Loved the atmosphere but most of all, the results. I was a last minute booking after breaking a nail, and the owner took me right in. I observed a friendly but hardworking staff that was eager to please. I had a manicure and dip powder polish. I will make it my regular place whenever I'm in town.

Another great experience with DIANA. After getting many compliments from my last visit, I decided to try something new. After having my Easter colors removed I decided to go with a green Cat's-Eye. The green itself was pretty, but I was so surprised when DIANA used a magnet lifted above my nails to form a Cats Eye. I was very excited and pleased with the results. To round out the day I had a pedicure using the Honey Flower spa package. It was luxurious and relaxing - just what I needed. Thanks DIANA, I'll be back.

I've been coming to this nail salon for years and every time it's been a great experience. Kim does an amazing job. She's also very sweet and makes sure you're happy with your experience. I always get gel on my nails and love it!

I'm assuming air bubbles or cuts from the acrylic.

Salon staff were friendly, felt comfortable while getting a full set & pedi. Only complaint is the final product of the nails. But for the price I could not expect perfect nails. Would I come back? Maybe if I can't find another salon that is better.

Wanted to share a wonderful service I just enjoyed today. It was so relaxing and rejuvenating! It's like a massage, facial, and intensive hair washing from your favorite salon all combined into 90 minutes of pure bliss - just Heavenly! What an unbelievable and luxurious service in our area. I have gone to creative nails for 17+ years and they are the best there is in my opinion. They have became family from years of going there. Anytime I have ever gone anywhere else out of necessity (no available times, out of town, etc) I was always disappointed. Their quality is fantastic and my nails always last over a month! Not to mention, the prices are great! I primarily use Don, but they all are great!! Benz does amazing custom work!! And Kim is always adding fun new nail design options to the salon too! I went there on May 14th to have nail acrylics and tips put on. By today 5/23 they are all lifting and I had to take them all off. Very dissatisfied. I was excited everyone was nice and accommodating but the quality 9 days later of the nails lifting and having to be removed---I won't go back. For context, I have been getting my nails done with acrylic & tips for over 30 yrs with fills and taking breaks when my own nails got too thin. I know this isn't normal and quality should be better. read more

This was my first time to Creative nails, booked a pedicure. Took me right on time for my appointment, and this was really one of the best pedicures I've had. My first time going here since I just moved from Broward my nails didn't come out asI usually get but the young lady was very nice and patient since I was there with my 9 month old. The pedicure wasn't great but it's been a week since I got my nails done and 3 have popped off. Very frustrated as I paid money to have them done and they didn't even last a week read more

But after booking three different appointments since 2021 began and being ignored or delayed for long time periods leads me to believe they need to invest in a full-time receptionist to better serve their customers. read more

One star for lack of better judgement when speaking in the presence of clients. I don't mind nail technicians carrying out conversations amongst each other while they work but, to hear a nail technician from this salon state verbatim "Women are living in a mans world and need to mentally prepare themselves for being raped, what do they expect?" & to hear her carry on with "If they don't report the crime right away they're just stupid but, sometimes they're only reporting to sue and find a way to get paid.". Mind you she was doing my friends nails during this whole encounter, completely ignorant to the fact that a surviving rape victim was listening. I was appalled that she would state such a vulgar opinion in the presence of clientele and absolutely disgusted she didn't see the issue. She went on this tangent completely bashing women that are rape victims, blaming, belittling, and claiming them to be nothing more than gaslighters of men. A horrific thing for a mother of three daughters to say. I most certainly will never support a business that thinks so lowly of their primary clientele & with such poor values. Keep this in mind before you pay for a visit to a mediocre salon at best. read more

I love the company and the nail tech that does my nails for my refill every time I go... normally I would only do the refill but this appointment I went to get my fill and pedi. at first, I didn't necessarily mind, the fact of whom was doing my pedi. until after paying coming out of the salon, getting home situated after my daily runs to find that my heels still had the cracks still had the dead skin on the bottom of my heels.. normally, I don't complain about anything but this is the second time that this certain technician has from my perspective not completed his job 110%. I paid over $100 for a refill and for a basic pedicure and the last thing I expected on my pedicure was to have dead skin still on my heel.. My nails are perfect. The refill is perfect. I can't honestly say that I'm satisfied with my pedi. Due to the lack of completing the job.... I'll be sure to make it clear that this specific technician that had completed my pedi. I requested pedicures for my daughter and I, recently moved to Florida and needed to find a nail salon, called in to creative nails and no one picked up the phone (assuming they were all busy) but they did return my call, that was a plus for me. my initial conversation trying to get in was very welcoming, getting there we were warmly greeted our nail techs Kaylin and Annisa (forgive me if the names are incorrectly spelt) were awesome and engaging, very hospitable will definitely be going back.. great experience, thank you guys. read more

I wanted to update my review since this was my second time visiting this location. So far I personally think this is the best nail salon in Lehigh, they use NEW CLEAN tools on every customer like they are supposed too, they open the tool package in front of you, something that many other nail salons fail to do which is highly appreciated. I was able to get an appt the same day, I forgot the nail tech's name but he was gentle and did an amazing job. read more

The owner and her husband are to friendly it's unbelievable. The way they remember all their clients by first name is so personable. They do great work and the salon is very clean. The owner is very conversive which is great and something I am not used to being from New York City. They are a bit more pricey to what I am used to in New York but I have come to learn everything in Florida is more expensive except for rent. read more

The owners (Kim and Don) are super personable and all the nail technicians are very nice and talented. I always leave super happy with my gel manicure and regular pedicure.... and it lasts. Its also refreshing to see how all the employees get along so well... like a family. read more

Love how clean & friendly it is there! My husband and I hand a manicure and pedicure with Paul, Diane & Leyanis they all 3 did wonderful job! We have pretty hands and feet now This is our 2nd time going and will continue! We are very happy....you won't be disappointed! read more

I love this nail salon! It's got great vides the people are amazing and I feel comfortable and relaxed. The shape and color was perfect and exactly what I asked for. The price was also amazing for my budget and for the quality job she did on my nails. read more
