I've tried this nail salon several times hoping to find a regular salon to go to - this isn't it. They usually overbook, and today was no exception. I arrived on time, was put in a pedicure chair and had to wait 15 minutes for a technician to start the service. Halfway into it, she said she had another appointment, left and I had to wait another 10 minutes for another tech to become available. Usually the appointments are an hour, so this is all the time I booked for so I had to cut the time short. I also grabbed a color for my toes off the shelf and they said I couldn't use it as it was almost out - I knew that, but why then would they put the nail polish bottle up on the shelf for us to pick from? The color they then suggested didn't look good at all... Overall, very disappointing. There isn't any reason to go back there and I'd encourage you to find a different spot that will treat you better. read more

I'm not from Estero, I'm in town on business and had a day off.. wanted to get a mani pedi done. I come across this salon which is right near my hotel, and I'm like why not. I call and ask how much for mani/pedi, over the phone they tell me $41 for regular. $44 for hot stones. I get to the salon they seat me, the lady that did my nails (i wish i remembered her name unfortunately i don't, she had glasses though and on the taller side) was rude. She didn't ask me if i wanted the stones, just pulled them out. Then i asked her to massage a specific part of my calf with the stones and she just looked at me. The pedicure wasn't the best, she cut the nails uneven and there is still paint leftover on my toes. Then she seats me to do my manicure, probably one of the worst manicures I've gotten. Completely unsatisfied. There was leftover polish everywhere on my nails. I still have cuticles that could've been cut/cleaned. She rushed through the whole appointment and I don't appreciate that. I got my nails done on Saturday. Monday morning i begin to see chipping. It is now Tuesday and my nails look AWFUL. I called the salon back and they told me I could come in to get it fixed but they would charge me. It's legit only been 3 days??? Definitely recommend if you want a rushed and chipped certain manicure. read more

My nails look great the first few days! I had Lucas do my nails and they looked very good. But sadly, after only 5 days 2 popped off. I went back in on Monday, 6 days after I got them done, to get them fixed and Sandy redid the two. They did not look like the others nor were they shaped the same. And now 9 days later ... another nail and one of the nails she put on 3 days ago ... popped off. Some of them are also chipping! I have gotten my nails done many many times and I don't think this was worth the $50 I paid for them. Dip is very high quality and usually lasts me 3-4 weeks and could last even longer. I love their pedicures and it seems like some people might be better than others. So I definitely recommend doing your research and finding out who is one of the best. I got my gel acrylic nails done here, they were expensive and turned out cute, however, they broke after a day and I wasn't doing anything that should have caused a break in the nail. I also got my eyebrows done here, they came out nicely shaped, but i have NEVER broken out with acne or such a bad reaction after, some people this might not be a problem but i 100% do not recommend this place if you have sensitive skin and I really think they should warn you. read more

Walked-in around 2pm on a Monday. Had to wait about 10 minutes, no big deal. Salon appeared clean and the chairs are comfy. Pedicure was average - some color on my toes outside of my nail, and pinky toes not fully painted. The massage was decent, reasonably priced, not much in the way of loofah. Nothing overwhelming and based on the service, am glad that I didn't pay more for any of the up-charged extras. I went with the $28 Spa pedicure - not sure it was any better than the $25. I smeared my polish putting my shoes back on because I didn't want to stick around and wait for them to dry. My nail-tech didn't spray on the drying agent or fan them at all. Extremely disappointed. I came in a week ago to get a gel pedicure and a full set. I just moved here and saw the pictures of acrylic nails on yelp and thought this would be a good place to go for my birthday Nails. When I got there I was being serviced by Vinny who seem to know what he was doing. He laid and cut my acrylics in the coffin shape that I liked but then moved me to a pedicure without laying the acrylic down. A lady started to work on my toes. The pedicure wasn't that great as I only soaked my feet for maybe 30 seconds, very light massage, and she didn't even get all of the dead skin off of my feet. To work on my nails you could tell she was moving fast. As she started to lay the acrylic and shape them with the drill, every single nail turned out to be a different shape, my coffin shaped had rounded edges the gel filled out over my fingernails on my skin. The other thing was I had brought in nail stickers that I've gotten done multiple times before by experienced and not so experienced nail techs. (it's literally a sticker that you lay a topcoat over.) and she couldn't figure out how to lay it properly, so my nails ended up coming out with like a 3-D image on it (it looked awful) Past that my nails did not hold up well my toe chipped the next day and this week a lot of my nails fell off. To top it off they were pretty expensive. I'm disappointed and unfortunately don't think I'll be going back. read more

My daughter and I had regular pedicures. We had two different experiences. For me each phase of the pedicure was half done. Used a yellow sponge I use to wash dishes, nails clipped but not filed, massage without any pressure. (The massage cream smelled like Ben Gay) Nail polish already chipping and nails are painfully sharp from not filing. Her experience was a positive one so it depends on who you get. I went in for a gel manicure ($28) and a regular pedicure ($29). Overall the manicure was great! They had a good color selection and I'm happy with the results! The pedicure was going great until the color application came. It was rushed with only one coat of color then a quick top coat application. During the painting, someone came in and was turned away with the lady saying they were closed. It was only 5:30 on a Saturday at this point though, so I'm not sure what happened. After I finished up they locked the door and turned off the lights. If there was some emergency and that is why they rushed at the end, I would have understood if they told me. But they never gave an explanation. Less than 24 hours later and my toes are already chipping. I guess my advice would be don't go past 3 or else! read more

I then made an appointment to come in after 2:00 as she instructed me and so I showed up at 2:13pm. I had walked 2 hours from my hotel on town center since I had no car and was traveling. The place was closed and completely dark. I wish she would have just said they were closed instead of saying they had time available after 2:00pm. Very bad customer service. Then the guy told me to get a gel set fill in and it was 40$ and it's only been 4 days and they're falling off again. I will never use this salon again.
