Fist time I've been to this nail place. I got a really bad finger nail fungus. I went back to show the owner Kim, and she just said"it's fine, come back later I fix it, that's nothing" . extremely unprofessional, did not care, or even attempted to help, give me my money back. it was as if she didn't care. my fingernail(pinky) is red, swollen, painful and green. I told her she needs to sanitized her equipment. I WOUL NOT RECOMMEND THIS Place, unless you want a staph infection, be careful ladies where you go. read more

Got my pedicure and was helped by a guy everything was good until the lady painted my toes. She was working alone but she did a horrible job. My toes look like it was painted by a 10 year old. She didn't put two coats just one then put top coat on. I didn't say anything cause I felt bad she was alone working while trying to help me and others. As soon as I got home and just walking around doing minor things around the house I look at my toes and my polish is gone... ya I'm not happy about this at all because $25 just went to waste. read more

I started off coming here 6 months ago to do my nails. Never had any complaints. Waits could be long, and they'll be nice enough to say "sure come back in 30 minutes and we will be ready" and sure enough is someone walks in and their freed up for that minute they will take them. But I've always overlooked this part because again, the service was exceptional. However, today i come in, and I decided I wasn't going to do a full set but rather a simple manicure to help my nails grow. After cuticles were cleaned, and buffed I was then told she refused to do regular polish because of complaints from previous costumers. Me assuring her I would not do that, I know regular does not last but this is what I wanted. She then proceeded to say "no, sorry I wont do it." Then charger me $15 to basically do something I myself could have done. Ridiculous, to offer a service and complete it half way, and refuse to do the important part which is walk out with your nails painted from a nail salon!!! I will not be going back after such a ridiculous experience. read more

Couldn't be happier with my nails. They took me as a walk in on the day before Easter. They were super busy but I didn't wait long. Amanda did my pedicure and did an excellent job. This place does an amazing job. I am here on vacation and took a chance on coming here. I came in with my daughter they took us right away. And they are fast I have never had a fill in and gel with gel dip so fast and with such accuracy within 30 mins. The gel color selection is something out of Pinterest. The place is clean and neat. It's 2 o'clock in the afternoon on a Friday and they don't close until 7. When I walked in there was no warm welcome. No one was waiting and there were 3 customers in the salon with 3 nail technicians. They claimed they were completely booked. But where? I asked if I could wait they said no. All I wanted was a basic manicure and pedicure. I honestly felt like they didn't want to help me because I was black. I came across the street to Sunshine Nails and they have 6 people waiting with 7 nail technicians working. Received a warm welcome and asked if I didn't mind waiting they could fit me in. Exactly what I expected. Even if they do a horrible job they still win because of their customer service. read more

I was a regular client as of last week. Won't be returning. Poor service with both owners. Missing Amber their daughter. She was alway nice and did an awesome job on my toes. Had a pedicure which was ok. Nails weren't smoothed before polish I had to tell her . Only did the one toe, lol. Left old polish on some of Nails... Then had acrylic nails removed. I'm guessing they weren't happy because I didn't replace them with the new set. I explained that I didn't want to do it now because I was going to be doing cleaning. Was very rough quick and left part of the material still on my nails. Sorry to say you lost a customer. Good luck with your business. read more

This place is a small nail shop with not many customers. I went to get my nails done and the colors were pretty but when I was done I had a polish on almost all of my fingers and cuticles and you could see the nails under the polish meaning there wasn't enough layers. The service was poor compared to other nail shops, for example, the lady that did my nails never let me go wash my hands and didn't even do the same shape as before. They didn't really engage the customers unless they asked about your nails. read more

I was in town visiting my mother-in-law. I wish this place was near where I live. They were very nice and welcoming. I got a regular pedicure and that was already relaxing. Manicure was great, too! They worked quickly because of all their customers. I was lucky enough to have just enough time to stay and wait before I had to leave for the airport. I would advise that you allow for extra time (like an hour) when you come here. Some of it is spent waiting on the pedi chair (if you're getting one) so it was fine. Loved how the gel paint starts all the way to my cuticles. Some places leave space and that bugs me. Would definitely come back whenever I'm in town -- their prices are great. read more

i had come here before and my nails were perfect however at the beginning of this appointment everything was fine my pedicure was fine my toes look not great but fine i showed a reference photo and when she finished my nails didnt look like the reference photo i never complain about nails because i would rather have ugly nails than deal with an argument but im going on vacation in 3 days and felt the need to say something i was VERY polite and she immediately told me she wont redo my nails i told her i want simpler ones, i would pay the same as the designed ones just for wasting her time and she told me that she wasnt gonna do anything else to my nails then she took pictures of them because she thought they looked good to her she then told me shes gonan cut them off so i dont have to pay then only cut 3 nails THANK U then her husband starts grabbing my hands aggressively and asking me what exactly is different between the photo and the nails i was as respectful as i could be with a man screaming in my face learned the lesson to NEVER speak up about something im paying for being done wrong read more

I have been going to Kim and Lee for over 6 years. My nails are always beautiful and exactly what I wanted when I leave. My nails can last me over 3 weeks and still get complimented as if I just got them done. I highly recommended this business. Always clean and sanitized when I arrive. They always go out of their way to make sure I'm happy when I leave. If one breaks because of something I did I come back and they will fix it no problem. A closed mouth gets you no where you don't like something speak up right then and get it fixed. read more

So I walked in to the salon and the owner greeted me with a smile and said that Lim would be with me in a moment and asked to sit at her work station. I needed a manicure and pedicure. When Kim walked in, she looked annoyed and argued with him in their language and turned to me and asked me to return tomorrow because she was leaving early. It was 2:00 PM. My niece and I stopped in here today. Ive been wanting to try this dipping powder for my nails. It is said to last many weeks! The technique was pretty cool and overall the powder polish seems like it will hold up. One down side, no manicure to the technique so my cuticles don't look very well kept. Also I had a dark polish on previously and you can see it still in a few of my nails. If i like the dipping powder and am happy with how long it lasts I will need to clean up my nails myself previous to having the powder applied. We will see what the next few weeks hold. They were very kind and social with my niece, the salon was clean and full of people! A little dimmer than others I've been in around town. Overall, worth it! I would recommend this salon. read more

I have received the worse pedicure of my life today... I walked into this salon and was the only one present at the time of entering first thing in the morning and asked for a spa pedicure. I was asked to upgrade to a deluxe pedicure which contained a hot wax which is what I wanted and I agreed. At the time of service the nail tech proceeded to speak on the phone the entire time. Not paying much attention to what she was doing. I was given a bare minimum pedicure that was suppose to be a deluxe pedicure which would cost 52 dollars you would expect it to be longer then 30 minutes. After applying two different items on my legs at the same time. I was asked to move to another manicure chair to receive the gel portion of the pedicure which would add 15 dollars on to the pedicure price. When looking at my toes after. It was so terribly done I have clear top coast all over the skin around my toes. The gel color I had on previously is still present under my current color. The total time spent on the pedicure and applying polish was 35 minutes. Overall I would not recommend going to this establishment. read more
