This was my first time here. I've been looking for a nail salon that has quality work and is reasonably priced. I read the signs on the door. Masks are required and they take appointments only. I went in to see if they could take me. I didn't have an appointment. She did take me, and I'm so grateful, the last place did a poor job, so I was basically getting my nails fixed. I got a gel nail color change. The work was done very beautifully. It was relaxing. They play soft music and the tv plays a little loop of flowers and nature. Very relaxing and calming. This place has very reasonable prices. They only except one appointment at a time and follow strict Covid guidelines. It was kind of odd in there, so quiet. I'm used to the chatter at most nails salons. I can't recall the name of the lady who did my pedicure and manicure, she did a wonderful job and gave me an excellent massage. My only issues with this place and probably the reason I won't go back-they do not sterilize their equipment. I didn't realize it before, it really grosses me out. I've seen people get antibiotic resistant infections from nail places due to this. read more

I was so happy with Classy Nails and Laura. Very sadly Laura left. Since that time I went 3 more times and each experience was worse. The last one was Ukee. She didn't understand umm that hurts. I had to pull away which made her mad. After that experience I now need to have toe nails removed. I take some blame for not seeking medical help way sooner. Got a great pedicure here and was excited to return a month or so later, however when we approached the building a man standing out front smoking said that they wouldn't take us. When we said we'd come in to make appointments he insisted if we didn't have an appointment they wouldn't accommodate us, which was confusing and off-putting. I don't know why it was such an issue for us to even come in, but it definitely won't be a problem again. read more

I checked out Classy Nails when I was in Ft. Myers looking for a Mani/Pedi combo. I was pleased with the overall experience, but had a few qualms which makes me second guess if I'd go again. When I get my frequent mani/pedi's there are always specs that I look for, here is the list and how this salon did.... 1. Cleanliness- I wasn't overly impressed. Could use a cleaning. 2. Massage chairs- Excellent! They did have great chairs with many functions. 3. Time spent on pedicure & massage of the legs- Eh. Ok, but not impressive. I would've liked more time spent on the shaping and care of my little toes ;) 4. Cost & value- Awesome! I paid $30 for both and felt that was a great deal for what I got. VALUE, VALUE, VALUE!! 5. Color selection- Not impressed, barely had any Spring/Summer colors; mostly fall and dark colors. I did however pick two awesome colors (the only two I liked) Overall, if you're looking for a decent place for a decent pedi/mani with great price, I WOULD recommend Classy Nails. HIT or MISS This is my third, if not fourth, visit to Classy Nails. I'm in town every spring and like getting my nails done while on vacation so I have tried to find a place to return to year after year. Unfortunately, this is my second time having to return within days to fix up a botched job. They claim that walk-ins are welcome yet told me they are busy all day and to come back in over +7 hours. My first bad experience was when I got a gel pedicure that wasn't solid and smudged not even an hour after leaving. My second bad experience was having gel polish put on my dip powder manicure because the colors "didn't match up". Later that night all of the gel polish peeled off and the dip powder on the nails started chipping. read more

I had a pedicure and a gel manicure this morning. Hannah was my manicurist. She was quiet but her work speaks for itself. I'm partial to the French tips and her lines are smooth and even, just beautiful. Probably the best I've ever had actually. The pedicure was very relaxing. I'm from Colorado and came here with my sister who lives in Ft. Myers. Lovely, clean shop with nice relaxing music. Great pedi massage chairs and comfy mani chairs as well. Thai (pronounced "Tie") is the gentleman who did my sister's mani/pedi (I had just gotten one in Colorado and so I was just an observer here) - he took lots of time and extra special care and did a beautiful job. He also spent a lot of time on a wonderful calf/foot massage for her that she said was out of this world! It looked like it, I was very envious. :) Great place, would come here regularly if I lived here. read more

When I walked in he immediately told me how horrible my nails looked & asked if I wanted an entire new set. Then when asking me to pay, he asked how much tip I was leaving. I said I didn't know and he asked if I had cash. I said no I rarely carry cash with me and he was mad... Why would you ever ask someone how much of a tip they're leaving? I must say, I've been having my nails done with gel and a pedicure for years now. I had my regular place in Hawaii, but since moving, I've been sorely disappointed in the places here. I was especially interested in the fact that places are NOT cheap here. Hawaii is NOT expensive, compared to this area. Ok, I've had my gel manicure and pedicure in a couple of places here, and have been frustrated and disappointed. I decided to give Classy Nails a try, even though I must buck the Snowbird traffic to get there. I'm so happy with Laura. Not only is she a wonderful manicurist, but she's a smart woman, has only been here around 5 years, and she speaks beautifully. Beside the point! I've loved both times she's done my gel manicure and pedicure. She's efficient, but she's good! And, my nails are not doing their regular "peel-off" routine. And the chairs, geez, they really do feel good! BTW, they're around 8 dollars cheaper than my last place. Interesting. A well-run, clean, pleasant place, and the technicians do a good job. I went to classy nails after reading several good reviews on yelp. I spent around 15 mins with my feet in cold water and then a unfriendly man started working on my feet. He was fine with my feet but when it came to my manicure he cut my finger with the file. As I bled, he continued to try to file that same nail. I told him it's ok. He got rude towards me and rolled his eyes! My nails were filed slightly crooked so I said can you straighten this one up. He refused to acknowledge that it was crooked and said "it's fine". It was extremely uncomfortable and he was just super rude. My nails were super short and the cuticles were sore for a few days. The price was good but not worth it. I'll never return to classy nails. read more

Great place! My friend and I randomly walked in for a spa pedicure, as we had called several other places and they were all busy and $25. Here, there were 4 chairs open, and we got started immediately for only $20! The chairs were great, good deep massage, and they spent lots of time exfoliating and working the lotion into my poor tired feet and legs. If I'm ever in Ft. I thought about doing the luxury because I hadn't had my nails done in months. However, they still were incredibly attentive. They had the best chairs and the staff were so friendly.
