My pedicure was fine - no real complaints about the service. However they sat a lady right next to me (all the other chairs were empty) and she immediately took a phone call and proceeded to talk very loudly for over 30 minutes to a friend. I told my nail tech that it was very rude and he did nothing about it. I finally asked the lady if she could wrap up her call and she bluntly told me no and proceeded to talk even louder. A woman getting a manicure even said something to me about how awful it was. Both nail techs knew I was unhappy and did nothing about it. I know most of the blame is on the rude woman customer but come on- pedicures are supposed to be relaxing - not listening to a one sided conversation about company who is not coming. read more

My daughter and I came to Naples on vacation and decided to get our nails done in Maples rather then our typical place back home. We are so glad we did and not I have to find a new place back home. Our nails looked amazing. There were so many color choices which o haven't seen anywhere before. We had acrylics done and pedicures. The service was wonderful. The quality of work was fabulous. Naples is lucky to have such a great nail salon. My daughter asked if we can come to Naples once a month just so we can get our nails done!! That would certainly be fun but unlikely. :/ read more

A family establishment. Linda does fabulous job on manicures and acrylics. Pink & white is classy, chrome and other cool new colors. Plan to stay for a pedicure with smooth hot rocks massage. Tran's foot massage was deep, almost painful ima good way, others have a lighter touch. Bring shoes with non-slip foot beds for after pedi, your feet will be slippery! I wish I could give 0 stars. I went in and wanted a full coffin shaped set with the nail nude and a neon pink line on the edge of the top. He first started painting the edge in a color not even close to what I wanted, but never put down the nude base color, you could see my natural nail underneath. Then the lines looked like a two year old painted it and he was trying to put the top coat on. So I told him to just let me pick another color and we can just paint the whole nail since he couldn't do the edges like I wanted. Then once I started looking the nails they were horribly shaped, not coffin but straight, lopsided and uneven. I knew he was not going to be able to fix them how I wanted so I will just wait till I get back home and have them re-done. Very disappointed. read more

Shaky start but excellent finish. Jin is awesome. Meticulous and precise he did an excellent job on my nails today. 'Skinny Dippin' in Lake Michigan' is a sweet color!! Came in without an appointment and started off with an older gentleman who struggled with cutting my cuticles plus it appeared the tools he was using were quite unclean particularly the file. Not too thrilled with this place. The person doing my nails was constantly getting up and running around messing with other things and redirecting her attention elsewhere. It's been 2 days and the polish on my toes has chipped from doing absolutely nothing. Plus, my friends nail polish has been nothing but goop and smudged since we left. I called at 10:15 on a Saturday morning and I was in the pedicure chair by 10:40! The male tech was wonderful. The leg and foot massage was the best I have ever received. He removed my old polish and made these neglected feet look like they belong to a female human again. Poor guy will need therapy after this session . And the kicker? Only charges $28! I called at the last minute for a manicure and was told if I could come in right away they could take me. After choosing my color, I was seated and the technician got started. I was very surprised that the tools she was using came from a plastic container and not from a sterilizer. She didn't spend much time on my cuticles outside of trimming. She did a fine job polishing. At the end, the same tools went back in her small plastic container. While I was drying I saw her take it with her to do a pedicure. So I came to this location on Wednesday, November 6 for a fill in. I got gel with the cat eye effect, it was $50. Now for a full set that's good price but for a fill? Definitely over priced but i loved how it looked on the mannequin nail and was like okay whatever give it to me. The guy who did my nails only did one coat of black on my nails and also pricked my cuticle and made me bleed. I was fine with it because i don't really care about that and just told him to continue and not worry about it. Then literally the next day my index finger nail snapped off. I went back the day after that and got it fixed. When I left the salon and went back to my car, the nail was super messy and definitely the worst one out of all the nails there was gel polish dripping on the bottom and acrylic hanging everywhere and also super thick. I didn't say anything and just left, happy i didnt have to pay for the fix. The next day I look at my nails and the middle nail has chipped as shown in the picture. This was GEL and also $50 and it chipped off only like four days later. And now, today the nail I had previously gotten fixed is already lifting, about to fall off as shown in the other picture. For some unknown reason some of the polish smeared later in the day, so I went back the next morning and Jin redid the polish. Was never really one to get my nails done often. However, since the 1st time I visited this place I've become a regular & always look forward to going back. I realized they aren't there just to make money; they wanted to give you the best pedicure, manicure etc.. that you've ever had! It's just a bonus the price is better than others for the service you receive! It all starts off by having a seat in a WONDERFUL massage chair. I have Cindy do my pedicure/massage (she's my favorite) after that, just when you think it's over, they bring out the hot stones to continue the massage than there's the hot towel rub down. After that you feel like you could just melt! While all this is going on LINDA does my nails (she's my favorite) always a beautiful job & my new thing is having May add some type of art for whatever occasion or holiday may be near! Best pedicure I've ever had! Someone told me that i needed to try this place and it was the best recommendation ever! It's very reasonable and they do a great job. It's also clean.
