I've been going to Nail Spa for probably 16 years. I love the way they do my nails. I find the salon is very accommodating, It's clean and everybody is so friendly! I really like this salon and they use a product called T.A.P. It is so much better for your nails than acrylic and it's also very lightweight. This is a very clean and nice nail spa. The staff is all very nice and make one feel very welcome and comfortable here. Sophia was very talented and did a great job on my nails. I got a pedicure and nail fill in. I really liked this place but unfortunately they don't carry the DND brand of nail color that I prefer. The colors that they carry were not as vivid or vibrant that I'm used to. Other than that, I was very pleased with the quality of nail work that I received. read more

I love this place I have been going there fir 15 years. It is very clean and the owner gives back to the community by donating things and giving money. They also have stamp cards so after so many trips you get $10 off. I get the new build a nail and I love it so far, just wish it had as many colors as TAP. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! Horrible business. I am so disgusted with my experiences here and today, my elderly mother went in and had a terrible experience. She was double booked and then requested a technician she knew and was told she was unavailable (not true). There are better salons in Fort Myers that have great customer service and minimal waiting time. To make matters worse, my polish comes off in less than 24 hours and have repeatedly had issues with nails coming off. Yuck! My one star was only so I could post this review. read more

Went with the wife for a Father's Day mani+pedi. Really nice establishment all the chairs and foot tubs look new and the overall decor is very welcoming. The smell in here is amazing, I don't frequent nail shops often, but the combination of feet and acrylic typically don't work for me. However, this place is the exception the smell is extremely relaxing and helps to make the experience that much more pleasant. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I was immediately offered wine during my pedicure, I know this is becoming standard but still a nice touch. I received a manicure and pedicure special which was $35 and included some nice additions such as a hot stone treatment on legs and feet and hot towel wrap. This was a bad idea. If you can see my left big toe is not filed properly. He told me that because it chipped, in 3 weeks it will grow back. I understand that, but you can still make the nail even. Also, others were offered water and refreshments, I was offered nothing. Additionally. I asked for a deluxe spa pedicure. He was done with my "deluxe spa pedicure" before the woman next to me (who was there before me) finished her regular pedicure. (I knew she was getting a basic pedicure, because she shared she had a spray tan two days ago and didn't want to rub it off.) He essentially rushed through my cuticles and pedicure in less than 15 minutes. I'm here on vacation so I don't have to worry about coming back here at all. My nail polish was clumpy. He put acetone on top to smooth out the polish. I'm sure they provide very nice service to regulars but I'm disappointed. Especially considering the price. I could have waited until I got home. My hands were done well. Hence the stars I was very polite during the whole service. read more

Unfortunately I will not be returning to this nail salon. To start the experience off I was in the salon for two hours just for a regular pedicure and simple fill and color. I was the last person in the salon before closing time. It wasn't incredibly busy hence why I was able to walk in and get taken almost right away. My nail tech just kept stopping. I am not happy with the fill whatsoever and I feel that every time I spoke up I was just ignored or not listened to. I don't feel like my nail tech paid any attention to detail when doing my nails. Each one of my nails is a different shape and length. I'm so disappointed with them that I just wish I could take them off and start all over again. One of my nails broke so I came back for a repair and my experience was no different. I feel like I left with my nails even worst than before. I paid over $80 with tip to just be unhappy with them. It's bittersweet because I've been a few times and most of the nail techs are incredibly sweet but I just don't want to run the risk of getting this nail tech again. read more

Two of us came in with appointments at 3.. I had 2 ladies work on my manicure and pedicure..(because one didn't want to give me acrylic nails?). While my friend had 3 people work on hers... and they gave her the wrong color!!! (She wanted gold and they gave her an ugly green/ purple chrome.) Tammy is the worst. Our nails (acrylic w/ gel) are SO uneven, different lengths, not even filled / there's a huge space between the cuticles and where the acrylic & gel is, and our nail beds are in so much pain!!! They were so rough!!! Tammy filed down my natural nail WAY TOO MUCH it started bleeding. She just told us we were too sensitive. She also bashed me for doing me own nails& said to go to a professional so I don't ruin my nails... meanwhile she did a great job ruining them all by herself.. it was like she had never worked on someone's nails before. We didn't get out until AFTER 6 (+3 HOURS). Even though there was so many other ladies who work there just fooling around in the store - NOT working on anyone!! - only Tammy did both of our pedicures.. horribly. This place is amazing! I came here on a Sunday, and I did have to wait for a nail tech to come in, but it was only about a 15 min wait. From the very start the staff was so nice and so helpful. I decided to get colored gel acrylics, and it was $38. I've been to salons where regular acrylics without gel were $33, so this in my opinion was a good deal. Jennifer did my nails, they are cut and shaped to exactly what I wanted. (Round style). There is an overwhelming number of color choices to choose from, both gel and regular. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure they were perfect. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone. She was pushy from the start - trying to get me to go for the "deluxe"(read - more $ option)& I finally caved. It took the joy out of the spa but that was just the beginning. She cut off the end of ny baby toe! It hurt, she minimized what she had done. My friend was also having a pedicure right beside me. She did not pay for the more expensive option. Guess what? They were both the same amount of time. I didn't realize til I got home that she had slapped a bandaid on my toe. It stung like crazy and was still bleeding. Ruined my cruise as I could barely walk from the pain. Then while favoring that foot I sleeper on the pool steps and tore my meniscus! Spend weeks on crutches, and the toe cut? Obviously got germs from the pedi as I got several warts. Now, 19 months later and I still haven't got rid of them! This place was a nightmare. Never go there! read more

Not very happy! I just paid 65 dollars, not including tip for someone to paint my nails/toenails..and not very well. No cuticle trim, barely shaped, polish is on my cuticle and lumpy, and is all over my fingers. I showed it to the guy who did my nails, he made a poor attempt at fixing it. And my heels still feel rough. I get a mani/pedi every 2 weeks and exfoliate in between. Shouldn't be hard to for him to exfoliate dead skin from my heels. Very disappointed . read more
