaxants and advised me to find a good massage therapist. A friend told me that the best massage therapist I could find nearby would be Lucy at Oriental Massage in Fort Myers. My experience there was really extraordinary! Lucy was very friendly, respectful and professional. First she let me explain the history and current status of my affliction. Then she started with a careful investigatory massage of the neck and shoulder area. I noticed that she very well knew all the relevant muscles and tendons. She applied hot air to the affected area to relax the painful spasms and then proceeded with a very skillful thorough massage which had an almost magical effect.
